Loved the book. Loved the book!

Winner!. I fell in love with Summer Lake when we first visited there with the Sullivans. I loved so many of the residents and was excited to see they would get their very own stories in a spin-off series. Christie Hayden was one of those characters I really wanted to know more about and I'm so glad to get her story in Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You. When we first met Christie, she had been engaged to her best friend Wesley Kane, but they have since called off the wedding and the next day Wesley disappeared to leave Christie to handle the inn and his family. He also make Christie promise not to share the real reason for them ending their engagement. I love that Christie is such a great friend to everyone she meets. Christie is such a strong person who is truly only loving to find her true love and happiness. Enter Wesley's older brother Liam, who has sold his business, is only back in Summer Lake because he was coming home for Christie and Wesley's wedding. As he has been traveling out of the country he never received the letter Wesley sent him about the cancellation of the wedding. As Liam has a very stressful relationship with his parents, he tends to stay away from Summer Lake. However, once he meets Christie, there is no way he can leave, even if it means being around his parents again. I loved seeing Liam change the more time his spent around Christie. She does as well, as Liam challenges Christie to face her fears along the way, but Liam finally seems to find the means to forgive his mom thanks to Christie. Liam and Christie had amazing chemistry and yet there was also a sweetness about them that totally made me sign when I thought of them as a couple. Yes mistakes between them are made, but they each went big in the end to show how much they loved one another. Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You was another winner from Bella Andre. Once again Ms. Andre made me fall in love with the setting as well as the couple in the center of the story. I loved that Christie and Liam's romance was front and center, yet the entire Kane family was also the focus as we learned about three generations in Summer Lake. Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You gave me all the feels and I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves contemporary romance. Rating: 5 stars (A-) Review copy provided by publisher

Christie and Liam- hot hot hot. First off how can someone not enjoy picturing yourself in the middle of summer lake. Bella Andre lays out the town perfectly from the lake to the Inn to shops If this is your first book in the spin off Sullivan series you really need to read book one the Summer Lake series to get the feel for the characters. This book came in with Liam was coming to the wedding of his brother Wesley and his fiance Christie. What Liam didn’t know was the wedding was called off and he arrived to the wedding of a cousin and her long time love. Where Christie and Wesley couldn’t make it work (he is gay) Christie and Liam were a steaming hot couple. They found their Happy Ever After with one another. I love how Bella develops the characters and there has been a historical time line in both books in this series that makes the town more “real” You won’t be disappointed in reading any book from the series. If you have not read the Sullivan series, start with book 1. Before you know it you will feel like an invited guest to the weddings!

A great must read!!!. This was a fantastic addition to the Summer Lake series!! I completely adored Christie. She's been through hell, but when she loves, she loves fiercely and will do anything for those she loves. My heart broke for Liam and his past, and had me wanting to punch a certain secondary character for putting him in that position. The perfect story of love, family, and forgiveness that I would definitely recommend!!!

Christie + Liam = Love at first sight!. Can love conquer all? Read this amazing story of how unfiltered honesty hurts and cures. Secrets of the past hurt those in the present. Bella Andre writes the most believable and relatable stories. The modern day story of Christie Hayden and Liam Kane are told with a connection to past generations. The family connections in this small mountain town are heartwarming. The historical connections are entertaining and interesting. The small town of Summer Lake has its share of grouchy, don't change anything, residents that give the story a counterpoint to the romance that is developing. Can a past secret continue to drive a wedge between Liam's parents? What will happen if the secret is revealed? Thank you Bella Andre for another visit to Summer Lake. I can't wait for a chance to return again.

Not a Real Thring. Just a so so book. Repeated storylines. Repeated phrases. Okay for a quick, uninspiring love story.

Sweet romance. Another heartwarming, sweet romance that tugs at your heartstrings and has you rooting for them. Christie and Liam are perfect for each other. Christie wears her heart on her sleeve and says what's on her mind, you can't help but love her. Liam is a no-nonsense man who decided early on that he didn't believe in the fairy tale of happily ever after, but finds himself unable to resist her. I enjoyed seeing their relationship evolve and Liam relaxing for the first time in a long while. Loved having previous characters return and find out what is happening in their lives. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Readers Copy of this book.

Liam and Christie. I was given this ARC copy for an honest opinion. Liam and Christine were two beautiful people with relationship issues. Liam had kept a secret for years, so instead of facing the family he had to lie to, he decided to work and travel staying away from home for long periods of time. His little Brother was getting married so he decided to come home for wedding, only to find out that his brothers was getting married his cousin Sarah was. Trying to figure out what was going on, he sees Christie. He couldn't take his eyes off of her, only to figure out she was his brothers Fiance. He continued to question Christie about is brothers where about. She finally unable to keep his brothers secret any longer she confided in him. Well as you would imagine after knowing secret, he knew he was clear to date Christie. But then he trusted her with his secret, that she couldn't keep. She took a chance of losing the love of her life to help him with the past. I have to keep some part of the story for the next reader. I loved it.

Liam and Christie. I volunteered to read as a ARC-Advance Reader Copy for this book but I give my honest opinion. If Bella writes it, I will read it. This story was wonderful, from the beginning it has Love and discovering of friendships. Old secret doesn't help only communication.

Wesley left letters, and Christie to run the Inn, a letter Liam never got. Christie was a vision to look at, there was something she wasn't saying. Liam made Christie nervous, butterflies in stomach. To find that both brothers owned the Inn, a place she had come to, to heal and fell in love with the place. The Inn a magical place for weddings, keep.Christie busy. Would there be one for her, or would the secrets that others had, keep Love away. A good story for all to enjoy, and we always love hearing more about this family. Given ARC for my voluntary review and my honest opinion.

Highly Entertaining Small Town Romance. Heartwarming, sweet, sexy and emotionally gripping small town romance. Perfect sunny afternoon relaxing in the backyard read. This journey take you through all the emotions, I laughed, cried and cheered for this amazing couple. Christie Hayden has such a huge heart, strength of will and lots of bad luck in finding prince charming department. Liam Kane is a alpha male in every sense of the phrase as well as disillusioned about true love being able to last. Liam arrives home to Summer Lake for a weekend wedding where he expects to see his little brother get married, but instead has to fight growing feelings for his brothers ex-fiance while trying to find his brother. Highly entertaining reading.

Your Eyes Tell the Story. A beautiful written book of how secrets can ruin your life & of those you love. This was true of this particular family & friends. A mother's influence on a child, plays out through adulthood, with a secret she demanded her son, Liam, to keep. As a result, when he became an adult, he left home, traveling the world & never returning home. He returns for his brother's wedding, finding it was called off. Liam saw Christie & instantly fell in love with her. He craves her, but ends up being a broken man because of his mother's secret & unresolved feelings. This is a very emotional book that nearly destroys a family. Belle Andre always writes very soul searching books & this one doesn't disappoint the reader. Great series of Summer Lake!

Fabulous!. Secrets can destroy lives. Christie and Wesley call off their wedding and Christie's secret began. Wesley abruptly left town and left Christie to face everything. Wesley's older brother Liam shows up for his brother's wedding having been traveling and didn't get the letter about the wedding being cancelled. Liam knows about secrets having kept one since he was 14. Secrets need to be told and the truth needs to come out so that lives can move forward. Liam sees Christie and the sparks fly. These two are so perfect for each other. I couldn't put this down!! So ready for the next book!!!

Fantastic!. "Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You" (Summer Lake Book 2) by Bella Andre is a fantastic read. I loved Christie and Liam's story. This is another winner for Bella Andre. A great addition to the Summer Lake Series. This story has passion, romance, twists and turns, entertaining characters, and more. Highly recommend to all fans of romance and series. I can't wait to read what Bella writes next!

Couldn’t take my eyes off this book!!. Another 5 star read from Bella Andre! She really knows how to do romance!! I really enjoyed this second Summer Lake story! Both Liam and Christie are interesting characters and are so relatable as are all of the folks in Summer Lake. I just love them as a couple. They have fantastic chemistry and it is easy to see that they are falling in love even if they both don't see it for what it is at first. They are there for each other and help each other through some not so easy things even though that is not always easy for either of them. I really liked the interesting back stories we got about Jean and Susan in this book as well as they both directly and indirectly affect the relationship between Liam and Christie. I am just loving this Sullivan spin-off series so much!!

Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You is the 2nd book in the Summer Lake series and what a way to continue this series! ! Bella Andre takes you on an emotional rollercoaster ride but the ups and downs are so worth it! Job well done, Bella! ! Christy and Wesley decided to break off their engagement 3 weeks before the wedding, but Wesley makes like a thief in the night and leaves….leaving on notes to not blame Christy. Christy is trying to be brave from all the fall out of Wesley leaving; she tells her BFF Sarah that she can have her wedding on that same weekend instead. Once the wedding is over and they are moving to the reception in walks Wesley’s brother, Liam……. Liam decided to come back to Summer Lake for his brother’s wedding and was only staying for a few days before he was off again on his world travels for business. When he walks into the wedding he thought he missed it, only to find it was his cousin, Sarah getting married. As he stands at the back he sees Christy (not knowing for sure who she is) picking up rose petals with tears in her eyes. Something cracks inside him but he doesn’t know what it is…. Both feel this attraction instantly when their eyes meet but once Christy finds out who he is she knows she can’t let anything happen between them because people will disapprove of her dating Wesley’s brother…but boy does she want more from Liam then he is willing to give. There is so much turmoil, attraction, secrets, longing, tears (mine too) and some ghostly happenings.....but once you start reading you will not be able to put it down until you know why Wesley left without telling anyone, Christy’s past life before Summer Lake, and Liam and the secret he has been holding onto for over 20 years…..but in the end will Liam let Christy into his heart and find their HEA or will both their past destroy this relationship???

Coming home can be so sweet!!. Sweet, nothing else describes this love story for me. Christie is so strong to the point of breaking a promise for the man she loves to help him heal from long ago wounds. Liam has held is heart captive for 20 years. Slowly, Christie shows Liam how to love and work toward forgiveness so that he can become the man he is meant to be. Bella paints a beautiful but complicated family dynamic in this story of redemption, healing, and discovery of love. Love the little town of Summer Lake just as much as I love her Sullivan series. A quick and sweet read with a host of three-dimensional characters. Bella Andre never fails to leave me with a smile on my face. I’ve been a Bella Andre fan for years now. I love her characters and how she intertwines family and makes me feel like I am a part of their lives. We are only into book two of this Summer Lake Series and I am already in love with this little community! Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You is the story of Liam and Christie. Christie and Liam have both been hurt in love before –and not necessarily in the ways you would expect. Christie is working on becoming a stronger person, trying to figure out her life as she manages the inn at Summer Lake. Liam, a world-traveler, is back at home after a long time and needs to face some personal demons before he can move on. As with all of Bella’s books, it is wonderful to see these characters grow and overcome their challenges, as they find their way together. It really is a sweet story. I must admit, though, that I found myself even more intrigued with all the stories involved. We got romance and history going back two generations, which made Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You so much more than a another sweet love story. If I have one complaint about this book is that I wanted more of Jean and Thomas’ story. Actually, since we got similar flashbacks of other couples in the first Summer Lake book, I’m hoping this will be a pattern. That way, we not only get the main characters’ love stories, but we truly get to know everyone in Summer Lake. (Fingers Crossed). Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You is a quick and sweet read with a host of three-dimensional characters that will leave you with all sorts of feels. Happy Reading! Sullivan Family Spinoff, Summer Lake Book 2. I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book, Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You by Bella Andre. It is always a very special treat to have a new Bella Andre book to read. She has been one of my all time favorites since the first book of hers I read. This book is very aptly named, as I could not take my eyes off of it till the last word on the last page, at 4:15am. Definitely worth missing sleep over. I love the Sullivan family like they are part of my own. Every one of their books is near and dear to my heart but Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You has touched my heart and soul like no other. I feel emotionally wrung dry after reading it, but would I ever read it again? HECK YEAH!!! Christie is having a very difficult time holding herself together and keeping a brave face. Her fiancé ran off and left her to deal with the fallout, 3 weeks before they were to be married. The weekend that was supposed to be her wedding, finds her helping her dear friend with her's instead. Liam has returned to Summer Lake for his brother's wedding only to learn his brother called it off and disappeared, 3 weeks prior. When he gets to the location of what is supposed to be his brother's nuptials, he spy's a beautiful goddess with tears running down her face. He quickly learns that this is Christie, the woman his brother was planning to marry. Both are profoundly attracted to one another but fight their feelings as they know people would disapprove since Christie had just come out of a serious relationship with Liam's brother. As they spend time together running Liam and his brother's Inn, they develop feelings that go way beyond attraction. While Christie is open to these feelings, Liam is not. Thanks to a haunting, life altering incident from his childhood, Liam doesn't believe in everlasting love and refuses to allow himself to feel love for anyone, especially women. Can Christie possibly love Liam enough to melt the wall around Liam's heart?

The perfect summer read!. I really enjoyed this book, and love this spinoff of the Sullivan's series. The chemistry when Liam and Christie's met was instantaneous. Based on some of the factors in their background, theirs wasn't an easy romance. This book was overlaid with a secondary recollection of Liam's grandparents romance. It was delivered slowly throughout the book and was an interesting, tragic story in and of itself and I loved what it added to the main timeline. I highly recommend this book. As always these can be read as a standalone, but the story is a little more enjoyable when you read the series in order. I received an advanced reader copy of this book for an honest review.

Emotional, Heartwarming and a Must Read!. Another must read by Bella Andre! Christie and Liam were a perfect fit. Two lonely souls damaged by their past, slowly but surely find their way and learn to trust, learn who they are and learn to love. Amazing read. If there's one thing about Bella's books that I love it's how beautifully written they are. Can't Take my Eyes Off of You was a sensual story of an innkeeper and a man who let secrets destroy his belief in love. I loved Christie and Liam, how they developed as characters and as a couple. This is one of my favorite stories by this author, and I can't wait for what's coming next.

Love It!. Goodness! There just can’t ever be enough of the Sullivan’s! Even their friends in Summer Lake are awesome people! This is the story of Liam and Christie. We met Christie in “The Best is Yet to Come” as the new innkeeper and newbie to the town. Liam is the prodigal son, returning home, looking for something but not Christie. Funny how that works out. We trip over something we are looking for and don’t even realize we found it. Christie was engaged to Wesley but found out before the wedding that they were much better off as best friends, for a number of reasons (spoiler alert). Enter Liam, the older brother, come to support his brother and try to find his own way at the same time. Through several missteps, Christie and Liam find their way to each other, only to both realize that they don’t really know what true love is. It has had different meanings for both of them and tainted their views. Throw in a little ghostly presence, a backstory of a very unique grandma, some small town drama and all of that set against the backdrop of the Adirondacks and you have a classic Bella story. The imagery she uses makes you feel like you are there, sitting by the lake, smelling the maple syrup, feeling the winter thaw... And she gives us characters who are flawed, and we learn to love them because of their flaws. This story makes us remember we all have pasts. We all have baggage. It’s what we choose to do with it in the present that will determine our future. Incredible story!!! Incredible author!!! On to the next Sullivan!!!!!

A Great Summer Read!. I received his ARC for an honest review. Perfect summer read! I love Liam and Christie. Poor Christie has had bad luck in the love department. (Her ex-fiancé called of the wedding and disappeared!) Liam comes back in town for his brother's wedding (the missing groom) and finds out it was canceled. When he first sees Christie, she crying about the canceled wedding. Sparks fly! There is so much more. Many secrets are revealed. If you want more you must read this book!

Can't take my eyes off you. Wish there was more stars that I could give this book because it's worth more. If you have read Summer Lake 1 you will know the story about Sarah and Calvin well this book starts off with Christie helping Sarah get ready for her wedding wich should of been her wedding but her relationship with Wesley did not work out. Liam was home for his brother wedding that he did not know was not going to take place now. That is how Liam got his first look at Christie and could not take his eyes off her. That is how there story starts. This is one book you are going to have to read yourself to find out everything that goes on. Be worn once you start reading this book you can't put it down you are hooked right from the first page until the last. I highly recommend this book If you haven't read book 1 you will Still enjoy the book because each book has it's own ending. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book

Worth the wait. Brilliant as always. So many emotions. Loved this book

Won't be able to take your eyes off the book. Welcome Back to Summer Lake. Christie and Wesley were going to get married, but Wesley left town abruptly. Wesley has a secret, but Christie won’t share his secret for it is for him to tell. Wesley’s mother blames Christie for him leaving. Christie has been left to run their inn and festival by herself. The day before their wedding Wesley’s brother Liam lands at the inn not knowing that the wedding has being cancelled. Liam has been away on business for many years and has finally returned to Summer Lake. He wants to know the truth of why his brother left but Christie won’t say. He finds out that is brother sent him a letter, telling him he was leaving and to take care of Christie. But that is all no other explanation. Christie and Liam are both fighting the attractions that both have for each other. Liam is loving that fact that Christie is so caring, kind and determined in everything she does. Christie just broke up with Wesley and Liam is his brother she can’t fall for him. That would not be right. There are so many secrets’ in Summer Lake will they all be revealed? Will Christie finally fall in love with the right man? Will there be a happily ever after [HEA]? I am very pleased to be able to receive and review this book for Bella Andre. Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You is a great love story. This book draws its readers in from the beginning of the book with the plot. It has numerous unexpected twists in the story line that keeps the reader interested in what is to come next. The love and the secrets will make this book one that you will not want to put down. If you enjoyed book one in the series than you are going to love this book just as much or if not more. I must say that this book was one that I had trouble putting down. Can't take my eyes off of you. Bella Andre does it again with a wonderful story of love but with lots of twists and side stories. Christie's broken engagement a couple of weeks before her wedding allowed her friends to make use of her planning and marry. But her ex fiancé's brother didn't get the news and turns up, to find his brother gone and Christie running their inn on her own. A family secret has had Liam staying away from home for many years and he comes home to his brother missing and Christie who he can't help having feelings for. With many obstacles to conquer and truths to be faced, love is never easy. Highly recommend.

Cant Take My Eyes off of You. Outstanding book, really enjoyed the emotional history from Liam and Christie. Christie was engaged to Liam’s brother but they called the wedding off just before it happened. Liam comes home for his brother’s wedding only to find out he is missing and he is very attracted to his brother’s ex finance. Christie is keeping a secret for Wesley and Liam wants to know what it is. Also Liam is avoiding his mother due to a secret he has been keeping for her since he was 14. As Christie navigates through Liam’s emotional troubles and her own insecurities, they both realize they when you find love it is worth keeping. Excellent book totally recommend it.
