This is great!. I started this series about a month ago and I’m already here at end of the 12th book. I read them so fast! Once I reach the end of the 14th book I’m going to be really bored until the next one comes out.

Tribe: shock wings Queen : Queen Bolt Abilities: can shoot shockwaves out of their fangs that will electrocute and kill any dragon within seconds can also send sound waves that will paralyze any dragon. Can also send Sound waves at the speed of light that will paralyze any dragon. If a dragon is born with clouds on their wings instead of lightning bolts they usually have the power to read minds Territory: lives in the clouds (higher than the sky kingdom) mostly looks like you just walked into heaven with amazing buildings fancy stores and beautiful dragons Appearance: wings WAY bigger than any skywings usually a yellow, orange, or blue color with bright glowing blue lightning bolts on their wings or bright clouds usually if you have clouds on your wings it means that you have a special ability to read minds. Names: usually have names that involve sound, air, bright colors and storm like things. Some name suggestions: shock, bolt sunny, sound wave, and brightness Also,I loved this book about all the new tribes the new abilities and new prophecies keep up the good work Tui!

Chapter 2. Time for chapter 2! Seashell felt talons grab and shake her, she opened her eyes and realized it was her mother waking her up. “Time for school dear!” Queen Anemone said. “Oh I forgot..” Seashell replied sleepily. Her mother swam out of her room. Seashell grabbed a small, shiny pearl earring. “I enchant this earring to block all mind reading and keep my thoughts safe and protected from those nosy mind-reading NightWings.” She then stabbed the earring through her ear, it hurt a bit but quickly faded away. She followed her mother and father out of the ocean, they began flying towards Jade Mountain academy, and Seashell as per usual was far behind them. She was good at swimming but was a slow flier. Finally they arrived at the school, there were so many students and SO many different tribes. There were even hybrids too, ‘It is so diverse.’ She thought to herself. She landed at the school’s entrance and looked behind her to see her parents flying away. ‘Too busy to even say goodbye to their daughter?” She thought sadly, but of course she was used to this since they never seemed to have enough time for her. She was greeted by a NightWing with purple eyes. “Hello!” The NightWing said cheerfully. “I am your guide, you can call me Fatespeaker. You will be in.. ummm.. let’s see,” She was looking at a long scroll. “Oh yeah, you will be in the Quartz winglet.” Seashell nodded and asked for Fatespeaker to show her the way to her cave. When she walked inside she saw a strange-looking dragon. “Oh hi! You must be my clawmate.” He smiled and she suddenly felt butterflies in her stomach. “I am River, a RainWing-SeaWing hybrid.” She realized she had been staring at him instead of giving a reply, “O-Oh I am Seashell, princess of the SeaWings.” River suddenly bowed, “Sorry I didn’t know! I mean I heard there was a princess coming but I didn’t realize it was you.” He said nervously. “No need to bow! Would you like to be friends?” He lifted his head. “Yes.” And he smiled again, she felt her heart beating 2x faster. ‘STOP IT HEART!’ She thought angrily. ‘I command you to stop making me feel this way, I HATE IT!’ “You must be hungry, follow me to the prey cave.” He walked out of the cave and she followed. The prey cave was surprisingly organized, with prey neatly sorted for each tribe’s preferences. She walked over to the pile of sea creatures and picked out an octopus. She was too distracted by River to see how hungry she was, she hadn’t eaten in almost a day. He was walking toward the fruit pile when a question popped into her head. “Where are our other clawmates?” “I dunno.” He answered nonchalantly. “I haven’t seen them yet, maybe they’re late.” River’s long tail lightly brushed her’s, she hadn’t even noticed but then to her horror, River turned to her and asked; “A-Are you an animus?” Woah! Spooky, I wonder how River found out and you’re probably wondering too! But don’t worry you will find out in chapter three which will be in the review section of book 13. Intro to Lotus. My tribe, MystWings,(description on the poison jungle) is just starting! They live on clouds and fly really well. My main character is Lotus. She has the regular iridescent white background scales and has Caribbean water blue swirls like lotus flowers. She hates heights (ironically) and her name is weird because it’s spelled correctly. She actually has the power to manipulate air but it hasn’t manifested yet. Her favorite things to do are sculpt and joke around with Gleni (glen). I might write a teaser of my story when book 14 comes out. *To all the other fanfic writers that review here: I love your stuff! My actual review: this one is my favorite book, I LOVE Cricket and her questions! I literally used to read it every lunch block I had last year.

Part 44. “Hadle.” Snapper said. (I think you may have forgotten her lol.) “Yea?” She looked at her. “I know you know we have heat vision but try to be as hidden as possible. Keep to the sky. Like really high. Then when you see a REALLY big hole go down then when you see a big Reaperwing. Fly as fast as you can. She will chase you. Especially if she is bored. Then we will draw her to a nearby planet and attack. If she gets sprayed we will all be okay. Finally I will no longer be hungry and we can finally be like you guys.” She said. Hadle glanced around nervously then nodded. “Alright.” After a long moment she saw Hadle flying as fast as possible with the Alpha at her tail. They held their ground. Deathflame was holding the antidote because he was probably going to be the one to land the shot. “Her weak point is somewhere around her head and neck. But I don’t know where.” Snapper said. The large pure black dragon landed. She was covered in spikes. A ruff of spikes were on the side of her head. Long pointy slime covered teeth gleamed with blood. “Now!” Deathflame hissed. The dragons attacked her viciously. She lurched back as Fade grabs her horn and kicked her neck with her feet. Star jumped onto her back but was thrown off by Alphas large tentacle smacking her to the ground. Gamemaker jumped at the large Reaperwings face but was immediately caught in her jaws. “No!” Fox yelped. Alpha shook him around like a rag doll before swallowing him up. Fox bit down on the Alphas tentacle. She breathed some fire at Deathflame who sat there for a moment before realizing that this fire Will burn him. He ducked out of the way as it singes his tail. He yelped. He grabbed the antidote and flew up and landed onto her neck. He finally sunk it into her neck right behind the spiky ruff. Everyone jumped off her as she squealed a high pitch scream. Fox covered her ears and everyone winced. Suddenly all the Reaperwings started flying straight towards them. Suddenly the squealing stopped and the Reaperwings stopped. Star looked at Snapper who smiled. “You did it!” Snapper cried. Finally the Reaperwings were given back to the Aliens. They were now their weapon of war just like they were intended to be. And the dragons returned to their planet. But their were so few dragons left…how would their tribes recover? The Leafwings and Icewings along with the Mudwings have been completely wiped out. But with the help of the remaining Twilightwings we can be sure that life can get picked back up again. The end! Yayyyy! I really enjoyed writing with you Shadow the Rain/night it was very fun and I was finally able to create a story about my fan tribes! I love how we started out with the Twilightwings as enemies then became the Reaperwings. This story will forever be in my heart. Thank you for working with me. 🥰

Nice. 10/10 book would read again. I also made my own tribes. Lovewings: Color: Mostly pale pink with red and hot pink dots, hearts, and patterns. Powers: Can breathe pink smoke that can put you in a trance for a few seconds. Can make their patterns glow a stunning pink or red. There has been no sign of a Animus in the Lovewing tribe. Description: Not the fighter type but can use their breath to get them out of sticky situations. Beautiful and handsome. Royal Family: Queen Beauty, King Charm, Princess Heart and Stylish, and Prince Stunning and Striking. Sunwings: Color: Yellow or gold with white or blue specks. Powers: Can breathe insanely hot fire and can disguise in the sky as sunlight. Has armored scales the can heat up. Only a few Animus’s. Description: Can fend for themselves and usually happy. Most of them are handsome. Royal Family: Queen Shine, King Warmth, Princess Brightness and Glitter, Prince Glow and Heat. Sorry if I took anybody else’s ideas. Here’s what dragon I’d be: Name: Moonshine(named after her mom Moonwatcher) Nightwing/ Icewing hybrid Can read minds and breathe ice. Animus Brave and creative. Gets angered easily. Good and goofy friend, but a horrible enemy to have. Parents: Winter & Moon (this is just made up) Thx for not being bored out of ur gord and reading this.

Okay, no. I get some of you guys are like little kids, but dear lord, your dragon can’t be a seawing/hive wing/ sandwing/icewing/rain wing/sky wing/ night wing/ silk wing. THAT WOULD BE LIKE FOUR GENERATIONS OF ALL MIXED PARENTS!! There’s no possible way that all those traits could be there. But I do love love love the book, and I’m pretty old, like 14+ so that says something.

Book 15 theory. The end of Warriors, The Broken Code just came out. I realize that I think the same thing is going to happen in wings of fire book 15. It is going to be the same plot but different caricatures and in the warriors book the best caricatures died so I think the best caricatures in wings of fire are going to die to. There are barely any mud wing oc’s and that’s kind of sad, especially because one person I know is obsessed with them. -ida the nightwing (If there is like a giant collection of mud wing oc’s on Reddit, then sorry cuz I don’t have Reddit)

yes. I really like this book, but sometimes it gets boring so I skip a few chapters until I find something interesting..

GalaxyWings. Look: Purplish bluish or blackish. Some but very rare have the color gold mixed in it. Ability: Can breath dark purple mist so when the enemy breaths it in it can make the enemy faint of even dye. Can breath fireballs as hot as the sun. Cricket is my second or third favorite character... but she should probably be my first.. Cricket annoys people (oops, dragons) VERY DEEPLY without meaning to at all. And then it’s hilarious. I feel like this is my exact personality. SHIP BLICKET (I know Cricket never means to annoy anybody, and it’s not necessarily hilarious for her, but still.)

And— Anyways. I wonder why Wasp gave rulership to her cousin instead of one of her sisters, since Jewel obviously isn’t her favorite Hive leader… Or maybe Hornet, Bloodworm, Cicada, Vinegaroon, Tsetse, Mantis, and Yellowjacket were the sisters that could be trusted.

Ghosts powers 2. Ghost flew into the crowded area of the hive wing market. He gracefully landed and lost himself in the crowd. He liked to call this form Yellowjacket. “Suddenly everyone’s eyes turned white. Then suddenly he was ghost. He saw his Yellowjacket form fly away. “Wait!” He called. “No use kid.” Said a rumbling voice. He turned and saw general bee. “General bee!” He said. He smiled as he hugged the general. “Hey come with me.” Bee said. They flew to the edge of the continent. “Hide in here.” Bee commanded. They swopped down into the cave. As soon as ghost landed, a very pretty slick wing stepped out. She was a light purple with lighter purple wings. Her eyes were a light cyan. “Hello bee. Or should I call you viper?” Her voice was smooth as silk. “Viper.” He said. “Wait viper?” Ghost asked confused. Bee transformed into a dark green leaf wing with dark blue eyes. A real review. This gets a 5/5 because it was very well done. Even though in book 11 to me it felt like cricket would be a boring book that felt like it dragged on for to long, however it is really easy to read and enjoy. Thank you so much Tui!

The Hive Queen. I loved this book! I feel like cricket and I have the same personality; we both ❤️ the library, we both have 🤓, etc. The point is, I really enjoyed reading this book. P.S.- my favorite part was when Blue was in the flamesilk cavern and all those dragons started fighting. P.P.S.- I have a big crush on Blue ☺️

IT IS SO GOOD. I loved it. The last chapter was in The Lost Continent. Chapter 5 Later that day Queen Pearl came in. She was wearing a gorgeous veil with all types of pearls on the edge. It made Pyrite’s blood boil. She hated how the queen was getting to live a perfect life while Pyrite had just been betrayed by her own tribe. “So you know the drill, make supplies or else” Queen Betrayed Pyrite commanded. “Ya or what?!” Pyrite snapped back. Suddenly a sharp piece of copper scratched her eye. She screamed in agony. Pyrite grabbed her eye. It felt wet in her talons. “Is that enough proof for you?” Queen Pearl snarled. “What do I do?” gasped Pyrite. “make dynamite” breathed Ruby. “What?!” Exclaimed Pyrite. Ridiculous amount of technology put on dragons. The story is awesome, excellent characters and outstanding plot twists, so why did I rate this book one star? Well, there is only one answer. Technology. Firstly why do dragons HAVE to have such similarities to humans? Do they have to have shops coffee houses and pipes? It makes the stories more stupid and why give them books and schools to make dragons so rigged and I know they are trying to mirror the society of us humans but surely they can do it without adding so much technology to this series? Do dragons have to eat stuff with forks and stuff with their hands when they walk on four legs? Do you need plumbing and sinks? There are infinite more ways to make silk wings in the lower hierarchy without so much annoying technology. I seriously would rate this series one star if tui t Sutherland decides to add smartphones cars and laptops to pantala. I understand you want to make dragons like humans but you took it too far. Dragons are not going to turn into the pigs at the end of animal farm. Dragons are dragons. How can you expect winged reptiles to build scaffolds, drink ahohol and even dance in ballrooms and play violins? Maybe silkwings and hiveeings should just be communities of humans instead. I hate this aspect. Please understand dragons does not equal humans. Thank you.
