Another hit for Sarra. Great suspense and mystery!. Sarra Cannon has made another great series starter. Deep Dark Series is book 1 of what is supposed to be The Spiritwalker trilogy. The book starts off with the protagonist, Marayah, leaving a physical rehab hospital after a tragic accident. Marayah has some memory loss and doesn't know if what she see in her dreams is what actually happened during the wreck or if it's all in her head. Marayah tries to restart her life by going back into her Senior year of high school. After such a tragic event it is a hard transition for her. Marayah starts to realize that maybe there was other forces in the world that caused her accident. She wants to get to the bottom of it before these other forces take her too. This book has suspense and mystery. It keeps you interested until the end. Can't wait for book 2!

Couldn't put it down. Finished this in about 2 days (in between work) and I loved it. Had me on the edge of my seat. Can not wait for the next one in the series.

Couldn’t put down. This book held me in a death grip from beginning to end. I loved all the twists and turns along the way. Honest, heartfelt and heartbreaking. The kind of book you want to disappear into for two days then when it’s over rush to buy the second one!

Deep Dark Secrets. I loved it! This book reminded me of some things that can happen to anyone! It was mysterious and definitely kept me guessing. I can't wait for the next book to come out so I can see the path it leads down! Sarra definitely has a talent and it is definitely worth the wait no matter how long in between! She is one of my favorites and her work never lets me down! Maraya is definitely an interesting character! Thumbs up!

OMGOSH!!!. Sarra is such a talented writer. I've read almost all of her books and they are all amazing! The story always pulls you in and makes you want more while at the same time you feel like your in the story. This book in particular was one of my favorites so far. Keep up the good work Sarra! Sarra cannons done it again 5🌟. I received an ARC for an honest review.. What can I say that has not been said before, Yes Sarra has done it again with this book but it's like nothing I've read it had me hooked from page 1 I just want to know what and why things happened to the main character Maryah and Hailey! It's had me guessing what and why and who from the beginning till the end. I can not wait for the second in the series! CONGRATULATIONS SARRA

After that, I quickly became addicted to her paranormal/supernatural books. Currently, I am up to date with the Shadow Demons saga, Sacrifice Me and as of 3 days ago - The Spiritwalkers. I have been a member of Sarra's advanced reading team for around the last 4 or 5 books and with each and every book released I love her stories a little bit more. Deep Dark Secrets is the first in a new trilogy which is completely separate from any of her other series. The Spiritwalkers Trilogy is exactly that, a three book series about Spiritwalkers. What is a Spiritwalker? You may be asking - they are people of Native American heritage that "walk with the spirits", they have the ability to communicate with the spirits and are often seen as leaders within their tribe or family. (Source: Google) Marayah is the first character we meet in Deep Dark Secrets and there is something about the way she has been written that made me instantly like her. I wanted her to succeed with everything she was doing and I wanted to read more about her. We find out about the night of the accident and everything else that happens as a result of Marayah and her life. The book comes in somewhere around the 80000 word mark and normally I groan when I find out how many words (or pages) are in a book but I didn't check this until I had finished. It definitely didn't feel like I had read that amount of words and that would probably be the only bad thing I could say about this book - it was too short. I want to tell you so much more about this book but I can't because that would mean that there would be nothing left for you to discover for yourself. Work of art 😀. Once again Sarra Canon takes you on a magical journey through her writing. This book has you hooked from the first page till the last. I literally could not put it down I felt like I was living the story alongside Marayah. I can not wait for the second helping of this book and to see what else is in store for our new heroine.

Couldn't put this book down. Wow wow wow once I started to read the book I got drawn in to the characters and then couldn't put it down as I ignored my children when they was speaking to me they said boy it must be a good read if mum won't answer I can't wait for the next book x

Can’t wait for more!. Love this book! I read this a while back and have been checking iBooks every few months for more, however I have been disappointed with the lack of follow up.
