A must read!. I read this in one sitting. Whitney & Cole and their witty banter are hilarious and their chemistry is amazing. Lennon, Tahlia and Whitney, their friendship is amazing. And how they lean on each other during the times in the book is well written and also funny. Cole- I really really like him!

Was good until.... I enjoyed this book until near the end, and the heroine became a drama queen. I hate the self righteous way she refused to even hear what he had to say. And it wasn’t even her that was cheated on!

Not charmed.. Sorry but this book was as painful as Whits trip in the restaurant. Truly not impressed by these immature women and well nah... not worth my time to critique it any longer....

Charmed by the bartender. This is a cute, sultry romance. I could help but fall in love/root for/identify with/and/or despise certain characters. Glad I read it and I wish it were longer and I was still reading it!

Good story. Enjoyed the first few pages. Unfortunately, this review kept popping up and wouldn’t let me read any further without completing.

Charmed by the Bartender. First time reading these authors. While I liked the storyline and thought the writing was more than just good, I wish some of the wording in the sex scenes could be toned down a bit. For me it just takes away instead of adding to.

I see what you did there.... Thought the book was really sweet. Loved the real life places reflecting the real menu on “Cole” Street (nice touch and an add to one of my bucket list stops). Overall, it was a book I didn’t want to put down and encouraged me to purchase the next in the series because the characters drew me in with enough relatability that I wanted to get to know each one. Well done! And while the sex may not appeal to everyone, it worked for me...not too over the top, not underwhelming.

Amazing !. This book was truly a pleasure to read. I enjoyed it from beginning to end and now it got me wanting to read the other books in this series. It was full of great details and still got me wondering what will happen next. I really recommend it!

Hilarious and a great read!. I love this book. It was a great read and I could not put it down! I love the enemies to lovers story between Whitney and Cole. I love the friendship and support between Whitney, Lennon and Tahlia! They are truly hilarious as are Grandma Edna, Grandpa Lawrence and Whitney’s dog, Sparky.

Cole & Whitney. Enjoyed their story and how much Cole wanted her from the moment he saw her. Some surprises when it came to revealing past history.

Great read. I enjoyed getting to know the 3 friends and am so happy they all get their own books. Whitney and Cole are a hot couple!

Charmed by the Bartender by Piper Rayne Modern Love / Book 1 Rating... 3 Maple Leafs Tropes... romantic comedy, enemies-to-lovers Whitney has moved back to San Fransico after losing her job. She heads to the bar and spends one night of fun with the bartender which she can not remember. Things become awkward when she finds out the bartender is her best friend's fiancés brother. I found this book to be a complete hot mess. Whitney got on my nerves through most of the book with the way that she treated Cole and her constant worry about what her best friend would think instead of going with how she felt. I did not feel the connection between Cole and Whitney. Stephanie Rose and Joe Arden did a great job narrating the book and were the reason I finished the book. The duet narration made the story easier for me to listen to since I am not a huge fan of a single character point of view books.
