Girl, Stop Apologizing-Hands down BEST BOOK. Amazing and powerful. I hands down love this book and I am only on the 5th chapter, it is that amazing and hard to put down.

Girl, Stop Apologizing and read this book. This book is a great read for anyone new to the self-growth realm. Hollis helps you to see that your goals are important and gives you tangible ways to start putting your dreams into action. For those who have heard Hollis’ message, this book continues to bring the same style you have come to expect and love. Lose the guilt and shame and go after your dreams.

Girl, please.... I’m midway through the book and it is just SO painful to read. I get that it’s book based on her experiences, but geezus, so much of the book is just her bragging about herself. And it just made me eye roll so much every single time she just went on and on and bragged about herself. Not helpful at all. And a lot of these, “tips” are things people already know & are aware of, they’re just not putting it to practice. It got real tiring when she would begin sentences with “Friend,” over and over again.... please just stop. What a waste of my time. Could’ve spent it reading another book... 🙄

You don’t have to want to be just like Mrs. Hollis to get something from this book. You don’t have to have everything in common with Mrs. Hollis to get something from this book. I don’t want to be an entrepreneur, I don’t have children and I am not sure if I will ever have the desire to run a marathon. That said, I still got something from each chapter; because I applied her processes to MY life, and what I want to accomplish. I think with all personal improvement book, to be beneficial you don’t necessarily need to become that person, but apply the concepts in your path to becoming your best self. I appreciate the up lifting.

Girl please stop. If you don’t like the first one then you certainly won’t like this just saying but it seems to be all about her and while the reviews are amazing don’t just focus on them read the bad ones too🤦🏼‍♀️

Girl Stop Apologizing. I highly recommend this book! For me Audio is best because Rachel’s voice is so powerful, inspiring, motivating and moving! It’s a must read! Don’t miss out! It’s Amazing!

If I could reply to all the rude reviews. In my personal opinion I love the book hands down. However the negative reviews are shallow. If you do not like the book write one yourself. Better yet don’t read the book at all. Or even better point out parts of the book that you did not like or had a hard time following. Constructive criticism is very important. It shows that you have worked on yourself and you can except constructive criticisms and give it to someone.

Game Changer. This book is so inspiring and REAL. I’m a single mom, with full custody, on active duty. Let me tell you, this is the stuff. Girl, stop apologizing was exactly the reminder I needed for who I am. Pick this one up. Phone, tablet, paperback... just pick it up.

Love it!. Rachel Hollis has shown me so much. Both of her books have motivated me and showed me that I can with hard work, dedication, and failure that I can achieve my goals!

Amazing book. Coming into this, I was literally at my lowest point. I was on disability for depression and anxiety. I was working with a team of people trying to get me back to my best using typical psychological approaches. And while that has helped me some, reading this book gave me the motivation I needed to shake off the cobwebs and start believing in myself again. Rachel Hollis has a way of establishing and resurrecting the core of who we are. The excuses that prevent us from living through our own excitement and the behaviors that stop us from taking on our true purposes are laid out in this book. Do yourself a favor and give it a read! I went from crippling depression to mounting revelation after revelation and I haven’t felt this good in a long time. Now don’t get me wrong, this book is no substitute for therapy, but a dive into developing yourself outside of the constraints of societal and personal pressures. Again, definitely worth the read!

Atomic. Got chills just from reading the table of contents! The sample had me even more excited to get my hands on book. Hurry up and get here March! She’s like the best friend, awesome mentor, or sister that everyone needs in their life! Thank you for doing what you do and keep being... Atomic!

Girl Stop Apologizing. This book was....It could of been more interesting if it was about a girl who kept apologizing for everything even when it was not her fault. That would have made the story very interesting

Hits home. I watched Rachel on Impact theory and fell in-love with her and her story. I find her empowering and this book is spot on. I too live under the notion that my decisions had to please others, appease society norm. I think as women, the more we share our “faults” and experiences, we are helping each other . This whole negative, no substance reviews are just tearing us down.

Shallow Solution. Girl, get some footnotes. Girl, the good life starts with an apology. Girl, follow Jesus.

Waste of time. No original ideas and poorly written. Painful and couldn’t finish it.

Another amazing read!. Rachel Hollis is such a gift, speaking life into a generation of women, empowering women to be who they were created to be! An absolute must read.

Just OK. After reading this, I do feel uplifted...but it took me two months to get through the whole thing. Part of my issue in completing this book was due to how redundant it felt (reputation within this book as well as similar info and stories to Girl, Wash Your Face). I’d rather have more substance than stories of the people observed at a coffee shop or at a hipster communal table—I get it, we all can be distracted. I’m also tempted to go back search how many times the deadlines were mentioned or the word count... it felt like a lot of filler since there wasn’t enough substance. I did enjoy some of the ideas for goal setting and have started to implement a few of the practices myself. 3 stars as not perfect for me rather “just OK.” Side note, when my book club read this only one person in the whole group was able to finish it (and she said it was only because she listened to rather than read it).

Living my dreams. I couldn't wait to get my hands on this follow up from Rachel Hollis. From beginning to end, it was a much needed tough love talk. There is never a reason to apologize for who you are, and wanting to chase your dreams. This book offers practical advice and encouragement for me to reach for the stars. It’s not for everyone. Simply enough, it’s not for everyone. Yes, she is talking about herself throughout the book. She’s telling her story. She’s reminding women that yes they may be thinking that, but they shouldn’t. She reminds women that they can always be better and to keep striving to be their best. If it’s not for you, it’s not. Not everyone likes Diet Coke either.

Unhelpful. This book is rooted in superego & “Me, Me, Me”. This book is more of the same. Rachel hollis is very sure of herself. But its a false assurance. She basis her “can-do/no fail” attitude off of her ability to “finish the race” “visualize it” more self help garbage. Its unhelpful bc we as humans do fail. And achievements can be stripped away. Then what? Her 90 day challenge wont help. She has no official training. She is too egotistical. And hopefully you will pause before buying tjis. Praying she gives grace to her readers and herself. Praying more she starts to give glory to God for her accomplishments and not herself.

Amazing. Awesome. Inspiring book for any woman. Have all your daughters read this and aim for something in life other than being a wife 💪🏼👌🏼✌🏼

Girl Wash Your Face. This book was a total waste of money for me. She writes about not taking no for an answer as if this is a new idea. It’s not. Then we go to motherhood, another idea, leave the dishes they’ll still be there tomorrow, and her son’s school. There is not one new idea or concept in the book. Very easy reading, a few jokes. BTW, I’ve never written a review and I always finish a book. This is an exception. Just a waste of money!

This needs to be on the top of your reading list!. I can’t even begin to describe how excellent this book is! If you haven’t read Girl, Wash Your Face or Girl, Stop Apologizing, what are you waiting for?! I love the audio because it sounds like you’re having a conversation with your big sister or bestie.
