Twisted. Couldn’t put it down! Had to know how it ends. Twisted and must read. OMG can’t believe the ending!

Slow. This book had me intrigued at the beginning but I slowly lost interest and struggled to finish it. Once I hit 80% it got interesting and kept my attention.

Loved the Book - Hated the Ending. Couldn’t put this book down. The only other book I have read like that lately is The History of Wild Places. I knew what was coming in this book and I still read it voraciously - the writing is that good. Got to the very last page and was completely disappointed. Hard to say if I would recommend this book to people…

My Lovely Wife. This book was amazing! I could not put it down from the moment I started. Samantha keeps you interested during the whole book! The ending was a little different than what I was expecting but overall a great read!

Interesting read. This book left me a little cold. The storyline had some interesting twists but I didn’t care about any of the characters . I was tempted to stop reading but I did finish it. The ending was definitely an unexpected twist but I still didn’t connect. The three stars were earned by the twists and ending.

Ehh. This book has so many great reviews, I found it hard to stay interested and continue. So many ups and downs with “thrillers” or “plot twists”.

Meh, it’s alright. Slow start and the story wasn’t holding my attention. I was dedicated to finishing this story and I’m glad I did. About 3/4 of the way is when it got really good. I wished I liked the beginning more

Too slow for me, but still a good read. Very slow. Don’t believe all of the reviews claiming that there are twists and turns all the time. Although there are a few, the book feels sooooo long. Not grammatically advanced, but believable and reasonable. Could be read by a 4th grader although the content wouldn’t permit. Would recommend.

Bought the book from Barnes and Noble. I have to say so far so good. 30 pages deep in this book, and I am falling in love in how everything is turning out so fast. A so-called blind man fooling other women, but turns out that he is married and so on and so forth. It’s been a while that a book ever caught my attention like this book right did. Worth every penny to get it.

Didn’t Expect THAT. well-written and very intriguing!

A Lovely Book.. I truly enjoyed the first person perspective of the narrator and the twists and turns of his story. There were times when I had to suspend belief which ultimately caused me to withhold my fifth star, but overall, it was an enjoyable read.

My Lovely Wife. This is definitely a page turner. I love the portrayal of the protagonist in the beginning. I love the parts when he pretends to be deaf to get women to let their guard down. Very clever! But I was a little disappointed in the end, because the protagonist is then portrayed as if he is totally innocent. When in reality, the couple (him and his wife) literally work together to capture and kill some of the women throughout the book. This book is definitely filled with some unexpected twists, some of which I should have seen coming. Nevertheless, they were great plot twists. I just wasn’t a big fan of the ending, which is why I gave it 4 stars, instead of 5. But to be fair, it is very difficult to write a captivating ending. @jess.hookedonbooks

Great read but hated ending. I enjoyed this book so much until the very end—great page turner. But the end ruined it. Millicent was so careful and smart throughout the book, so it’s hard to believe she would just flat out confess to her husband when he could be recording the conversation and with her kids right there in the house. Plus, why would her daughter stab her without knowing the full story. It just didn’t make any sense. So much lead up and suspense to end like that was disappointing.

It was an k read. The plot is pretty far fetched, but if you can suspend reality and get into it, it’s not so bad.

My lovely wife. What an impressive novel for a first book. The author must be a psycho to come up with this book but that is a good thing! I don’t see much writing where a female author takes a male lead. Also not many female serial killers. Really good book. Bravo!

Murderously Quirky. A quirky fun read- not a lot of depth (story doesn’t require it)yet just what the Dr ordered for the beach or just an easy read thriller that is not chick lit nor will it give you nightmares. It will keep you reading and is a solid 4/5 for enjoyment
