Easy to read but also very lacking in its low-qualified information. Firstly, this book is very easy to read. It is comprehensive and the author is very detailed with his views and life experiences in dealing with people. This book is very biased; this person is writing about the behaviour of others based on his experiences with employment and how he has lived his life. Yet his views are also unqualified in many ways, being that some of his diagnostic tools need to be used by a qualified medical proffessional, which he is not. Apart from being somewhat correct about certain behaviours being difficult to tolerate/deal with, he makes a lot of assumptions about people without having been part of their life or knowing their experiences. Assuming that this person may know some of these people, and some behaviours described are due to negative thinking and mental disorders, I would be very cautious with how this book is used for educational purposes beyond that of simply being a nice, entertaining read.
