Love unbrokenI didn’t like Emma’s character at all. There is a fine line between strong and sensible and silly and stupid. She definitely fell to the latter. 1) we had to hear her whine about why Trey wouldn’t want her. 2) she has a stalker ex but doesn’t lock her front door which allows him to just walk in 3) her boyfriend is restraining her stalker ex and she gets between them so the ex can hit and drag her. 4) she arrives home and sees the ex there and sits in her unlocked truck so he can just drag her from the truck. Ugh!!! All the while she keeps saying she can handle things on her own. I couldn’t finish this book. I didn’t understand why Trey would want her and I didn’t really care how it ended. Although, I know they will get together..Score: 1/5

Emma and TreyEmma and Trey needed to find each other. Emma's story is tragic and her ex's abuse nearly ruins her relationship with Trey before it even begins, but Trey has had his own heartbreak and he is not prepared to let Emma push him away. Stuart is a great wingman and he and Trey together crack Emma's resistance and together they get their HEA. This book touches on important issues and sensitively handles the outcomes. I love the way the Alaskan scenery is described, it makes me want to visit Diamond Creek. I also love the way the characters from previous story are woven into this story..Score: 4/5
