Could Not Connect. I liked the storyline but I couldn’t get into the characters. It seemed they are one happy family instead of coworkers. I get a friendship can develop when you work closely with people but not like this group. The characters should be in an office setting then in law enforcement. No excitement in this book at all. Hope second book is better.

Just ok. I’ve read other books by this author and this series so far seems a little cheesy—the main characters seem too familiar and more like family to be believable. Takes away from the storyline.

Greed. Outstanding book, excellent read. Read through in two sittings. Couldn’t put it down except to sleep. Unique characters making for a plot line that draws you into the story. Recommend for anyone who enjoys detective work. I will read this again in the future..

Greed says it all.. This books reads like an action movie. Once you get started you will not be able to put it down. CW Sutter has a flair for making her characters come alive, and she develops their personalities flawlessly.

Pleasant surprise. I was looking for a book to pass some time and I discovered Greed. Easy page tuner, characters are well developed and interesting. The story didn't seem cookie cutter.

Dissappointing. Never felt real in any way and I can’t imagine the author knows much about how policing works. Neither do I but there are many many places where I cringed at what I read. The last one I can recall was asking crim 1 if crim 2 drove a specific type of BMW. Crim 1 said yes. Surely a proper policeman would ask what car crim 2 was driving. Anyway all a big disappointment
