Awesome Read. This was another great book. Willow does such a great job at providing depth to all her characters. It's a beautiful story between two tormented souls, Addison and Daniel, who both want the same thing but guilt stands in their way. It's a sweet, heartbreaking, tormented love story with a bit of mystery and suspense. You won't want to put it down. I highly recommend this book!!

Inside; family drama, suspense, danger, a life-threatening incident, secrets, incidents that tug at your heart, jealousy, betrayal, and sizzling intense romance. Addison and Daniel both have guilt feelings of a horrific past that haunts them. They met when Addison was a teen while she was the girlfriend of his youngest brother. Daniel had desired her then but she was not his, he kept his feelings hidden; his attitude toward her was aloof and at times he was curt. Addison also harbored feelings for Daniel. Now years later after not seeing each other, they meet by chance at a bar. Their happy ending comes but not before the secrets of the past come out. RELISHED every moment of this engrossing read. The reality of this story pulled my heartstrings as I teared up. To me the author has done a fabulous job weaving the character's lives in this story; they are engaging, and vivid scene descriptions are captivating. The backstories help the reader in visualizing what makes up their personas. I truly loved Daniel; he is possessive, protective and also has redeeming qualities; his love for Addison shines in this story. Addison's love for Daniel is strong. The story is also about forgiveness, understanding circumstances beyond your control and unconditional love. Finding this to be a gratifying read; {Of my own volition without any stipulations I reviewed an advanced reader copy.} Without, reservations I recommend this read.

Loved it!!!!. Such a good book! I absolutely loved it, I couldn’t stop reading and finished it in one night. I wish we could get more of Addison and Daniel though. I feel like their story isn’t finished. There’s more and I’m itching to read the other books from the author!!

Confused.. This book the entire time I read it kept me wanting more answers. It was suspenseful but I felt the ending left you wondering a ton of questions. Like no closure. I feel very confused by this book.

Possessive. Wow! What can I say? I absolutely loved this book and was so absorbed from page one until the end. Tyler is Addison’s first everything. But does she love him as much as he loves her? Is she drawn towards Daniel? I love being on edge, what is Daniel hiding? I had some tears in this book too, loved feeling the heartbreak. Will she ever forgive him? Loved getting both pov, a very happy ever after and no cliffhanger. I highly recommend this book.

Beautifully emotional. How would you feel if you came face to face with your soulmate, only to realize they couldn’t be yours? What lengths would you go to to stay close? The theme of this book could be called a beautiful sadness. Denying your soul, trying to do the right thing, is it worth it? Addison carries this deep sadness inside of her but I found that only drew me to her more. Her sadness made her beautiful. Both are lost without the other and yet each is a current going the opposite direction. Fighting against each other but needing desperately to align. I got in a good couple of ugly cries reading this. I felt like screaming at their pushing each other away and swooning over not only Daniel but Tyler as well. Daniel made my heart cry and want to hold him. The intimate scenes are perhaps the hottest, most emotionally charged ones Willow has ever written. This book was a true emotional roller coaster that I couldn’t put down. The characters captured me from the first page and ensnared me in their shared grief. Captivating. Emotional. Beautiful. Intriguing. Sexy. Sorrowful. Hopeful. I’m left feeling drained and in need of an emotional support pet now.

So depressing. I thought this was going to be a good relationship book - but it was nothing like I thought it would be….too much “past” drama and inter family crap. No more for me.

Hard to keep up with. The storyline had lots of holes in it and the writing was just too wordy. It took almost 300 pages to tell a story that could have been wrapped up in a third of that. Sorry, but not my favorite read by a long shot.

Wow. WOW I don’t know what else to say. It was intense. What do you do when the person you feel is your soulmate is with someone else? Especially your own little brother. How do you live with the regrets. I loved reading this book. I couldn’t put it down. I can’t wait to see the next book. I voluntarily review an advanced reader copy of this book.

Meh. So many untied things... book needed like another 100 pgs. Stand alone novel that probably shouldn’t have been. Not my favorite

It’s good not my favorite. The book is good but it has some predictability. It does get straight to the point on some instances but it is also vague. Not sure I would read it again.

Addison has finally moved on from the lose of Tyler. The man that loved her unconditionally and gave her everything she could ask for, except that her heart belonged too someone else. The death of Tyler was too much and she had to get away, leaving behind the one man she really wanted. Blaming herself for Tyler's death, Addison took a long time to get to a place where she finally felt somewhat whole again. That is until she runs into Daniel. The strength and confidence she felt quickly vanished and the guilt and sadness took its place. Addison was more angered that Daniel did not acknowledge her. Angered by this she's set her eyes on getting him to notice her and finally release what she's had building up inside her all these years. Daniel couldn't believe his eyes. Addison? Of all the places he would run into her, he never thought it would be that night. Addison has haunted his dreams, his thoughts, his heart. She has always been his and now it is time to make it happen. So when he walks into the bar again it is no coincidence she is sitting there. It is no coincidence he sits next to her. It is no coincidence he acknowledges her. It is no coincidence it's the night that he claims her. Addison is overwhelmed by Daniel, but that is nothing new. He has this power over her and now there is no one to stop them. Finally together, it's not the fear of what it can be, but their past that haunts their future. Can two soulmates finally find their forever? Will the past jeopardize their happily ever after? I loved Daniel and Addison. The pain, weakness, fear, longing, need, lust, desire that they both had for one another poured off of the pages and consumed me. Willow Winters ability to make them so real captured me and held me a prisoner in their story. I found myself praying that the things they did was for the better good and in the end their pain and struggles would be worth it because they would finally find one another. Daniel and Addison have imprinted themselves in my soul and will be with for forever.

Love Possessive. This my first Book of Willow Winters that I’ve read and I absolutely feel in love with the story. I love Daniel and his pull to Addison. I love that Addison brings the softer side Daniel. I love that Daniel sparks Danger. Everyone needs love. I need to know more about how Daniel fell in love with Addison. I’m absolutely in love with the audio book. I need more of their story

Could have been better. Could have been better if things were touched on/explained more. A lot that is mentioned is left not explained or expanded on and it makes the story confusing.

It’s murky, but good. But a good story. It’s like a Terrence Malick movie where you’re trying hard to piece the story together-but you still feel the love. The sex scenes could have been more descriptive.

Is it over?. The ending seems like it could have been so much more!

Love it. Another amazing read that I couldn’t put down. What if you love someone but they were another’s? I absolutely love this book, it will definitely give you all the feels. Love, loss, guilt, and finally finding happiness. Addison, Tyler and Daniel will have you glued to your kindle and not wanting to stop reading. I don’t want too give anything away because I hate spoilers but trust me you will want too read this book. I’m dying to read the next book in this series but I need to know who wants to come after the Cross’s & Addison.

Possessed. New author for me. Enjoyed but focused a bit too much on the one topic- Addison and Daniel unrequited love. Needed a bit more intrigue.

Mesmerising. I love reading Willow’s books they are powerful and filled with emotion. Possessive is so much more ham a love story. While u r concentrating on Addison’s turmoil, Daniel’s life is dissolving and rebuilding. Such emotion keeps your on a high and desperate to be part of their lives. Thanks Willow!

Fantastic read. Be prepared to lose yourself in this book because you fell like you are in it watching Everything that is going on and you fell like you are a part of the story. This book has a fantastic plot and the characters are strong and both of them have there own issues that they have to overcome.

My absolute favorite book. Possessive had me hook line and sinker from the preface. For personal reasons, I connected to Addison right away and then to her and Daniels deep-rooted and seemingly soul connection. Sometimes when I read a book I will go through motions with characters, not really feeling the emotions but understanding what/ why the character is feeling a certain way. Which leaves me disappointed, but Willow Winters has a way of making you feel as if it's you right there on those pages, taking you to a whole new world. I couldn't put the book down and I was left wanting more. Luckily there are more cross brothers to fall in love with.

Possessive by Willow Winters. Intriguingly dark romance felt in this story. Not easy to choose between crime and love or can you have both? In this story, it is revealed to be possible but at what price. Very captivating and emotional, suspenseful and thrilling, you’ll want to turn page after page. A dark mafia you won’t want to miss!
