An Unknown Curse. Prologue The tom blocked her way, his gaze burning into hers. “Let me through!” She cried out in desperation. “You are to not leave these mountains!” Screeched her leader. “Silver!” A familiar voice yowled. “Jump! Now!” Silver braced her muscles before jumping as high as she could and landing on the other side of the ring of cats, and immediately began running, catching up to her Clan friend. “Thanks Mossyleaf.” She murmured. “You helped me.” Mossyleaf smiled, her gaze gentle as the two she-cats ran side by side down the mountain path, heading towards the territory of the Clans. Chapter 1 “Boo!” Firkit jumped a mile and spun around glaring at his sister Rainkit. “A medicine cat is meant to HEAL not scare other cats!” He snapped. “We’re still kits.” Rainkit pointed out. “I don’t have to worry about treating wounds just yet.” Firkit scowled as Birdleap padded past, dropping her herbs. “Well you could always help when there are injuries,” the medicine cat said. “It’ll be good practice for you.” “From your voice that is a ‘you will’ not a ‘you could’.” Rainkit sighed. Birdleap smiled before picking up her herbs and padding off obviously amused by the flick of her tail. Firkit watched the cat pad off, then looked back at his sister, who had been replaced with Spiderkit, his friend. “Expecting somebody else?” She asked curiously. “Kind of, but not anymore.” Firkit replied. “Well of COURSE you aren’t anymore.” Spiderkit rolled her eyes. “Captain Obvious.” Firkit glared at her for a few moments, before stomping away back to the nursery where his mother immediately began washing him. “Stop.” He mumbled, even though her tongue rushing across his pelt soothed him and let him fall into a deep sleep. He looked around horrified at the state of the forest. It was devasting, the trees leafless and ashes laying on the ground. The ground was barren and dry, while the trees stood precariously, threatening to fall, one of the bare, burnt branches falling only an inch from Firkit’s paws. ‘This place is cursed.’ He thought in pure terror. He called out the names of his sister and parents, but there was no response. ‘I’m dead.’ He thought. ‘This place will kill me.’ His thoughts were answered as the tree next to him creaked, before falling straight towards him. He let a silent scream and woke with a start, noticing it had been a dream. ‘I’m ok.’ He thought. He was safe next to his mother’s belly with his siblings around him. Chapter two in lost stars

So when she discovered a handsome rouge Tom she turned to him. She found herself breaking the warrior code every day for this Tom. But then she left the clan completely. One day the clans found the Tom on their border and attacked. Furious, him and his rouges attacked and weedfeathers clan found her and questioned her. She said that she chose the rogue over the clans. So when the big battle came she had to choose between her clan and her mate. But in the end she decided to stay with her clan but not long after she realized she was expecting his kits. The clan was not Thrilled to hear this in some cats even treated the kids differently but she was allowed to stay in a clan and that’s where she will always be Plz tell me how you thought about it

Chapter Sixteen of Sunsetsplash's Destiny! Part one!. Sunsetsplash flexed her claws anxiously. The sun had set, and the full moon had begun its climb up the starry sky. Three days after her fight with both Specklebranch and Splashtail, and neither of them wanted to talk with her. At least she still had Smokecloud, who was standing with her, his blue eyes bright in the gloom. " Don't worry about it, Sunsetsplash. It'll be okay." The smoky black tom meowed, rubbing his nose against her cheek. Sunsetsplash flicked her tail. " What do you mean?" " Your sister, and my brother." " Oh." Sunsetsplash hadn't realised that the thought of them was noticeable. " Don't worry, they're both a bunch of furballs." Smokecloud purred. Sunsetsplash let out a mrrow of laughter. " Well, Specklebranch is a furball. But my sister..." " I know." Smokecloud whispered. He gave her a reassuring lick. " But she'll get over it. And so will Specklebranch." " I really hope so, Smokecloud. But at least a still have you." She pressed her flank against her mate's, grateful for his warmth and company. They waited for what felt like moons, and then Sharpstar padded out of his den, rounded up the cats attending the Gathering, and they all padded out of camp. To her delight ( although she felt a little guilty about it ), Specklebranch and Splashtail both were staying in camp. They were halfway to Fourtrees when Flowerhaze padded to her side. " Excuse me," she said softly, tapping Smokecloud's shoulder with her nose. " Can I speak with Sunsetsplash. Privately." Smokecloud nodded and padded ahead. The pretty brown tabby took the black tom's place. " What is it, Flowerhaze?" Sunsetsplash asked. The tabby hesitated for a moment, and when she spoke, she sounded uncertain. " When me and Thistlepelt went hunting, we came across a scent." " Okay...?" " We followed it, and we came across a rogue in our territory. He was...he was asking for...you." Sunsetsplash jerked backward like she was struck. " What?" Was it Dark Shadow? Flowerhaze's eyes glimmered with worry. " I'm sure it's nothing, we chased him off." Her words sounded reassuring, but Sunsetsplash just couldn't shake the feeling of fear the gripped her heart... Part two will be in...Omen of the Stars book one. - Sunsetsplash

Gonna be good. I can already tell these books are coming to be an epic and thrilling series. I can’t wait when the desc. of this book is released

Disappointment.. This book sucked. I have stayed on top of all the Warriors books ever written, and for the most part, they left me feeling moderately satisfied! But this one? No, this book was awful. A Vision of Shadows blew it early, having Darktail die early on in the arc, therefore ending up with several books lacking any stakes. When SkyClan threatened to leave the forest, I didn't care. I don't care about any of these cats. They're all rehashes of old, better characters, and their problems seem trite and boring. This book has no climax. No stakes. Everything is wrapped up nice and neat, and it's BORING. I skimmed the majority of it because I was bored. The Erins have given me no reason to care about anyone other than Alderheart, because Violetshine and Twigbranch are wishy-washy and impossible to get invested in. And the way they excused Finleap's abusive behavior was disgusting. The whole subplot with him wanting kits made my eyes roll, and I rolled them even harder when he did a complete 180° at the end and apologized for every mean thing he'd ever done, blah blah blah. This book had no interesting plots, no compelling characters, not even rising and falling action! Having Tree as a mediator that can't mediate is stupid. Having all the leaders unanimously agree to bring back SkyClan after it starts raining is stupid. Having deathberries be the cure to some previously-unmentioned "infection" is stupid. These books used to keep me on the edge of my seat, but clearly, diplomacy and talking about your problems with other clans are all the rage now. Honestly, I actually prefer the wild and senseless bloodshed, because that at least was interesting. Step it UP, Erins. You are better than this. As writers, you should hold yourselves responsible for what you put out, and refuse to have A Vision of Shadows end with this tripe. Not worth the $10. Do not buy this book.

Amazing.. Yeah, I’m a bit late since I’m reading this for a second time. But, amazing. Haters gotta do what they were made for. But yeah, I love this book. I love it. There’s not much else to say. 5 stars 100%. Yeah ‘I love it’ pretty much sums it up.

Birch’s Call chapter 6. ———Chapter 6—- Birch weakly opened his eyes. He felt something sticky seeping into his fur. •Blood……..• He looked around. Where did Storm of Claws go? Birch let out a small sigh. Starlight murmured softly in his ear. “He revealed his full name. Storm of Fierce Blood-Stained Claws.” His mate shuddered as she said it. He looked around once more. Where was Cream? [Starlight’s POV] Starlight worriedly gazed down at his mate. He looked worried. •He’s probably wondering about his sister.• Her fur prickled uncomfortably. “Cream left.” She flatly said. •I don’t understand why he’s soooo worried about Cream. He has his own family now! He should leave his old family alone!• A soft flame of anger brewed up inside of her. •Starlight.• She thought. •Starlight of Calm Moon-lit Skies.• A wave a guilt crashed over her. Her mate didn’t even know her real name. She bitterly pushed it down. •He doesn’t deserve to know. He killed my sister!• The flame inside her grew. •Oak of Large Forest…. Is dead….• [Birch’s POV] Birch watched his mate with confusion. Anger so hot burned in her eyes. Grief flickered in the anger. Then guilt. What kind of storm was raging in his mate? Eagle raced around his. Ash, Sand, and Storm ran away from him. The little tom-kit hurtled himself after his litter mates. Birch turned his attention back on his mate. Cold crept up him like ice. Something dark had settled in his mate. Something so dark……. he couldn’t get a sense of it. [Storm of Fierce Blood-Stained Claws’s POV] Storm of Claws growled angrily. He didn’t do it. He didn’t get to kill his sisters mate. •Why?!• he silently wailed, •Why didn’t you mate with Shadow casting onto Mountains? Life would’ve been better that way. Way better.• He miserably trekked up the hill. •She ruined my life. Clear water of Calm Seas was banned from mating with me. But…… she still had my kits…..• An image of a blue gray tom-kit and a black she-kit came to his mind. •I wish I could see them again.• A pang of longing hit him hard in his heart. He lifted his head to the sky, “I’m all alone now. My friends are dead. My mate and kits are so so far from me. All of my kin is spread apart, so far away, I can’t keep going away……. each time they….. send me away….” He took a deep breath. “They all hate me, but I don’t. Forever they’ll remain in my heart. No matter how far they spread apart. If only life could be different. If I could change the path, I’d do it in a heartbeat. But life will stay….. always having me in despair…..” He paused, not knowing why he kept saying his worries to the sky. He drew in a shaky breath. “My path is stained with blood….. I’m being torn apart…. How……” his voice trailed off. •How can I keep going when everyone is against me? I’m breaking down….• ———————————————- Haha!!! Cliff hanger!!! With lots of POV switches!!! Can’t Wait to Read. I’m so excited to read this book. I started reading the Warriors series back in elementary school, starting with the first book and reading all the way through. I’ve loved every single book, and am still reading them in college. The only thing that I hope is that SkyClan’s leader Leafstar chills out. Everyone says Bramblestar is bossy, but I’ve gotta disagree. Anyway, I’m looking forward to this read. :)

It's ok. This warriors arch has been bland, and silly. There was no climax in the last 3 books. I honestly think they killed Darktail off too early. And a lot of stuff in this book arch has been stupid. Finleap's abusive and pushy nature was disgusting, because of his obsession of Twigbranch. These past few books are the most boring warriors books I've ever read. I am very disappointed in the Erins. It could have been way better.

This book all ties up at the end very well and I would rate this book 5 stars because it is one of my favourite books of all time. 👍
