Review: Billionaire Bachelors 2: Hot Daddy. Hot Daddy is the second book in her brand new, smoking hot Billionaire Bachelors series. The story of Cal & Jules is a little bit second chance romance and a whole lot of fake relationship. The story is told in dual POV, is well-paced and well-written. Filled with humor, sexiness, angst, and emotion this book was engaging and amazing. Cal McAdams needs a fiancée STAT! He has to look like he is capable of taking care of his God Children, He was given custody of them in their parents will but their aunt who previously was never in the picture is ready to battle out the custody arrangements. Never mind that the children are happiest and taken better care of with Cal. Cue the fake Fiancée. Jules Robinson took protecting her feminine virtue too far apparently when she knocked the bosses son unconscious after he whipped his member out in front of her in the office. Now she is a talented lawyer with NO job and no prospects based on the lack of return calls on her applications. When the call come sin to meet with Olivia, she thinks she is going in to offer legal advise to Olivia, NOT become one of her employees. With the money too good to turn down, she really doesn't expect her new fake fiancé to be the memorable one night stand from Vegas! Cue the swoon! Loved it! Enjoy!

Good Read. Enjoyed it very much, couldn’t put it down!

Okay. This started out really good. Jules and Cal are a fun couple, but forever love, I didn’t see it. It was interesting and should have been a short read, but there was too, too much inner dialogue. Jules was constantly in her head. Boring. The writing wasn’t bad. Just not my favorite style. I just felt the story got away from the author.

Hot stuff. Great book, I loved the characters and all of the hot sex! Also liked the happy ending!

!!!. Once again, Lila Monroe takes you on a ride with all the feels. I literally started this book off laughing. And there was quite a bit of that. There were also some hot moments, where the chemistry was awesome. And not gonna lie, I wanted to stop & cry a few times. But as always, I’ve completely fallen in love with her writing and her characters. Totally loved. Can’t wait for the next one!!

Nice aurprise. This was a good read - I was really surprised. I fell in love with Cal right away and the characters came across as real. I would have liked a bit more steam and a little more tension, but it was good.

Yes Please!!. Another great book in this series. Fun, light hearted read. Cal and Jules are not strangers after one night in Vegas but they never thought their paths would cross again. And when they under different circumstances they try to keep it professional and on track but when you have an itch unscratched you can only hold back so long. Can they convince them they are engaged. Lottie and Ez need to be with Cal and he will do anything he has to to keep them. With some twists along the way and flirty fun this book will keep you reading till the end. Lila Monroe is one of my favorite Authors. I received a advanced copy for a voluntary honest review.

A great read!!!. This book was a sexy, fun read with the perfect amount of drama thrown in. Cal and Jules are perfect together. While he has a bit of a playboy past, she seems to tame that. She calls him on his crap when needed, and I wasn’t sure how their relationship would play out at first, but reading about it growing from business arrangement to love was fun. There were a few characters who I despised, even though one really surprised me in the end. A great must read that I would definitely recommend!!

Easy Read. This was an easy read. The characters were likable. The writing flowed well. However, there were a few hiccups in the details. The main character described herself early in the book as a brunette but later on was described as a blond.

Major Chemistry & Adorable Kids…Need I Say More?. Hot Daddy by Lila Monroe is the second book in her Billionaire Bachelors series of standalone romantic comedies. I really enjoyed the premise of this book. The story flows nicely, and it is perfectly paced. It is told from the dual perspective of the main characters, Jules and Cal. From their first meeting, their chemistry is off the charts. The easy banter is fantastically fun. The dialogue felt genuine, and I bought every word. Fast forward three years and their paths cross again. The memories of their sizzling one-night stand bubble to the surface and create a bit of awkwardness in their current work arrangement. The secondary characters are great additions to the story; Cal’s young charges are delicious, and their manipulative aunt provides some interesting plot twists. While I loved these two characters and their chemistry, the swearing and numerous sex scenes put me off a bit given the context of Jules and Cal’s work arrangement. In general, I really enjoy Ms. Monroe’s writing style. I adored her portrayal of the playboy who easily morphs into a loving, attentive “uncle”. All in all, a fun, light rom-com with adorable kids, a great couple, and an interesting story line.

Could do without so much language. Would be just a good a story without the foul language. Fun and witty dialogue as always!

Flirty, fun, and emotional!. Hot Daddy is a flirty, fun, and emotional quick read! I’m really loving this new series by Lila Monroe. Like the previous book, Hot Daddy brings you the story of two people thrust into an unconventional fake relationship due to unique circumstances. But what sets this book apart is the characters surprising history together. The author’s memorable and creative writing is once again on superior display. The character development and charisma are provocative and highly entertaining. Sparks fly from the pages, and the quick glimpse into the characters’ past as to HOW they truly know each other showcases the arousing and fiery chemistry that smolders just beneath the surface of the storyline. But it’s the tenderness and affection written into each character’s persona that captivates the story with beautiful moments of happiness and devotion. Passionate, heartwarming, and full of laughs, Hot Daddy is a definite must read!

One Night Stand to Fake Fiancee. Great story line that keeps a reader interested. This story begins with a competent, dedicated lawyer unjustly fired lawyer being down on her luck. A friend steps in to help this lawyer solve her money woes. In a short period of time she falls in love, moves to a new city and gains a family. This is a happily ever after story that is hard to put down.

Hot Stuff. I agree with some of the other reviews about the use of the “f” word. The use of it so frequently and casually is a little distasteful. Other then that the storyline and dialogue are interesting and entertaining. The book isn’t awesome but it’s not bad either.

Funny and fun loving. I love this series. They are quick reads for me and this one definitely pulled at the heartstrings. What do you do when you are seeking custody of two children that you love so much ut don't belong to you? Hire a fake fiancée of course!! This book had a fun couple in Cal and Jules, lots of humorous parts and of course so many parts that pulled at my heartstrings. I enjoyed seeing the two of these characters develop throughout.

Hot Stuff. Do you really have to use the F word so many times? Do you really think that kind of language is entertaining? 1 Star just so I could give this review. There are some people in the world who do not appreciate reading or hearing people use that word.Obviously your mother never taught you to have any manners and neither did the mothers who read your low class books.Get a grip lady and grow up.Go back to school and take some English classes so you can learn to have a little more class using the language. I couldn’t get past 3 pages because of this filthy language you use to tell the story. There are many very talented successful women authors who are above doing and at the language you use you will never measure up to them.

Just ok. I dont know how someone can get access to the exact text messages they need to sabotage another person, within minutes. Additionally, the whole concept of having a fake fiance to get child custody is ridiculous. The thing only played out because the main characters happened to “know” each other from their one night stand.

Hot Stuff. Just a great love story!

Too much cussing!. Loved the story and the author’s snappy dialogue. But, I wish she wrote with less cussing and graphic sex. They feel larded in and totally unnecessary.

Hot Stuff - Lila Munror. As we are in currently in lockdown I have am reading a lot more ..found this book and thoroughly enjoyed it lovely characters a really pleasant book that put a smile on my face

Sizzling…. First book by this author and really enjoyed the billionaire to romantic to being tamed by a woman firmula.

Perfect witty love story. Hot Daddy is book 2 in the Billionaires Bachelors series and what a hot series this is turning into, this is a sweet, hot love story which started with a hot as hell one night stand in Vegas 3 years ago, fast forward to the present day and Cal and Jules find themselves thrown together when Cal needs a fiancée and Jules is hired to represent him in the case Cal is fighting, he needs to win the custody battle for his godchildren and he will do whatever is needed to win the case even if that means hiring a fake fiancée, the problem is he didn’t expect to still have feelings for the girl who is by his side doing her best to help him win....... The banter between Cal and Jules is perfect, the children are adorable and all in all this is the perfect read, a second chance romance with humour what more cold you want. Looking forward to the next in the Billionaires Bachelors books.

Great read. 4.5 Star Review of Hot Daddy (Billionaire Bachelors # 2) by Lila Monroe After being sexually harassed at work, Jules Robinson needs to find a job and in a hurry. That’s where a mutual friend Olivia comes in; she has a job offer that may well be to good to pass up. All Jules has to do is pretend to be the fake fiance of Caleb McAdams, a man determined to become the permanent guardian of his god-children. Shouldn’t be too difficult or complicated. Right? Not at all. When Jules arrives at the court house, she is shocked when she recognises Cal as the one night stand she had in Vegas three years ago and even more astonishing is that he remembers her well. Despite both Cal and Jules being determined to keep the relationship purely professionally it soon become obvious that the sizzling chemistry they had in Vegas still burns bright between them and in fact has intensified over the year. Hot Daddy is a great read full of love, sadness, hope and humour. The banter between Cal and Jules and Cal as well as with the children had me in stitches. Cal is most assuredly a swoon worthy, hot alpha male determined to get what he wants and do right by the children he has been entrusted with. This was a great read full of great moments that really brought a smile to my face and one that I really didn’t want to put down. What will happen when the children’s biological aunt decides to fight dirty for custody? Will she succeed, or will the children have the opportunity to voice their opinions? It was okay. If you’re looking for a hot, steamy read with some romance then this isn’t it. I felt like I was forcing myself to finish the book.

Hot Daddy. Cute, funny and an endearing storyline to keep you occupied. Literally laughing out loud with Cal's sense of humour and the way he interacts with Jules and the kids he has just been named guardian of. While parts of the story are just "not developed enough" like his "all of a sudden connection to a girl he hooked up in Vegas 3 years ago" has not stopped thinking about her...blah blah but really that part is shallow and detracts from the whole picture because it seems not believable. That would have left me with a 3 star rating but the kids and Cal and Jules together that part is great. The personalities of both Lottie & Ezra pick up some slack in the adult relationship thats missing. Still worth the read but not going on in the series this time.

Loved it. This romance is a fun read, especially if you love fake dating plots like I do. Jules and Cal are such likeable characters. This book was also surprisingly funny, which just added to the enjoyment.

Hot Stuff – Billionaire Bachelors Series – Book 2 Three years ago drop dead handsome Cal McAdams and newly minted Lawyer Jules Robinson met at a bar in Vegas and spent the night learning about each other, most especially learning how hot sex was between the two of them. Three years later after losing her job at the law firm and needing money quickly, Jules agrees to be a fake fiancé for some rich guy in Boston who wants to win custody of his god-children. Jules has no idea until they meet at the courthouse in Boston that the guy in Boston is none other that, yup, Cal McAdams. Cal and Jules now have 10 days to impress the judge into granting Cal custody of Lottie (who is 10) and Ezra (who is 7) The next 10 days are a whirlwind of moving the children into a house and establishing a ritual along with learning more and more each day how this new family will be. Lila Monroe has given us the perfect opportunity for only good things to happen or all hell breaking lose….for the sake of the story we know it’s going to be all hell. Monroe brings into play the emotions of all members of the new family, the doubts, the humor, the sadness of the children, their need to be wanted and loved, mixing this with Cal and Jules reestablishing their relationship, building a united front and getting their “sex” on; until the next court hearing where all hell breaks lose. There are a lot of feelings in this story and Lila Monroe gets them out there and lets the read feel right along with the characters. An excellent first read, now to take a step backwards and read book one, so I’m caught up with the series!
