Fatphobic and Bad Writing. I know not to expect much substance from Lexy Timms, aside from cliche men and good smut. This book series was just so disappointing as a woman. It’s so fatphobic, and when did a size 12 make someone a “beached whale” as the heroine is called. I mean every page talks about how big this woman is when she barely hits a double digit dress size. Beyond disgusting. Author should be ashamed.

Love it. Good story telling. Definitely had my emotions on a rollercoaster ride. But at the end feeling happy with slight disappointment wanting more for Alex and Jamie

Not worth the time I spent. I can't believe I wasted my time reading about a woman who loves sex yet isn't smart enough to be strong.

Third person. Didn’t like how it was told from like a third person side. Couldn’t even get through the third chapter.

Weird endings. Did t care for the endings in each of these books. I like a bit more than a tease.

Main character with no backbone or sense. Jamie had absolutely no backbone. Read the first book and the first four chapters of the second book and had to stop. She is a complete doormat and acknowledges that. Says that she’s going to change and not take crap from her extremely toxic family that give Cinderella’s family a run for their money (at least Cind. knows where she stands with them), but still does all of their bidding and puts up with things I’d never take. Then in the second book she claims she only wants a professional relationship and then asks about Alex’s personal problems and is frustrated when he doesn’t share like that’s somehow information she should be privy to. No. No. No.

🧐🧐. It’s a good story but boring and Jamie never seems to have enough backbone to defend herself against her mother or sister nor standing up to Alex isn’t enough. She always talks about it in her head but when it’s time to speak up she just settles for ‘ok let’s do it your way’ even though she’s hurting. Love. I binge read all of the set in about two days. So addictive.

Ehhh. It’s was good writing but all three books left you with a cliffhanger and that’s really annoying and I didn’t fall in love with the characters enough to purchase more in the series. Good read but if your looking for a complete series look elsewhere.

Must read!. Excellent series! She has become one of my favorite authors. This is a read that is hard to put down!

Good story but too short. The overall plot is interesting, but it is very fast paced. For it to be broken down into 3 books it seems it could have taken its time to fill out and bring more detail between the characters and story. I think it just needs more meat. I saw that there are more books to this series but I think I got what I needed from these 3. I do recommend though. It’s a good read. And the sex scenes were fine but something was missing in them maybe more intimacy as in leading in and leading out. That also felt rushed.

Fantastic stories. I just finished reading Managing the Bosses Set 1-3. I couldn't stop reading day after day and into the night! Lexy does such a great job with her descriptions of the characters and their emotions. I look forward to reading more of the series and other books from the author.

Laugh cry and have a good time. Super series of which I have only read the first three books. Follow along and enjoy the characters. Be prepared though. There are TEN books in the series.

Wash rinse repeat. This collection of books was so frustrating I couldn’t finish, got 2/3 through the last one and called it quits. Jamie is an absolute DOORMAT and never ever confronts a situation head on. Alex is a commitment-phobe jerk. They have the exact same conversation over and over and over and over again. You could cut all of this into one book if you cut out all the repetitive stupid crap. Don’t waste your time.

Review. Ok first off I love the characters and the story line of each one. Book 1&2 were great like I couldn’t stop reading it’s like you put your foot into those books but Book 3 like towards the ending was making me mad bc it’s like one minute they here for each other then the next they was getting on my last nerve and giving me a headache

Each part is not SAL. Continuing story of Alex and Jamie is followed by numerous other tales. I’m not sure I need to read beyond these 3 books.

Totally Engaging!. Great romance with relatable ups and downs. The characters are so engaging that it was hard to lose the book!

Annoying abusive relationships. Another set of books about a jealous, controlling, manipulative, whining man being "prefect" *** just a continuation of the theme since the mother and sister are also both controlling, manipulative, whining characters who the main character believes is perfect.
