Amazing!!!!. This book is totally worth it.

Zach and poppy. Freaking loved the book. Zach was so hot but very smart and sweet and protective and his mom is a total riot.. poppy was insecure at times but she did the unexpected at the party which changed her life forever..

Sexy, sweet, and hilarious! ♥️. 4.5 stars What a sexy, sweet, and hilarious book! xo, Zach was a fun and flirty romance with a swoony alpha hero, a strong and intelligent heroine, and a colorful cast of secondary characters. Zach and Poppy had amazing chemistry and I loved the build up between them. They start off under unconventional circumstances and their situation is further complicated by their student/adviser relationship. The forbidden romance between them kept things intriguing and realistic. Even though they aren't teacher and student, a relationship between them would still be taboo and could potentially cause disastrous results for their careers and futures. The back and forth was fun though and added to the will they/won't they push and pull. There is instalust between our hero and heroine, but I liked that a good portion of the book was spent letting a relationship form naturally between them. Yes, Zach is clear with his feelings for Poppy all along, but he also steps back when necessary. I did find him a little over the top at times with the intensity of his attraction to Poppy, but his inner monologue was hilarious and I love how Kendall Ryan writes the male POV. Sweet and professional Zach really surprised me with his dirty mouth, but I guess with a mother like his, it shouldn't be a surprise at all! Between her, Jodee, and Kody, there were plenty of laugh out loud moments! This was a great lighter read and left me smiling ear to ear! *I voluntarily read an advance copy of this book*

Great concept...but boring. Sadly didn’t keep my attention. I tried to get through it but stopped halfway. Usually a big fan of Kendall Ryan’s work

Pure Perfection!. It is certainly no secret that I FLOVE Kendall Ryan!! I pre-order all of her books and I’ve read everything she’s written. “XO, Zach was pure perfection!! I think I fell in-love with Zach maybe even before Poppy did...he was just so swoon-worthy and just so...Everything! And Poppy was everything I love in a heroine. “The truth was, I fell more in love with her with each passing day. Our story wasn’t yet complete, but with each new chapter we wrote, I found that I never wanted it to end.” SWOON ♥️

Poppy & Zach. I’ve enjoyed Kendall Ryan’s writing for some time & xo, Zach is no exception. One small issue with Poppy’s name. Poppy is an unusual name, but I can’t imagine Poppy’s parents coming up with the name. Not when Poppy states they insist she can’t do something and should take a mediocre “stable” job. Parents like that I expect a more common name. I’d expect a Poppy named by someone more like Zach’s mom, the mom with no filter. But that's beside the point. xo, Zach is wonderfully charming and sexy as can be. I enjoyed the instant attraction between Zach & Poppy. I was enchanted when Zach tucked the first poem in her bag, but I was a little disappointed we didn't "see" any others, just a couple light references that it continues. Kody, Jodee and Zach's mom add some fun comedy relief when things get a bit tense, but hey, that's what family and good friends are for. Oh! Can't forget Connor! He is such an adorable kid. Overall, this book was another fantastic read from Ms. Ryan. I'm finding myself enjoying single parent type stories, so I'm truly looking forward to her next book, Mister Tonight.

Eloquently penned...touching storyline!. Eloquently penned with a memorable and touching storyline! xo, Zach is a sweet, emotional, and a bit angsty love story about two people who were destined to find each other. Zach and Poppy’s dynamic sparked from the pages the instant they met, and their chemistry together only grew more intense and passionate as the story continued. Let me just say that Zach is hands down one of the BEST characters ever written. Intelligent, funny, charming, and utterly gorgeous with a dirty mouth, he’s the epitome of the perfect guy. And the more you learn about him, the more he displays his romantic, deeply affectionate, and fully compassionate soul. I don’t know how she did it, but Poppy has lady-balls of steel for resisting Zach the way she did! Poppy was the more reserved, focused, and serious character of the two. With her past and true motivation for achieving success, her buckled down attitude is all too clear as to why she pushes Zach away, and resisting what could be one of the best things to happen to her. The author delivers another engaging and heartwarming must-read, layered with thoughtful and evocative aspects. xo, Zach is an extraordinary twist on the unconventional student/teacher relationship. The storyline is a build up of desires and intensity that warms your heart until the very end. 5 Stars!

I dare you not to fall for Zach!. 4.5 Stars! I have to tell you, you are going to LOVE this new book from Kendall Ryan! Zach and Poppy are one of my favorite Kendall Ryan couples of all time. Ryan has written a run romance full of heart, chemisty, sweet romance, dirty talk and an absolutely amazing HEA! I laughed. I cried. I most definitely swooned. From their first meeting, the chemistry between Zach and Poppy popped right off the pages! This is sure to be a favorite of both new and old Kendall Ryan fans!

Sexy and swoony. The blurb for this book had me swooning and I knew I HAD to read it. Once I started it I didn't want to put it down. It was sexy, sweet, funny and definitely swoon worthy. I absolutely loved it. Poppy is so much more than initially meets the eye. She's smart, funny, protective and caring. She's guarded-for reasons I won't spoil-but I really liked seeing that part of her. I understood her reasons for acting the way she did (most of the time) and her actions and reactions were incredibly authentic and believable. I truly enjoyed Poppy's journey. Zach? Omg, hello swoon. This man is easily one of my favorite Kendall Ryan book boyfriends. He's so quick witted, so smart. I was drooling the second he rolled up his shirtsleeves...which was very early on in the book. The words that flowed from this character were pure poetry and just so deliciously sweet-and other times so sexy. His brand of dirty talk was one I could definitely be on board with. I loved his sense of self. I loved how he cared for, and about, Poppy. Seriously, I just loved everything about him. These two together have such a fun meet cute that you can't help but smile. There were moments between them that had me chuckling, more than a few that had me sighing, and some that had me fanning myself. The progression of their relationship happened in a completely logical way to me. It worked for them. These two have just such natural chemistry and oh, the fireworks they have in the bedroom-seriously, have a fan ready ;) you'll thank me later. The supporting characters in this book were an absolute blast! Zach's mom might be my favorite book parent, ever. She had me cracking up. Poppy's neighbors were a treat as well; I would love to see these characters again! That being said, they didn't overwhelm Zach and Poppy by any means, they just added a little extra icing on the cake, so to speak. The writing here was sharp and at times oh so sweet. The dialogue between Zach and Poppy? I loved every word. The pacing of the book worked for me. I loved Kendall Ryan's spin on this scenario. It felt new and unique. This is a book I'll go back and reread. I loved xo, Zach and highly recommend it.

Had promise, but.... Reviews were good. The sample was good, but.... There were situations that just didn't make any sense. The whole conversation at the coffee house when the friends showed up was just weird. She never called them on it? Actually apologized to them for being upset?? She really had no idea who put the poem in her bag?? Actually considered her gay friend did it before ever thinking it was Zach?? I didn't get too far into this book before I had to just stop reading. I feel like I wasted my money...

XO, XO, XO Zach!!!!!!😍😘. Wow, what a sweet, sexy story. Loved Zach and Poppy’s story probably before Poppy did! Conner was a cutie and held my heart. Kody and Jodee were the comic relief. Wouldn’t mind having them for neighbors. Zach’s mom was irreverent but added flavor to the story. I would love to have a part two because I just didn’t want it to end. Thank you, Kendall. You never disappoint!❤️😀🙏

4.5 Zach Stars!. Xo, Zach is a sweet, sexy, flirty, playful and a bit angsty romance. Given the fact that this book is written by Kendall Ryan, you can expect this book to be both heartfelt and lovely. This book is not so much a forbidden romance but it does entail a graduate student and academic adviser. Poppy has somewhat lived a sheltered cautious life and so when she asked a guy to pretend to be her new boyfriend at a college house party that her ex-boyfriend is gonna be at, she never expected to run into the stand in guy again. And so when she discovers the guy that she shared a hot passionate kiss happens to be her academic adviser, Poppy is beyond stunned. "Of course, it was just my luck that the one woman I’d been interested in in over a year wasn’t looking for a relationship—and was also one of my students. Sh %t didn’t get more complicated than that.” Zach right away is intrigued by Poppy. Never has a woman got under his skin like her. He wants to keep things professional and at the same time want to explore what could be a hot relationship with Poppy. Poppy and Zach starts off as friends and mentor. Poppy is well aware she doesn’t want to jeopardize her academics for a fling with Zach. But as the two gets to know each other, Poppy can’t help wonder what Zach has to offer. So will Poppy finally give into Zach and confront her feelings for him? And how will Zach react to Poppy’s secret that she has kept from him? Xo, Zach is a very sweet, slow burn charming romance. Kendall Ryan does a terriffic job in setting the scene and allowing readers to understand Poppy’s hesitation in having a relationship with Zach. And as for Zach, I adored him. He was sweet, very patient, and understanding. He made his intentions clear from the start and so that was refreshing to see a hero that wasn’t arrogant or cocky. So if you are looking for a sweet and playful romance that was deliciously filled with heart and sincerity then this book is for you.

Xo Zach. This book is one of the best I’ve ever read. Zach is the epitome of the perfect mate, handsome,snarky, intelligent, built, tattooed, sentimental and outspoken. Poppy is a beautiful single mother with talent,beauty, maturity, a great mother. These two meet at a house party, when Poppy asks him to pretend to be her boyfriend one kiss and the chemistry between these two skyrockets. They don’t exchange numbers but both felt the chemistry. Poppy leaves saying if it was meant to be they will meet again. When they meet again Zach learns that Poppy is his one of the graduate students he is to advise. Here is where the story begins as they two star crossed lovers maneuver a forbidden relationship learning to trust, love, believe, share communicate and open their hearts. This story has all the feels a five star plus read.

xo, Zach Is a Cute Read!. xo, Zach was a cute read. Zach is a very determined guy who knows what he wants and goes for it. He has a really sweet side to him that I thoroughly enjoyed as well. Poppy is a caring and hardworking woman who just wants to do what's best for her son, Connor. With that she has a hard time doing things for herself and letting others help her. Her stubbornness was a little frustrating at times, but I get where she's coming from. I enjoyed the storyline and the concept, I just think things could have been sped up a little. I really enjoyed the ending and thought it was all super cute!

A fantastic read!!!. 4.5 Stars!! This was a fantastic read. A little on the taboo side, with a sexy heroine who falls for her advisor. Zach and Poppy were perfect together! There wasn’t a whole lot of drama in this book, just a sexy read that will have you wishing you could hang out with these two and their group of friends. Add in a hilarious, outspoken Mom and a sweet kindhearted kid, and you’ve got a phenomenal read. I would definitely recommend this!

Good job. What a great story. I love Kendall Ryan. This story shows a lot of truth amongst single mothers. It also shows that single mothers can have their happily ever after. Zach is one of a kind. A typical guy with his dirty mouth but a complete gentleman who has goals in life,overall. I enjoyed the fact that neither had to sacrifice their dreams for love. The ultimate winner is the open acceptance of a package deal. Great read.

Beautiful story!. I’m in love with this story. It had me hooked from the first page. Zach and Poppy’s story is sweet, funny and oh so hot. Zach and Poppy meet at a party and spark where everywhere, but Poppy had sworn off man and Zach wasn’t really looking for anything. After Zach and Poppy kisses, he just couldn’t get her out of his head. But what where the chances of them seeing each other again? Zach turns up to be Poppy’s new school advisor and well things just get a bit complicated. Their chemistry is off the charts and every time they are together this two are amazing. But would Zach risk his job for the one person he thought he would never see again. Will Poppy change her mind about Zach and open up to him. Lovely story, Zach and Poppy are an amazing couple that I seriously rooted all the way to the end. 5 amazing starts read!!!

Loved it. Kendall Ryan is fast becoming one of my go to authors and xo, Zach is one of my favourites, once again she shows us just how good she is at writing stories with characters you fall in love with, in this book we not only get the extremely hot Zach Austin who writes poetry and talks dirty we get the the sweet Poppy Ellis who knows she shouldn’t be falling for her college adviser and then there’s the hilarious nosy neighbors and the mother who has no filter on her mouth, what more could you want from a book. This is a great love story it has the perfect mix of love and humour, the chemistry is sizzling, it’s fun watching Zach and Poppy falling for each other and the witty banter will have you laughing out loud. Can’t wait for more from Kendall Ryan
