Sober Curious. I'm a 24 year old woman and think everyone should read this book. Older younger alcoholic or not, there's something everyone can learn in this book. I loved it.
Average. A healthy approach to a life style change. A decent read even if you do not struggle with alcohol. The quotes from other books are a bit much.
Redundant. I was super into it at first. But when you talk circles for 50 pages it’s disappointing. I will be honest and say I stopped there. And wasn’t too turned on by the fact that she continued to repeat that she’s “not an alcoholic” or whatever. Didn’t find it useful at all

Sober Curious. Interesting subject matter, but her writing is terrible. I don’t usually write reviews but this was so painful to read that I wanted to warn potential buyers. There are much better authors and books on the subject (e.g. Annie Grace).
