The title is deceptive. It should be titled: Chicken Soup for Broken Heart. Stories from therapy.. This book is not about healing. It is about sharing stories about people who suffer from broken hearts and about the authors soap box issue of mental health being just as important as physical health. While I agree with him on that issue, I was looking for anecdotes on how to HEAL a broken heart. Not stories on others suffering from a broken heart. Deceptive title. Remarkably unhelpful book on emotional healing of broken hearts. But...if you want to read about other folks suffering from a broken heart, this is a MUST READ.
