I read BulletProof Diet/Headstrong a while ago and am currently reading GameChangers...which is equally as awesome, your research and ability to articulate it has made profound impact in my life. A lot of great ideas. I've been seeing a functional medicine doctor for close to a year and it's not cheap. For less than $20 dollars the wisdom in this book is worth it 100x over.
