The Awakening - A Truly Fantastic Paranormal Story. This is a fantastic paranormal story that grips you right from the very beginning. As the plot unfolds the author continues the development of the characters enabling the reader to really become invested in learning the next twist to the story. This is a new author for me and I’m so glad I downloaded this book. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series! Give it a try. I hope you love it as much as I did!

Action Packed Paranormal Romance!!. Highly entertaining, thrilling action, family drama, small town mystery and an exciting romance with a paranormal twist that will keep you on your toes to the very end and leave you breathless for more. Christina and Michael view the sleepy little town of Hidden Creek, Georgia in completely opposite ways. (each for good reason) They are brought together by a haunting and a mysterious bound they share that neither one of them can explain. Christina a woman with abilities she did not ask for and has recently come to terms with. Michael a straight lace non believer looking for nothing more than peace and quiet after a deep betrayal. Undeniable attraction they both want to ignore underlying every action. Loved every heart pounding twist and turn in this gripping tail. Excited for the next story Hidden Creek has to offer.

Great premise, poor execution. The premise of the book was great; I was interested from the beginning. The writing almost did me in but I was interested enough to finish it. Confused about who did or said what. When changing who was saying or doing something, you should have a new paragraph. I understand that this is Book 1 of a series but some threads felt like they could have wrapped up while keeping an interest going for future books. I won’t read any more because I had enough answers and the ending didn’t intrigue me enough.

Mysterious and Fun. This novel takes you on an ethereal journey. I loved the other-worldly setting and the story was fun. However, pronouncing the main characters name was a challenge. I didn’t know whether to start with X or Z.

Couldn’t put it down!. This is a great story and I am so excited to continue to series! It pulled me right in and I’m hooked.

Poorly written and executed. Poorly written, story line was poorly executed, no character development. Would recommend to a teenage audience based on the writing of the novel but not to anyone wanting a more in-depth novel.
