She would feel that he would become dangerous, just like Darkstalker. I also feel that Wibli would be consumed by his traumatic childhood and want to get revenge on his family. The is would then make him mad and want more power, wanting to become king of the Sandwings and work alongside Darkstalker OR- Darkstalker would secretly put a spell on Qibli, like he did to Winter, and make him follow his every command. Either way, it would end badly. My second what if is: What If Darkstalker never ate the strawberry?🍓 this could have been what changed everyone’s life forever. He would be unstoppable and continue his rein over the Nightwings, thus wiping out the Icewing tribe forever, maybe, forgot about the earrings. So the Icewings are safe. For now. Anyways. Info: First spell was wherever she sprint would be flower tracks behind her and wherever she walked would be random grass. Loves laying in the sun like usual rain wings, can be lazy but will be willing to do something if interested or important, will likely have adventures and try claiming almost every river or water fall’s near mountains. Fantribe: FelineWings Appearance: They have long fluffy fur on their scales, short snouts, and a long fluffy cat-like tail their fur can be any color a cat can have, they also have cat ears and whiskers that are hard to see underneath all the fur Abilities: They have sharp retractable claws, out of all the tribes they have the best nightvision and the second best hearing, large wings enabling them to fly as fast as a SkyWing, they are very skilled climbers, they are known for their stealth and often do ambush attacks when in battle, a common stereotype is that they’re lazy since they take naps often. They have excellent heat resistance since their fur effectively blocks out heat. They are very observant and have an overall good sense of hearing, sight and smell. They have a venomous bite so if you are bitten you will become extremely ill then eventually die, the only cure is a flower that grows in their kingdom which they protect because the flower is endangered, they named it Midnight rose and it is a dark purplish-blue color. They are usually very short but still taller than a SeaWing. They can survive a long time without food and water. Their whiskers can also detect vibrations. Habitat: A rocky mountain terrain near the desert, they are suited to live in it since they are very agile and good climbers. Naming: They can be named after different felines. Royalty: Queen Calico, King Ocelot, Princess Siamese (also in their tribe both female and male FelineWings can challenge the queen so there is either a King, A queen, or a king and queen depending if they have a mate) Ranks: They have different ranks such as Warriors (they fight for their tribe in battles), Healers (they specialize in medical stuff and heal the tribe’s injuries and sicknesses), Caretakers (they take care of the tribe’s dragonets and also the elderly), Guards (they guard the palace and make so no intruders get in, they also look after the prisoners), Advisors (They help the ruler make decisions for the tribe), Messengers (they deliver messages to and from the other tribes), Prisoners (they get locked up in a cell for breaking a law, the time they are locked up depends on the severity of the crime), Exiled (these FelineWings were banished from the kingdom for an extremely big crime) Elders (they are the elderly of the tribe, any job they had they retired from it, the caretakers take care of the elderly they like sharing wisdom with the dragonets), Apprentices (these dragons are in training to become a certain job, they get trained by a dragon who has that job), Gardener (they work to grow as much Midnight rose (the flower that cures FelineWing venom) as they can since it is so rare) Extra info: The parents don’t take care of their dragonets but the caretakers do, like the RainWings but there is a specific job for it, they are sometimes called the weakest tribe because at first glance they look like adorable non-threatening fluffballs but they are really deadly, since stuff gets in their fur a lot they groom themselves often like a cat, it’s also a way to show affection, they also hate to get dirty, there is a time once a week where they all get together and sleep in the sun for a few hours, hundreds of FelineWings go every week they call it sunbathing it is like suntime for RainWings but it is weekly not daily, they are able to purr.

THE BEST. I love this book series! Here’s the next chapter the last one was in Talons of Power. Chapter Three Pyrite opened her eyes. Her talons were covered in blood. She stood up and bowed to the royal family. “What is my power?” she asked. No one answered. This was unusual, normally a symbol would appear after she killed the prisoner. Her parents are sure that she is the “good” dragon, and she believes so too. She loves her twin very much, and dosen’t want to hurt her in anyway. Prophecy: Two dragonets born to Sand and Night. Born with incredible powers, They will soon fight. Of two dragonets, One is Good, and kind, and wise, One is Evil and will cause the world’s demise. Of two dragonets who share everything, One shall die, and the other shall win. Of two dragonets who love each other very much, Their battle will shake this world, From core to crust. I LOVE this series! Feel free to use these characters (Dusk in book 15) to make your own story!

Eclipse peeks out of the cave and before she investigates she says to Wolf, “ I have to be brave” then she steps out of the cave (Wolfs point of view now) His mind rushing with a million thoughts but focuses on the one that actually mattered, mind: I hope she is ok, ponders about whether to follow her or not when he hears a scream coming from outside the cave. Wolf rushes out to see a dragon attacking Eclipse.. no wait they are hugging? Lightning strikes illuminating their faces. To his surprise it is their silk wing dragonet friend, Lavender. Lavender tackles Wolf playfully and laughs, “How are you guys?!” Lavender questions. Wolf ,” choking not breathing, but we are good” (Eclipses POF) Lavender steps off of Wolf and waits for an answer. “We are good.. we did think you were Queen Coral though..” wolf answers. For a dragonet the same age she was very energetic. “You thought I was Queen Coral?! She has the personality of a dragon with a pineapple shoved up their nose.” Lavender says laughing. “ I don’t wanna know what’s that’s like.” Wolf adds That’s all I have bye!!)

Wow. Just… wow. Okay, so I finally read this book, and I enjoyed it. It got a little boring at times, but that was just because I wanted MORE ACTION in certain slow parts. Still don’t know how to feel about Darkstalker (lol I like Peacemaker though) and I kind of thought Anemone and Tamarin was a fan ship, but no, it’s canon and I approve. hOwEvEr!! I have finally decided my place in the Winter or Qibli debate! I think Moon needs to be with . . . NEITHER OF THEM! Now, don’t hate me or anything. I do kind of like Moonbli. I think Moon was right in choosing the one who was nice to her (though if I were her I would have picked Winter) and as a canon ship, I suppose I can’t complain. While I would have liked it if she had picked Winter (I have been and will always be a Winterwatcher shipper over Moonbli) I also think she didn’t need to choose any of them. Think about it. What would Moon gain from being in a romantic relationship with Winter or Qibli? Not much more than what she’d get from their friendship, and dragonets. Moon has known love her whole life, but Winter and Qibli haven’t, so they would gain more from a romantic relationship with Moon than she would. In my opinion, Moon is strong and independent, and she doesn’t need anybody — I’m not saying she can’t fall in love, but I’m saying that she didn’t need to choose either of them, or completely commit to one of them. But Winter and Qibli? They have great chemistry, and it has much more benefits for those involved than Winterwatcher or Moonbli in my opinion. So, my opinion is this. For a Moon x somebody ship, I am Winterwatcher all the way. If Moon is single, then I ship Qinter And that is all, and remember, vengeance is a dish best served cold (lol I can imagine Winter saying that) - Shimmer the Winterwatcher and Qinter shipper

Book 10 loved it. Loved this book just there’s one thing I did not like. Moon I feel like should be with winter not Quibli just wanted to say that also BTW thorn and smolder are so just… OK when I read it I was just like😶😵😳My face was hilarious really liked it especially when the ice wings found out winter isn’t dead and the earring thing

Review/why I switched to Moonbli *spoilers ahead*. Okay. First is the review. Love the book, love Qibli’s smart mind (because seriously, how do you find coriander down a oubliette? And where did the Capybara come from?), love Winter’s somewhat snappy apology and Qibli’s teasing. But the cliffhanger… don’t get me started on Tui’s cliffhangers. Now, the reason why I switched from Winterwatcher to Moonbli (I still think Winter needs someone in his life, though): I think Qibli and Winter have similar backgrounds: harsh environments, two siblings that overshadow them, high expectancies that will never get fulfilled. They also have one thing in common: the want to please their parents. In fact, the difference between them is that Winter has lived through this for his whole life, while Qibli was rescued from it at age three. Only recently had Winter been released from the pressure and with time, he might change, but Qibli has had more time to change and frankly the pace of the series is too fast for Winter to catch up. I got this from that one little part in Winter turning (where Winter is literally the star! Betrayal!) where Winter says that order is the most important thing, while Qibli argues that freedom is better and Moon agrees. Honestly, if Moon thinks that she wants Qibli in her life more than Winter, then it’s her choice. That’s all for now!

Varied Opinions. Eh, this book was not one of the best in my opinion. For one, I don’t like how Moon was in this book. In moon rising she was borderline Mary Sue but she hardly got away with it from just really bad anxiety as a “flaw.” But this book? Totally Mary Sue because she’s no longer nervous or awkward. Cool, confident, kind, pretty, utterly and boringly flawless? Yeah. Also, I hate what happened to Darkstalker!! Now there’s and interesting and strangely lovable (despite his major flaws) character. I won’t spoil but honestly the outcome was just unnecessary and weird in my opinion. Now I don’t judge or think anything differently if you have a different opinion than I do. In fact, I expect it. But just respect my opinion, too. P.S. Hey Sparkbreeze, I read your characters and I think it’s great that you have a wide cast of OCs but you do realize that Smolder and Blister are brother and sister, right? So having a kid together as siblings… you get my point.

Qinter, cuz’ why not? (Spoilers if you’re reading this before you read the book). I’ve been reading Wings of Fire for a little while, and the whole series is amazing. Every single book, except this one. First of all, the way it cuts to different scenes... confuses me. Sometimes I don’t even know what’s happening. Also, the ending was poorly executed. I do like this book, however. I love how well Tui explained Qibli’s backstory. Spoilers I don’t hate this book so don’t attack me (;´༎ຶٹ༎ຶ`) Why did they have to turn Darkstalker into Peacemaker? Even though Darkstalker did horrible things, I think he was truly good at heart. He was just trying to help his tribe, and was clearly mortified when he couldn’t get Clearsight right. Peacemakers a little brat with no manners, too. Darkstalker was basically dying as dragons watched him and did nothing during his transformation. Ok this is a rant now, ack.

Loss of plot. There are a lot of opportunities for the story to take an interesting turn, but it doesn’t. Why does Darkstalker never get a chance to utilize the control spell on Anemone? It’s like she got enchanted, she got fixed, nothing else happened, which is too boring. Why does Turtle get his magic back almost instantly? You could have easily said that Darkstalker made the spell irreversible and that would’ve been a great story twist. Why did Qibli not lose his arm? That would have been a great plot twist to enhance the story, and build more character development in Winter and Qibli.

!!!!!!!!!!!. This book is awesome! I've read the whole series, and they're my favorite books of all time! A must read!

Almost Perfect🌟. The book was amazing and I think it wrapped up the second story arc very well, though I am slightly disappointed about how they handled the dark stalker situation, therefore preventing character development, it also would have been amazing to see Moon end up with Winter but that's just my personnel ship. Overall all this book does a very good job of setting up the series for the next arc!
