This is not a book!. I should have read the reviews before giving my $2 away. All the reviews are correct! Stay away from this one.

Underwhelming. No JR action and very little deductive reasoning. This “book” was barely an introduction.

Disappointing. I’ve read all the Jack Reacher books. Trite plot with a lead character who doesn’t resemble the Reacher I know.

Not worth. I read about 6 to 7 Reacher books and this one must be a test to see how many people would pay 1.99 for a childish plot and story that has the same character. Stay away.

Deceiving. The apple store says this book is 320 pages so i thought i was buying a full novel. It turned out to be a short story whose intrigue is so obvious and full of nonsense that it really annoyed me. Then you have 6 more pages of chapter 1 of the next book just to get you hooked. This is not worth it and it is deceiving.

Totally a scam! Don’t Buy!. What a rip off! Should be titled the Christmas scam! 320pages turned into 24. DON’T BUY!! Wish I had read the reviews before wasting $1.99 on this.

Christmas Scorpion. This review is more about the false impression of what you are buying: I thought I was buying the “e-book” not just a 40 page something intro. I expect more honesty and transparency from Apple, to rip people off is wrong, shame on you Apple!

Misinformation. Not about the author’s skill but rather false advertisement. The book’s info clearly stated 320 pages but the resulting 24 that I got was a sore disappointment. I am an avid Reacher fan. The books’ prices do influence how current I am with the series. I guess $1.99 for 320 pages were too good to be true.
