Special Forces veteran and Dark Knights Motorcycle Club member Bullet Whiskey lives to protect his family, their bar, and the residents of his small hometown. He’s rough, unapologetic, and haunted by a secret, painful past. He’s also a master at keeping people away, and when his sister hires gorgeous and sweet Finlay Wilson to help expand their biker bar, he knows just how to get rid of her.

After losing her boyfriend and her father, Finlay moves back to her hometown to be closer to the little family she has left. She needs her temporary job at Whiskey Bro’s to get her catering business off the ground, and she’s determined not to let the gruff, arrogant mountain of a man Bullet Whiskey scare her off.

All HEART and Passion. Driving Whiskey Wild is the perfect title for Bullet and Finlay’s story. The toughest of the Whiskey is about to fall and fall hard. The question is will he except the fall or fight it every step of the way? Finlay has a fear of dogs, and has no idea what to do on a motorcycle so why on earth did her toes curl at every sight off Bullet Whiskey? Finlay owns her own catering company and has agreed to help bring the Whiskey Bar up to times or as close as Biggs Whiskey would allow. What she didn’t expect was to find something wonderful to hold on too. Bullet aka Brandon has a gauntlet of issues from PTSD to battling his own demons from being in the special forces. He’s not just a big burly biker who felt nothing for the people in his life. He is after all “The Protector” of the Whiskey family along with his brothers of the Dark Knights. He has a heart and he loves deeply, and he is about to put Finlay on notice. Bullet and Finlay have been skirting around what ever this thing is between them that is impossible to fight any longer. The question is will both of them win in the end? Finlay loves to cook, and what better way to put said talents to work for her than opening her own business. There is one man standing in her way, Bullet Whiskey. Bullet does not really know what to do with what he is feeling for Finn, all he knows is he wants more than a quick slide between the sheets. My song for Bullet and Finlay is “Candy Girl, Riverdale style”. What I enjoyed about the Driving Whiskey Wild supporting and lead characters is the strong feelings that all the Whiskey’s shows toward the ones who mattered. It makes me feel like I am apart of their inner circle. As I am sure is the same feelings Finlay, Penny, Sarah and her kids and Izzy (Finlay’s BFF)felt upon meeting the Whiskey’s. Peaceful Harbor has become my favorite town to revisit long after I finish the Whiskey Series. Melissa Foster does family drama, Sexy Bikers and strong heroines who know how to keep them in line, like Ben & Jerry’s do ice cream…smooth and one lick at a time. The narration was engaging and the characters were distinct. I enjoyed Paul Woodson who quickly drew me into the book and made me feel as though I was one of the characters. If you enjoy listening to audio books and want a fun, sexy read with an emotional pull, then pick up a copy of Driving Whiskey Wild, written by Melissa Foster and narrated by Paul Woodson. I am off to book #4 in the Whiskey Series. Rated 5 Stilettos and a Recommended Read by Deb!

Incredible emotional story. Wow! What an incredibly emotional story. Findlay and Bullet prove that what a person looks like doesn’t always indicate the strength or the emotions of the person. And their chemistry is just sizzling hot! I just love Red and Briggs.

The baby whisperer. If you love opposites attract romances where the couple in question couldn’t be more different on the surface, but find that they had a more in common than could have ever known, then you will absolutely adore Bullet & Finley’s journey to their HEA. They pushed each other’s comfort zones in such a way that while it made them both uncomfortable, it also made them stronger because of it.I really enjoyed just how they fit together without getting lost in each other. Their journey has its fair share of bumps. I liked how they navigated their way through it all. I do have to mention the Whiskey clan and those that apart of their inner circle because they play a large part in why I adore these books. The family dynamic jumps off the page and I love the depth that each one brings to the story.

Great book!!!!!. This book had me hooked from page one and I didn’t want it to end. Bullet and Finlay definitely have chemistry but they are complete opposites. He is a total alpha male with his leather and tattoos while Finlay wears her skirts and dresses and loves pink. These two may be opposites but they have more in common than either of them think. They have both had to deal with loss in their lives in very different ways, but in getting to learn more about each other, they may be more similar than they think. I really enjoyed seeing these two banter back and forth and Bullet and his innuendos had me laughing out loud. I knew that Bullet had a past but his past is heartbreaking and it explains why Bullet is like he is and I’m glad that Finlay came into his life as someone who has become very important to Bullet. She helped him to work on overcoming some things that he has felt guilty about and in turn allowing him to enjoy life more and to make some positive changes. This book had me laughing and crying but in the end I have to say it is definitely one of my favorites and the song Lollipop is swirling in my head. #lollipop

Couldn’t put it down. The characters in this book are so fun to read about. They seem like opposites, but they also have a strong connection. Melissa Foster is so good at capturing sexual tension and her books are very addicting!

Opposites Attract in the Best Way. Finlay and Bullet… the two couldn’t be more opposite. She’s soft and fenine and he’s gruff and bossy. Their story is adorable and funny - and I absolutely love with rough and tough men crumble for the woman they love. Melissa Foster is such a creative genius with her characters and the worlds she builds.

Love. I didn’t think I could love one of Melissa’s hero’s more than I did Bear Whiskey, until I met Bullet. Watching Bullet and Finley fall in love and defeat Bullets demons with love was amazing. Love this book!

❤️❤️. All I can say is WOW! I am in love with Bullet! I am a sucker for a big broody guy whose wrapped around a child’s finger! Lol! And reading how he interacted with and fell for Finlay... icing on the cake!

Whiskey wild Bullet. Bullet and Finlay both had their share of baggage. Finlay lost the love of her life to war. She was having a hard time adjusting and started getting lonely so decided the move home to be closer to her sister Penny. Finely had her own catering business but relocating was best for her at this time. Bullet the oldest of the Whiskey family had gone to war but unfortunately return with PTSD. He has always been a very protective of his family and others and that would never change. Bullet was hard on the outside but dough on the inside. When Bullet and Finlay life came together with a shred kiss, it was the answer they both needed. To Live! I love the characters in this series. Come on Bones😉

Loved!. I really enjoyed Driving Whiskey Wild. This is the first book by Melissa Foster that I've ever had the pleasure of listening to. Foster does an amazing job writing relatable characters that you can't help but love. This was one of the few books that I've listened to with a male narrator. Usually, I'm a bit turned off by listening to a male narrate especially if the voice doesn't quite match the characters (especially the ladies!), but Paul Woodson did a great job! I was engaged throughout the story and I loved how he brought the main characters to life. If you're looking for a narrator with a great, deep voice look no further. Overall, I would definitely listen to this audiobook again and I'm SO glad I found a new author to read/listen to.

Bullet Train!!. I’m falling for the entire Whiskey family and Bullet just helped cement that love even further into my heart. Bullet is a born protector as much as he was bread to be one by his father. His need to protect has left him with demons, in the form of PTSD, from his time spent in the military. He feels like he’s darkness with no sign of light. Endless hours at the bar and the rest of his spare time spent protecting the town. Well that’s about to change when the ray of sunshine known as Finley comes to help expand the Whiskey Bros. Bar. Finley is the light Bullet’s soul craves and she’s the light driving him wild. They both have things from their past that feel too hard to get over. “I thought I was broken, but I think broken is the wrong word for people like us. I think we were affected and hurt, but not broken. Broken implies that we need to be fixed, that we’re not good enough to be loved the way we are, or we’re lacking in some way.” Finlay Wilson I think lollipop has become my favorite nickname.

Love this book!. Love this book and series!

Super fun and hot. I don't know where to start!! Melissa you have done an excellent job!!! I want to be part of the Whiskey family. Bullet and Finlay are proving opposites attract. Bullet in all his badassness does have a soft spot. I totally fell in love with him from the start. Finlay sweet and determined does prove she fits into Bullets world. I had so many emotions while reading this book!! This book deserves a 10+ rating!! Thank you Melissa for another amazing book!!

Bullet & Finlay’s HEA. Bullet Whiskey is big, burly and grouchy. A member of the Dark Knights, Bullet is loyal and protective of those he loves and his community. He came out of the service broken but keeps his secrets hidden from his friends and family. Finlay is trying to start her own catering company and when the Whiskey's want to expand their bar, she sees this as her opportunity. Bullet feels Finlay is to pure to be a part of his world but little does he know, she's exactly what he needs to help him with his demons and get to a place where he allows himself to love and get the HEA they both deserve. Another good by Melissa!

Let Bullet Drive you Wild!!. 4.5 STARS DRIVING WHISKEY WILD by Melissa Foster. This review is for the audiobook version of this story. Having read the previous books in the Whiskey series, I was very excited for Bullet and Finlay's story. (Note- this can be listened to as a standalone). Ms. Foster's story often evoke quite the range of emotions out of me and this one was no different. Bullet is uber-sexy, rough and tough and gruff all the way but has the biggest heart of almost any Hero I've ever met. Finlay is sweet as pie and, if two people could be more opposite, it's these two. Finlay, however, at times was just a tad too sweet for me and came across a little naive. Despite that, she complemented Bullet perfectly. Their love story is one that is sweet and endearing. It represents many of the ups and downs couples face as they journey their path together. I was smiling and laughing, swooning and catching my breath, and then found myself yelling at the characters too. Ms. Foster does an amazing job of portraying the emotions and feelings of her characters and her phrasing and way with words often makes me go "Sigh - that is just soooo romantic!" The audio version of the tale was well done, although I had my hesitations when learning it was a male narrator. Often, I find males distracting when they try to pull off a female's voice. Mr. Paul Woodson did an acceptable job, however. It did take me a chapter or two to get used to him speaking as Finlay and the other females, but once I got into the story, it no longer became an issue for me. I found I could follow and recognize each character as he spoke. Listening to a book is a bit different then reading it and I found DRIVING WHISKEY WILD to be a wonderful listening experience. (received an ARC of the audiobook for an honest review)

Bullet Train!. Driving Whiskey Wild by Melissa Foster was a fun, dirty sexy emotional read. These Whiskey Brother may look like tough bikers but they have hearts of gold. Finlay Wilson is a chef who first meets Bullet at a wedding she was catering and the first thing he said to her was “Hey sweetheart, whaddaya say I take you for a ride on the Bullet train?” Now she is asked to help with the kitchen renovations at Whiskey’s Bar and working alongside Bullet. Bullet is big tattooed biker guy who always looks angry but that doesn’t stop Finlay from putting him in his place. Bullet at first doesn’t want Finley around the bar because he thinks he needs to protect her, but he soon finds out that she can handle herself. These two might be opposites but their sexual chemistry is off the charts. Finlay is his light that makes him start letting go of the past and looking to the future. There are so many cute and enjoyable moments between this couple and friends/family. Melissa’s books are always addicting and she knows how to pull at your heartstrings and how to get down and dirty. Highly recommend checking out this series and all of her other ones, you will not be sorry you did.

Great Story!!. Great Story!! Good girl meets bad boy and falls in love BUT WAIT , it's not that smooth sailing for Bullet & Finley (Lollipop). I LOVE that nickname! This story is sexy, tough, sweet and fun at times and I loved it!

Keep them coming. I just loved Bullet and Finlay! Who wouldn’t love a big burly biker guy (with a heart of gold) who falls hard for a woman afraid of dogs and motorcycles. Finlay is helping Bullet’s family add food to the offerings at their biker bar. Bullet suffers from PTSD and a need to protect everyone in his life. He quickly includes Finlay in his inner circle. Both of them have hurts in their past that they must get over and together they work to tackle these issues. I really love the Whiskeys and can’t wait to read the remaining books in this series!

Alpha meets his match. Another great book for the Whiskey family! Bullet is all big, alpha and brawny. But man did he fall flat on his rear when he met his match in Finlay. Finlay is the site of innocence, carrying her past around with her. Bullet rubs her wrong when they met at the wedding, but his crash words weren’t enough to scare her away from her life of cooking. They have an amazing story filled with the revealing of past scars, but they get each other through that to one very beautiful HEA!

Bullet and Finley. Melissa really knows how to bring attention to problems that a lot of people have and need help with in a loving, caring way. Bullet and Finley are perfect for each other even if it wasn’t obvious at first.

Loved it. Big, bad, scary, sexy Bullet has a heart of gold. Who'd have thought? I fell in love with Bullet. Seriously? Who wouldn't? And Finlay is his perfect match. And we can't help but love Bullet's dog Tinkerbell too. I just love everything about this book.

To Love and Be Loved. Hot alpha male who have emotions, secrets and attitude trying to escape the demons of his past while helping those who need aid meets the woman who he wants to sin up and protect at the same time. Her innocence changes how he sees thing and finds his own special Angel. Who, is trying to come to terms with her own troubled past. Can two troubled souls help each other to a brighter future? Melissa Foster brings own special brand of telling a story while pulling at your ♥️ strings and making you cheer while taking on issues that are relevant to our society. Her stories show that to love and be loved is the greatest gift any person can have, A Melissa Foster story is always a gift to be treasured.

Loved it❤️❤️. Another great read from Melissa Foster!! Keep em coming!!!

Bullet and Finlay. I absolutely love the Whiskey family. They love big and have a protective streak a mile wide! I found Bullet and Finlay quite cute and hilarious at times. *****

Motorcycle Tough Man with a Heart made to Love. OMG!!! I just fell in love all over again. Add Bullet Whiskey to the top of my list of Book Boyfriends! WOW!! Bullet has a heart of gold that he doesnt let anyone see very often, unless you are part of his 'family'! As for Finlay, she's been through a lot and doesnt allow many into her heart either. Bringing them both together, they realize that they cant keep each other out of their hearts. The walls that each have erected around their hearts have been burned to the ground with the heat generated between them. And little did they know, they were more connected then what they originally thought.

Driving Whiskey Crazy. The characters were great and it was nice to see the motorcycle club and bar shown in a good light. The story was a bit too repetitive and I think the ending could have been better.

Findlay and Bullet. Melissa Foster has done it again. Want a wild ride? This is your book, heartstrings are pulled every which way between Findlay and Bullet. A true story about love and sacrifice, and learning to let go of the past. A military vet learns his lollipop is all the sugar he needs to heal, and Findlay finds her voice in Bullet. Intense from the beginning to the end, this third installment of the series will leave you gasping for air.

Love this Book. What a fabulous book! Omg, I just love Bullet and Finley! On the outside they are completely opposite and yet their relationship just compliments each other. He’s the tough tattooed biker and she’s the sweet girl next door! They both have baggage and it’s like two halves coming together as one and helping each other heal! I loved this book! I also listened to the audible book and loved it!

Great read.. Very heartfelt and real. I have read and re read this book👍

Brandon and Finlay. First off, I’m not a big fan of tats. I’m just not. However, this is a story about a biker, set in a biker bar, so tats are expected. Now, on to my review: Everyone has their own demons and secrets, even heroes. This book is about getting past those demons and allowing yourself to choose living instead of merely existing. And isn’t it cool how things come full circle? Brandon and Finlay each have their own demons, their pasts. He’s a biker and runs his family’s bar. She’s a caterer hired to expand the bar’s menu and kitchen. Read the book – it’s really good! You’ll never look at whistle blowers, lollipops, or bullet trains the same again!

I’m on the Bullet Train. Brandon “Bullet” Whiskey is HOT. Bullet has built a huge wall around himself. He only always people to see what he wants about himself. Finlay is a prim and proper, dress wearing caterer who is just about as opposite Bullet’s leather wearing, motorcycle riding, tattoo covered self. Things are smooth of the get go, but as Finlay starts to see Bullet for all the good he does not just the outside shell she starts to open up to him. As Bullet’s wall starts to come down, he is open and exposed. On one faithful day will the wall go back up because there is too much pain and easier to just walk away? This book will touch on the subject of PTSD and open up the eyes to those who suffer from it. Please pick up this book and fall in live with Bullet.

I just LOVE this Whiskey family!. Driving Whiskey Wild is a sweet romance, low on angst but not low on story. It has elements of MC romance, but not super gritty. Bullet Whiskey is a gruff, alpha biker who is set in his ways and resists change. He has always been the protector in his family, a hero to them and his country but tries to cover up the PTSD that he suffers from since returning from his stint in the military. Finlay is an absolute sweetheart a complete opposite to Bullet’s roughness. He even calls her ‘Lollipop’. But she is no shrinking violet and stands up for herself with her own sass and toughness. I listened to this on audiobook with stellar narration by Paul Woodson. I’m quickly becoming a big fan of this narrator! Driving Whiskey Wild is the third book in The Whiskey’s series but certainly can be read as a standalone. It is the first book in this series that I’ve read and I wasn’t lost at all. It just made me want to go back and read the first and second books. I’ve completely fallen in love with the entire Whiskey Family! -4.5 Stars!-

Sweet. This book was sweet. I enjoyed Bullet and Findlay getting to know each other and assisting each other through various challenges.

Taming Bullet. Loved Finlay and Bullet. Finlay moved back to her hometown thinking she would never fall in love again after losing her first love. She thought connecting with her sister Penny would be enough. She wants to expand her catering business and will also help the Whiskey's expand their bar. Bullet is a born protector he was in the military and suffered some great losts. He is against Finlay working for them. Their lives are so different. He did have a crush on her and attempted to pick her up at a wedding. Finlay of course did not take him up. Working close together these two might just find love, but Finlay is scared of dogs and motorcycles. Two things Bullet loves is his dog and riding his motorcycle. Will these two get their HEA. A truly emotional read with just enough spice. Xoxo, 💕Meme Chanell Book Corner💕

A piece of art👏. This book was magnificent!! I absolutely loved all the characters and the way they were portrayed. Finlay, our heroine, fights her own battles. She is just opening up again after losing her late-boyfriend and Bullet was just perfect for her. She was an amazing main character, which isn’t a surprise to me because all of Melissa’s MCs are so lovable and amazing. Bullet Whiskey, our hero, is just a pleasant character to read about. Of course he’s not perfect, he had his flaws and his demons but the way he loves was out of this world. Again, like I said in the previous book, this story was perfect because it really emphasised the fact that it was finally time for him to do something for himself, instead of putting others before him likes he’s done his whole life. As always, the found family is this series is PHENOMENAL, and that is with capital letters. I don’t think I’ve read many books where I really just wanted to be in the story and be apart of their family. They love one another so incredibly much, and it is a dream to read about. Finlay and Bullet just complete each other so much, and I love them with all my heart. I can’t wait to read Bones and Sarah’s book🙌 5⭐️ | 2🌶 | 1💧

Did not disappoint!. have been waiting to read Bullet's story since I was introduced to him in Tru Blue, and it was worth the wait! On the face of it, Bullet and Finley shouldn't have worked, they were opposites. Bullet is the moody, dark biker with a past causing him problems and Finley is the sweet, cute caterer trying to get over her college sweetheart serving in the military and not coming home. Time, however can change things. As Bullet and Finley begin to spend time together and she becomes entwined in those closest to him, they both begin to see the person behind the exterior. I could not stop reading once I started tis book. Like other Melissa books, characters from other stories appear allowing you to see how they are doing. Now I need to read Bones story.

Driving whiskey wild. Oh. My! I love every book I have read by Melissa, but I have to admit her Whiskey series is the one for me. After Reading Tru Blue and Truly Madly Whiskey, I could not wait to get my hands on Bullet Whiskey’s story and boy did Melissa not disappoint me one bit. You would think a corny line like ‘Come take a ride the Bullet train’ would be totally laughable (and it is), but for Bullet that straight up is his line to Finlay and you know what, as corny as it may be, if he said to me it would totally work! Bullet is a big hulk of a guy, but boy are looks deceiving as Finlay soon finds out. She has moved back after losing her boyfriend and father to start a fresh and be near her sister Penny. Tasked with the job of helping redesign the Whiskeys bar she ultimately has to work with Bullet. The two of them couldn’t be more opposite if they tried, yet as with Melissa’s books she is the master of opposite attraction. Bullet and his whole family are bikers who’s father founded the Dark Knights MC, but these bikers are different than the usual term “biker” conjures up. Bullet has the biggest heart and will do anything for anyone and protect his family and loved ones at all costs. The attraction was instant for both, and with Bullet suffering from PTSD Bullet he not without his troubles, and Finlay has been trough her own fair share of trauma, but these two coming together helps both on them heal. Another amazing book from Melissa and now I cant wait for Bones story!

When opposites attract. They say that opposites attract and that is true for Finlay and Bullet. Finlay has burrowed her way into his head and his heart, but will their painful histories get in the way of their future happiness? A heart wrenching story of trust, acceptance and courage to live again.

Bullet Train!. WOW….. I want no need my very own Wayne ’Bullet’ Whiskey, I have completely fallen for him. Bullet has secrets that he has kept from his family and until now he never has a reason or someone to open up to. Bullet is very much a family man, he loves and protects those he cares about to a point where he doesn’t leave much room for anything or anyone else. This soon changes when he meets Finlay. The way he first met Finlay probably wasn’t his defining moment – however he did leave an impression. Finlay has been hurt in the past and this what makes her wary of other relationships, other than the ones she has with her sister or best friend. Somehow Bullet manages to knock down Finlay’s walls and starts to see something she hides from others. This story has to be one of my favs, if this is the first book from Melissa Fosters collection you are reading then prepare yourself to fall, into a world you cannot get away from. I would recommend starting with Tru Blue, though it’s not essential it does help with the understanding of previous characters. Maybe it’s time for you to find your sugar rush

A great addition. 4.5 Star Review of Driving Whiskey Wild (The Whiskeys #3) by Melissa Foster The third book in the series and was just as strong and interesting as the previous books. Told with dual POV’s I really liked the main characters of (Brandon) Bullet and (Finlay) Fins. This series is all about the Whiskey family and their close friends. It is a s story of love, hope and friendship, of family, not always related by blood and one which I thoroughly enjoyed. It’s true when they say that opposites attract and such is the case with Bullet and Finlay. Both have been damaged by loss and yet through it all they are both determined to love and protect their family and friends. Finlay brought out the vulnerable and tender side of Bullet and some of the scenes were heartbreakingly beautiful to read. Melissa Foster did a great job of covering a variety of issues including PTSD, grief, survivors guilt and more.Driving Whiskey Wild is a story that shows how time and love can heal and help a person to find happiness again. As I have found with the other books in this series, the characters were well written, yet flawed, making them easy to relate to on numerous levels. I particularly enjoy the banter between the friends as Bullet and Finlay slowly explore their feelings as their relationship gains momentum. Driving Whiskey Wild has a great deal of humour and romance that will bring a smile to your face. I cannot wait for more in this series and I believe up next is Uncle Boney’s story.

Beautiful. Such a beautifully sweet & sexy story. Bullet & Finlay’s story is amazing. So much emotion. Absolutely recommend to all.

These books are amazing!. Absolutely loving the Whiskey family stories.

Beautiful journey of love and hope. Book 3 in The Whiskeys Series and this is fast becoming one of my favourite reads, once again Melissa Foster has given us another book boyfriend to fall for this time it’s Special Forces veteran and Dark Knights Motorcycle Club member Bullet Whiskey. Bullet lives to protect the bar, his family and the residents of Peaceful Harbour, he hides his secrets, his PTSD and his painful past well and he never lets anyone get to close to him ...until he meets Finlay Wilson a beautiful sweet girl his sister hires to expand the biker bar, he try’s his best to get her to turn around and walk away but when she stays he finds himself falling for her. Finlay is everything Bullet has never wanted but he can’t walk away from the girl who’s afraid of motorcycles and his dog..... This is a beautifully written love story, it’s Bullet and Finlay’s journey, it’s about him learning to trust and open up and it’s about her learning to put her fears behind her. Two opposites who compliment and complete each other, two people who bring out the best in each other and heal the wounds they both hide from the rest of the world. I love the family love and loyalty that is so prominent in this book and this series, I love the strong characters, and I love Melissa Foster’s writing she draws you in and you find yourself up all night because you need to take in every page and every chapter without missing a beat. Looking forward to next book in The Whiskeys .
