Good read. I like that there was flirting but it was not porn in book form. It was a good read.

Great Read. This is one of the most unique Cozy mysteries I’ve read. I was in it from start to finish. So much for getting things done at home! It continued to move from the first couple of pages. And, became a true page turner. A murder, mystery, FBI, with a little romance thrown in. What’s not to like!

Stupid, just stupid. “Oh, he’s hot!l. “No, he’s hot!l. “ They’re both hot, hot, hot!l. Give me a barf-bag, I need to throw up. Neither a decent crime story, nor an interesting romance . Just pages and pages of drivel. Please save your precious time. Avoid these authors, who need to stick to beads, not words. Their vocabulary is way to small. And they actually think Golden Retrievers are not smart! That alone highlights their lack of knowledge. I’m sorry to be so harsh, but don’t waste my time.

Ok story but mom is a little over the top. Story was pretty standard. Sexuality didn’t really add anything to the story line or characters. The mom’s character was really over the top. Really unbelievable

Lucy Quinn Books Series 1-3. Good stories but….Too muck sex talk. why do writers think they need to include this in order to sale theie books. Seems they don’t have confidense in their ability to write.

New Corpse in Town. The New Corpse in Town could be a better read than it is, if the authors had any knowledge of police procedure. This is not a reference to the minutiae of police activity in crime solving which these authors probably don’t know either. FBI agents for example do not walk in and take over cases on their own volition. Missing, too, seems to be a complete lack of understanding of the professionalism of the FBI, their training and their pre-hire preparation and education.

Amazing book!!. I couldn't read this book fast enough. Lucy Quinn's wit kept me laughing at every page and I was entertained every second I was reading this book. I'm obsessed with this series and author

This book travels 2 paths: one is a very good mystery the other is a serious philosophical question everyone faces: what/when do I make a decision re: what my actual life need I choose AND how/when do I finally choose? The Buddhist say your actions are the ground you Stand on. Patience is the difference between what do I want now AND what most? Aside from this philosophical question the book is a very good mystery too boot and holds a mirror up before the reader also.

Absolutely loved it!. Great story to read during your free time! The ending was wonderful and there was not a dull moment.

Comment. I enjoyed reading this mystery and romantic book. Rain, the mother, is a hilarious person. She will keep you laughing throughout your reading.

Cookie must decide what she really wants to do with the new life she has created for herself and who is the man she is willing to give her heart to. FANTASTIC start to a new mystery series. The author automatically lures you into the story with breathtaking scene descriptions. The characters are engaging and witty dialogue, action, humor and a bit of family drama keep you intrigued till the end. I adored all the characters and Cookie definitely is full of sass as she is able to control the two alpha males interested in her. I found this to be a most entertaining read and I loved. I eagerly await the next part in this captivating series and am truly interested to see who ends up securing the heart of Cookie James. If you treasure intriguing mysteries this is a wonderful addition to your library. {I was gifted this book and this is my honest review.} In the world of mystery romance, the possibilities are endless and always fascinating. Without reservations, I recommend this book.

New Corpse in Town. I thoroughly enjoyed all the characters in this book and the conflict Cookie went through over those 2 hunks, Dylan and Hunter. The author kept the reader guessing to the very end who she would choose. I totally agreed with her choice. I was a little disappointed with the murder story line. There could have been just a bit more detective work involved.

Eh. I thought this would be good, enjoyed the description of the Ireland countryside, having visited Ireland recently. But the story was so far fetched and kind of ridiculous with the relationship, if you could call it that, between the major character and the movie star. So not believable and so disappointing. The writing was good but the storyline not believable at all. Very disappointing. Wouldn’t read another by this author(s).
