It actually has a great story and the body of the book is lengthy, which is great in today’s world. A warning, before you start page one, have everything you need to do, done. Secrets Hidden in the Glass. I liked the length of the book. I can usually figure out the culprit in a story but this one had several twists and turns. The very end may have been a little abrupt but it was still good. I guess I just didn’t want it to end.

Looking for more of the story. Overall a very good book. Skimmed through some of the redundant love passages. Callie’s character was a little unbelievable, and at times, annoying. The plot really kept my interest and I had a hard time putting it down.

What happened. This only has 44 pages!

Perfect read. The characters, the laughs, the tears, the suspense…. Haven’t had a book I didn’t want to put down in a long time; I am starting the second book now.

Review. I enjoyed the author’s writing and the suspense, but the book was too long and drawn out. I would skip 100 pages at a time and there still wouldn’t be much progress with the storyline.

Secrets Hidden in the Glass. Too slow and long. The sex scenes were redundant. The plot was predictable. The “humor” wasn’t really funny, more cheesy and lame. I had high hopes for this book but was let down. I will not be reading the sequel. Such a shame.

Fantastic. Absolutely loved this book

Get lost in Carter Island. I really enjoyed being immersed in the lives of the people of Carter Island. Nate and Callie’s story kept me engrossed and although I had hints through the novel, the ending kept me guessing. Looking forward to reading the next books in the series.

Best story ever. Bravo Cate Beauman, this is the best book I’ve read in a long time! I loved this book, could not put it down. Her characters are intriguing, the story is captivating. I also liked the fact that did not need hot and steamy sex scenes to carry the book. Some things were left to the imagination. I highly recommend reading this book.
