Winning the cowboy's heart!. This is my second reading of this book and it still moved me to tears and spoke to my heart! This book starts the Mule Hollow series and if this place really existed I would move tomorrow! The theme of forgiveness is so beautiful and strong and truly is the key to healing. Often this kind of forgiveness can only happen through Christ and His strength alone and I speak from personal experience that Mrs Clopton nailed it! This is a funny, heartwarming read and it launches a wonderful series about Mule Hollow and some hunky and faith loving cowboys!

Dream with Me,Cowboy. This was a cute, funny, romantic story that also has faith. LAcy made the reading fun with all of her impulse actions while keeping her vision alive. Sonja Stover Bracey

Cowboys and City Gals=fun, and unexpected turns. These characters are so well fleshed out that you think “my friend Sam or Susie or who knows are just like that guy or gal (in the book) ! This is such a fun book to read with a little mystery thrown in. I really recommend this book. I am new to this author but plan to read more work by her.

Sweet and Hilarious. This is the first book by Debra Clopton I’ve read and I absolutely loved it! I can’t wait to read more about the residents of Mule Creek!

The Best!!!. I absolutely loved this book!!! It made me laugh so much and I never wanted to put it down! Debra Clopton is an amazing author. I would say that this one is my favorite but every book that I have ever read by her is a favorite! Debra Clopton creates characters that you will fall in love with and root beyond the last page and to the next book in the series. I look forward to reading the rest of the books in this series and every other series she has created and will create!!!

Couldn’t put it down!. Interesting story and relatable characters draw you in. Could almost visualize Mule Hollow as I pass similar towns on my way to visiting family in my hometown of San Angelo, which is mentioned in this book. Loved it!

Not awful. This book was an ok read but the main female character (Lacy) got to the point that she was an absolute annoyance. Towards the end of the book she became a stereotype; a woman who can’t shut up and a liability...

Dream with me cowboy. An enjoyable small town read. When Lacy gets the calling to move to a small town and open a hairdressing salon, she does just that with her friend Sheri. From the very first encounter she has with Clint they both fight the attraction. Clint has issues with women as his mother left when he was young, Lacy is on a mission from God. After many incidents are they able to keep away from each other, or does God have other ideas.

Fun!. Just chill out and get caught up in this book! I can't wait to read the rest of the series! Makes me wanna skip over to the USA and hang out in rural Texas! Lacy is a heroine treat. Loads of fun with a quick mouth. My favourite line of hers is a time when she prays something to the effect of, "Hey God, I need your help cos I'm about to get into trouble." Real characters, laughs throughout, a bit of danger and mix in some stubborn romance and you've got a winner.
