Awesome guide/understanding for meditation. This book will go though the science of meditation; how and why it is important to meditate, going from the state of unconscious to more conscious of your emotions and thoughts daily, this book it definitely worth reading!

Science & Mysticism in one space. Life changing. I have practiced various spiritual protocols, Mone have combined science and spirituality they way Dr Joe does. This work speaks to me beyond the barriers of “dogma” and resonates with the deepest part of me being. If you feel moved to read this material, but are “unsure”, then you are already stepping into the spaaaaaaace (lol) that this book occupies.

AMAZING. Changed my life

Uplifting content in sub-par book.. I’m glad to have learned of Joe Dispenzas ideas, however, he’s not a good author. This book could have easily been a quarter of the size. It was VERY repetitive and fluffed out. It was like reading an essay written by someone who didn’t have enough content to reach the required word count. I recommend skimming through until you get to the meditation practicals. The concept is still good, although it’s been exaggerated to draw in buyers.
