Glass & Steele Box Set Books 1-3: Captivating!. C. J. Archer captures your attention by weaving dynamic characters into a relatable historical world filled with mystery, magic and a bit of romance. Her descriptive style allows you to melt into the tale as if you’re part of the cast of characters in the unique world of which she writes. This is the third series of books I’ve read by Miss Archer, completing two, with each book and each series different from the previous. While it may take me longer to complete this series due to its length and cost, I highly recommend this author.

Enjoyable. I haven’t read a series of books in years. This series kept me turning the pages. I enjoyed the characters and found the plot to be creative and interesting.

Vibrant and intriguing. I really enjoyed the mysteries and adventure in this box set, the beginner trio of the Glass and Steele series. An intriguing concept of hidden magic existing in early 19th century London. The characters and their chemistry are vibrant and full of depth, and the who-dunnit keeps me guessing till the last page.

LOVE IT !. I really enjoyed this story, well written with good story line. I could envision the time period, the different characters were excellent with their quirkiness and quick witted lines. Looking forward to the next stories!
