Bad Lee Child. I hesitated to read this book because of reviews, but it made the top 10 list for some reason. BIG mistake. Made no sense. Worse Reacher book I've read. Disjointed and scattered little no sense short stories. Don't waste your time.

One of the Best!. I've read all the Reacher books and this is one of my faves. A short story glimpse into different periods of his life always ensure there is action and an intriguing story. Great read!
Lee Child is awesome. I love Jack Reacher. I refuse to watch the movies because there isn't a man in Hollywood that can be Reacher.

Perfect travel book. Lee Child is always excellent, and I read this book on a recent trip. Short stories are not usually my thing, but these were so interesting and perfect for the short bursts of reading time that I had.
No Middle Name. This book was a collection of short stories involving the character Jack reacher. The book is probably best enjoyed by someone who has read previous Jack Reacher books. This was a wonderful and entertaining read. It was perfect for the holidays when big chunks of time are not available to read. Highly recommended.
Worth Every Penny. I thought I had read all his short stories. I hadn't. No one writes like this, and I read his stuff way too fast.

No Middle Name. As always, Child's short stories and books engross the reader. At times the reader, feels he/she knows the ending and when it comes, the reader idea is out in left field. Highly recommend this book.
Anti-Short Story. I didn't realize this was a compilation of short stories. The first couple stories were good, but as they went on, they got shorter and shorter, and less interesting; very disappointed reader.

Lee Child got lazy. I have been a huge fan..I have read some the stories before... Mr. Childs if you are giving up then give Reacher a proper burial and ride off into the sunset... your readers deserve more than this 1 star book
Not a Novel. Just a bunch of unrelated short stories with Jack Reacher hardly in them.

No Middle Name. Amazing, up until now his books are page turners but this one just spends pages and pages re telling stories we've already read before. It's lack of creative intellect or intellectual laziness in seek of the almighty dollar. If I wanted to read old stories I'd re-read the previous books. How sad and terribly disappointing. I want my money back.
No middle name. If this is the best Lee Child can do, then I'm done reading his stuff. His last full length book "Night School",was disappointing and this was a waste of money. Maybe Lee has all the cash he needs and now he's just phoning it in. Add in a few old short stories to add more words and that's enough. Too bad. Previously I read every book he wrote and liked them all.

What a disappointment.. I was excited to buy this short story book. Now I'm just disappointed. Two, maybe three stories are good, the rest is just wasted space. I'm disappointed that Lee Child would let them publish this just to get a few more bucks in his pocket. I would have thought better of him. I know I can't get my money back, but Mr. Child will never get a penny from me again. No more Jack Reacher books for me.
