Fast paced!. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Booksprout and I also purchased a copy from Amazon. I just love all of Ms. Mayer's work. Really how can you not love a SEAL and his' story of finding the love of his life?! This story sure did not disappoint. The plot was so well written. I get so caught up in the action that the story is over! This series is especially exciting as there is a sub-plot throughout the series. Two years ago all of the SEALs in this series were caught in an explosion. All were severely injured and one died. The guys after multiple surgeries and recovery are now trying to find out who is responsible for such a heinous action. I just adored this story and look forward to more.

ERICK. Having read this one and the preceding one, i am anxious to read on. I want to know who caused the explosion that damaged these men. I like how they flow together. It is one of those you just can’t put down. Thank you for keeping me entertained with a very good read.

This one is less of a romance. I still enjoyed reading this one because of course I want to know what happened to their unit, but Erick and Honey spend like half the book apart. I was half wondering if she was going to develop feeling for Lazslo at some point?? Idk their relationship was kind of odd, but the whole thing is still entertaining.

Interesting read. This is the second book in the Seals of Steel series. I thought it was action packed from beginning to end. The relationship between Erick and Honey throughout brought quite a bit of laughs for me and the banter with others is amusing also. Adore the way these wounded Seals are on a mission to find closure and justice for this tragedy they've found themselves now living very different lives. Brilliant that Ms Mayer has incorporated characters from Seals of Honor and Heroes for Hire to lend a hand with investigating and being extra teammates when things get tense. You can certainly read this series without having read both of the previous ones but you'd be best to start off with Badger then if you haven't already get started on Seals of Honor and Heroes for Hire. Eagerly awaiting the next installment as I'm so intrigued as to learn of the continued investigations

Wonderful, intelligent, caring and compassionate characters that are reeling from horrific injuries, learning to deal with life and limitations as it now is yet never giving up and adapting. Determined to find answers and justice - to right the wrongs. Dale delivers you, another page-turning drama, intrigue and action, twists and unexpected turns - with ERICK. Highly recommended for those that love military based heroes and the women that capture their attention and love. It’s always wonderful to have other series book heroes/team members when you need help. That they have your back no matter what you are facing in life. Not only are they a team, they are family and will have your back no matter what, even when doubt and suspicion are high.
