Aloha Texas. A lot going on in this book. the main focus is on Nick’s boy Bradley rather then the actual an actual romance. This is a clean book but it does go into rape some so it may have triggers. I really liked the story but I wouldn’t really call it a romance. I still gave it a high rating because it was such a good book.

Very engrossing and well written!. The author did a great job of spinning a story of the different kinds of love (love of a dying mom for her young son, the growing love of a father just getting to know that son, love in a happy extended family, and of course, the budding and growth between the two main characters). Throw in date rape and the huge impact it makes on lives, a daring rescue, and you’ve got a very well constructed and written story.

Aloha. I would love to thank you for having class. I loved the story and so nice to be able to read a great story without unnecessary step by step sex. Frankly, the authors that do that simply aren’t talented enough to keep the story going. Take the sex out and there isn’t a great story. You are different, you had a great story. Thank you again.

The action Kara took finally dealing with her past was great. Even though Nick started off by being a jerk, he came through in the end. Again thank you.

Aloha Texas. Story fast paced with enough twists and turns to keep you guessing what comes next. Liked how multiple generations of family got involved with the story. Hope there are more books with the stories set in Kona. Maybe something that has the Colors of Paradise as the place that Billie finds the love of his life.

Nice, CLEAN book. I truly enjoyed spending a few hours getting to know Nick & Kara. And, this “sweet & clean” version is, thankfully, free of graphic sexual scenes that are so prevalent in many HEA books. This is my 1st encounter with that classification, but I will definitely look for that in the future. I’ll look forward to reading more by this author.

Aloha Texas: Heartwarming Edition. I would have understood the book better if my copy didn’t have editing issues. Another editor would be really beneficial to you. I love the story and the characters. It wasn’t as formulaic as a lot of what I read, it had depth. I found myself frustrated enough with the editing that I skipped passages.

Aloha Texas: Beach Addition does not disappoint. Nick gets news he’s needed in his old hometown, a landlocked town in Texas. Reluctant to leave his Hawaiian Island home and his dive business, he realizes he has to because a long lost love has directed her lawyer to get him back to Texas. When Nick arrives, he meets Kara, the lawyer who called him to relay a message from his old flame. What he learns will change his life forever. This is a wonderful story of relationships that build from budding friendships and blossom into more. Into the mix is a precocious, precious five year old boy, a wonderful aunt and finally possible grandparents. But as with most characters, there is always a twist. And the twist has to do with Kara and her chosen life’s path. Each character in this first in a series story is as warm and wonderful as the next. Of course there is a question in Kara’s mind about Nick and the possibility that he is a player. You won’t be disappointed to follow these characters as the story unfolds. And now I am ready to read the next story in the series which features Nick’s business partner, Billy and the realtor who helped Nick find a home to rent.

Wrong version. Bought the “Heartwarming” edition, got the closed door version. Cheap switch. Waste of time. Get your stuff together so you can make your readers happy giving them what they ask for.

Aloha Texas. Such a good story. Love the fact that it’s not STEAMY. Leave a little to the imagination. So over descriptions being so much in detail that it is NOT stimulating. Always have to skim over 2-3 pages of encounters which make my skin crawl. Give me romance any day. Leave something to the imagination. Reading your book was the best.

Aloha Texas: Beach Road edition. Loved this book. I get to be friends with the characters and am their biggest cheerleader as they reach for their goals in work, relationships and family. Thank you for writing so well.

Aloha Texas by Chris Keniston. I got hooked on the book from the very first page. I love the way the character of Bradley is portrayed, bringing out the vulnerability and intelligence of the five year old. I also like the fact that something good in the form of Kara and Nick getting married came out of a horrible situation like death to cancer. Brilliant writing.

Aloha Texas. Loved the book, well written, great characters. The only thing that confused me was that the pivotal character, Bradley, was not to be found at the wedding and no mention of him. Just seemed a little strange when he is the the one character around whom everyone else revolves.adm
