A Cowboy’s Christmas-A Great Read. I truly loved this book. It had all the feels in a good romance. There was laughter, romance, tears and steam and a HEA in the end. This was a page-turning read that was hard to put down since I enjoyed it so much. I’d definitely recommend this book! Make sure to add it to your To Be Read list no matter what time of year it is!

Cowboy’s Christmas. Cute, holiday romance and clever little twisted plot. It was light, funny and one feels you know the story characters well as the storyline progresses. Disappointing was the sudden ending wrapped up in less than a chapter at the end. It felt both rushed and it also felt as though the author was grasping for an ending. ANY ending to just end the book. Lost was the substance of the characters and all the meaning put into getting to know each other from the whole beginning of the book!!! The description of the town had more details. Badger’s character comes from a very wealthy family and he has had only the best private tutors, had gone onto college and ranked as an officer in the Air Force for over ten years. WHY is his letter to Haley - first of all, looking like a second grader printed it AND wrote it??? Horrible. Took him 3 DAYS to write it!!! ??? WITH his best friend Ryker’s suggestions and help??!!! OMG - Very disappointing sudden ending - worse than a beloved TV series getting cancelled without a closing episode!! HAD THE POTENTIAL TO BE SO MUCH MORE!!

A Cowboy’s Christmas. First time reading this author and I will definitely read her again. I so enjoyed this story and every single character, not to mention the town and it’s Christmas traditions. It was definitely a feel good story with a lot of sugar and just the right amount of spice.

Snother great read from VLT. What a sweet, funny sexy read! A great follow up to the McGavins series. Badger is a bit over the top as a Southern boy but you can't help being taken in by his swagger, gallantry and manners. A true gentleman....and as blazing hot as the Georgia summer heat. Hayley is a sweet gal from a loving family... who lives in Colorado and visits her parents only once a year to avoid her wedding planner mom's continual efforts to set her up with me! She loves 'em bout dreads it because of her mom's meddling. They exchange glances in the airport while waiting to board plane for Montana. Then, he rescues her from some unwanted guy's attention and they learn they're headed for the same town. A rude passenger's behavior turns to their advantage; he offers her his seat so he can sit with Hayley. He cooks up a scheme that will end her matchmaking mama's plan and means he gets to spend time with her while visiting her former Air Force buddy Ryker's family over the holidays. I really enjoyed getting to know this thoughtful pair and observe their connection grow. Another great read from VLT. * Thanks for the ARC. It's easy to render an honest review.

Great romance. Interesting start to a steamy romance! Enjoy!

A nice addition for the holiday season or anytime of the year. I have come to love this series of the McGavin brothers. Brave and honorable men back home in Eagle’s Nest making a life and finding their significant others. Ryker McGavin’s friend and silent partner of Badger Aviation, has come to visit him. Badger meets Hayley at the Denver airport . They end up sitting together on their flight to Eagle’s Nest. Hayley wants to visit her family but her mother’s matchmaking attempts are making her dread the visit. Badger offers to be her “fake” boyfriend so she is not harassed. But as we know , the best laid plans tend to go haywire, and this one certainly does. Especially as the story gets complicated and feelings are starting to develop. The story was engaging and both the main characters , as well as the secondary characters, like her parents, were well developed. It’s a stand alone story, but if you have read the previous books, you get a chance to catch up on the lives of those characters. A nice addition for the holiday season or anytime of the year. Sweet and Sexy 4.5*. When it comes to jumping into the deep end with regard to a situation, that is the way Badger Calhoun always operates. His impulsive idea, to pretend to be in a committed relationship with a girl he has only just met, so that her mother won’t fix her up on awkward dates over the holiday period, makes perfect sense to him. His close buddy Ryker McGavin is convinced that it will all blow up in his face. The supposed relationship means Hayley and Badger spending a lot of time together and the chemistry between them, along with a matchmaking momma, escalates matters. Can a true relationship work between them however, when he lives in Atlanta and she in Denver? Plus Badger never opens up about his family; what secrets is he hiding? Standalone story but you get to meet up with the McGavin’s as secondary characters. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author.
