Love HOT. I loved HOT Justice. I get a kick out of the Hero rescuing the girl, especially jungle rescues. Dean “Wolf” saves Haylee just in time, and they had that instant connection. Wolf doesn't accept (or quite understand) his love for Haylee for quite awhile though. It isn't until the team has to go kick some bad guy butt that he truly realizes it. Haylee is a little more willing to accept it, but it takes her some time too. There's plenty of action- in and out of the bedroom! Sexy scenes done well, but also bad guy butt kicking as mentioned. The ending was good, but the teaser in the epilogue makes me anxious and wanting the next book right now. Give me more HOT!!

Oh, how I love these boys of HOT!! I seriously thing I want to be kidnapped by bad guys, just so HOT will be called in to rescue me! I realize that in real life, I am old enough to be their mother, but I really don't care. There's a lot to be said for cougars and I'm up for the challenge! Haylee Jamison lost her best friend. The opioid epidemic claimed another victim. But Haylee is not going to stand by and let those responsible get away scott free. Her job as a reporter, and her need to expose the cartels, leads her into dangerous waters and she finds herself held hostage by the Juarez Cartel, and time is running out. Rescued by HOT, she finds herself in dangerous waters of a different kind. The kind that have the power to break your heart. The attraction to Wolf was instant, her desire for him at the boiling point. One incredible night with him, a promise to look her up once they get state-side - then he ghosted her. Back in DC, she continues to try to unravel the puzzle of how fake opiods are making their way into the US, and she uncovers political secrets, that again, put her life in danger. Only one man she knows can help her, and hopefully keep her alive. Dean "Wolf"Garner expected to rescue ten hostages, not eleven. But that eleventh? From the moment he saw her, he knew. She was his. Wolf never got involved with a woman for any length of time, treating it like his missions - get in, get the job done, get out. But he can't stop thinking about her. Haylee. He can't seem to get enough with her, but can he really be the man she deserves? When she finds herself in danger once again, he'll protect her with his life, if needed. But can he protect her heart? And his? Will he be able to tell her how he feels before he loses her forever? I'm so glad there are more HOT members. I really don't want this series to end! If you haven't read the series, I highly recommend it!

Hot Justice. What can you say... Lynn Raye Harris has hit out of the ball park yet again. Lived Wolf and Haylee’s story so much. I am so glad I have the entire HOT series to read over and over!

Recommended. Wolf is part of the team sent to rescue a group of Americans being held in the jungle at the Mexico-Guatemala Border. Haylee is on a mission to find the people responsible for the death of her best friend when she is kidnapped by the cartel. They have an instant strong connection, but Wolf doesn’t follow through on looking her up when they are both back home. Two months later Haylee isn’t to happy to see him when they run into each other. Now Haylee is once again in danger and Wolf is determined to keep her safe. Will they be able to work out here differences while keeping her safe or will they go their separate ways again? This story has all the intrigue I am used to from this author, and I enjoyed it.

***4.5 star read ***. *** 4.5 Star Read *** I like the premise of this story. It's a current day problem of illegal drugs entering the US and being distributed to unknowing people. They think they're buying one thing, but they're getting something else. Add in the political ramifications, espionage, and greed and it plays out in a very intriguing way.

Good read. I liked it, though the ending felt rushed.

Hot Justice. Dean and Haylee’s tale was very confronting and challenging as I am one who has needed to monitor my pain meds for a long time. Blessings to all who love support and live with this challenge. Thank you to all our Defence personnel for their sacrifices and service
