From the author of Never Never, co-written with Colleen Hoover!

#1 New York Times bestselling author Tarryn Fisher delivers a pulse-pounding, fast-paced suspense novel that will leave you breathless—an instant bestselling thriller you won’t be able to put down!

Imagine that your husband has two other wives.

You’ve never met the other wives. None of you know each other, and because of this unconventional arrangement, you can see your husband only one day a week. But you love him so much you don’t care. Or at least that’s what you’ve told yourself.

But one day, while you’re doing laundry, you find a scrap of paper in his pocket—an appointment reminder for a woman named Hannah, and you just know it’s another of the wives.

You thought you were fine with your arrangement, but you can’t help yourself: you track her down, and, under false pretenses, you strike up a friendship. Hannah has no idea who you really are. Then Hannah starts showing up to your coffee dates with telltale bruises, and you realize she’s being abused by her husband. Who, of course, is also your husband. But you’ve never known him to be violent, ever.

Who exactly is your husband, and how far would you be willing to go to find out?

And who is his mysterious third wife?

Wow!. What a great read. Couldn’t put this one down. So many twists and turns. I didn’t know which way this story would go.

ridiculous do not waste your money!. stupid plot and horrible ending waste of money!

Great book. I started out thinking it might be a slow read! I was really wrong. Read it in one day and bought her next book. Very well written,

Wow. Wow I love this book and I never read. Or leave book reviews. 10/10

Suspenseful!. Great book from page 1! Kept me on the edge of my seat!

Garbage. Was so excited to read this. The theory of it sounded so interesting. But what it turned into was a giant mess. Did the author just give up and slap something together at the last minute? This is the first review I’ve bothered with because I feel I should warn others to save them the same hours I spent reading. Watch a bad lifetime movie instead…. it would be time better spent bc at least you’ll have hands free to accomplish laundry folding.

Great book. It was really good and easy read. I just wish that Thursday’s character would be explained more at the end

Worst ending ever. This might have the most confusing, worst ending ever

Fascinating. Started realllllly slooooow. It then built up speed and started going faster and faster. It then concluded into a massive wreck that was gradually peeled away and we were again reinforced with concept that women will be women.

Good book but. It was definitely worth the read but it did get slow at times but made me want to keep reading because I wanted to find out what happened.

Rollercoaster ride. This book is amazing and I honestly got two stories in one book. I didn’t expect the ending and I’m very satisfied with how it ended.

The Wives. Did not like the ending!!!

Don’t Bother. I can’t stand that the author put some of the major complaints that women have about men in the main character’s dialog as it becomes really clear that she’s losing her grip on reality. Because yes, we DO spend a lot of our lives waiting for men while juggling all of the variables that make up modern life. It’s as if we’re all crazy to have those kinds of thoughts. Shame on the author for that. After I realized it was a “crazy woman” book I wanted to immediately delete it, but I finished it out of a sense of obligation to the character. Seriously, don’t bother.

Decent Book. Overall- 7/10. Not a constant page turner for me but it was pretty good. Worth a read if you like plot twists.

Twisted. Kept us guessing until the end.

Twisted!. So crazy and twisted to the very end. Love absolutely everything by this fabulous author!!

Fun read. I really enjoyed this book. It was a page turner and unexpected. After reading the other reviews about people not liking the ending I almost didn’t read it. I’m glad I did.

Couldn’t put it down.. Full of twists. Loved it!

Waste of time. Wish I could give this a zero. Not a good book. Poorly written and juvenile.

Not sure if it was bad or really good. This book was crazy. Girl gets turned out by some good D that she has to share. Story definitely had a lot of misdirection despite a slow build up and redundancy towards the middle. I would recommend.

Good plot-line, predictable ending. The premise and the first half of the book was interesting, but the ending was so uninspired, predictable, confusing - and almost downright insulting - that I lost all interest. If you’re a regular reader of mystery and thriller novels, you’ll figure out by the middle of the book what the plot twist’ is at the end. ***spoiler alert*** I will say that I feel a bit cheated with the premise of the book only to be given the blasé ending of “she’s crazy and made it up the whole time!” I had hoped for something more creative and interesting instead of the same tired old ending so many authors use. I also hated the way women acted and spoke in this story. It felt like internalized misogyny. I will say that I thought the author had a great writing style and had a very poetic way of describing emotions in characters. I’ll definitely read more of her stuff, but this book felt more of an entry level mystery/thriller than one written for long time fans of the genre.

Trash. There are so many avenues the author could have taken this book……idk why she chose the crazy woman. Super bored with the “psychological thrillers” these new authors are putting out.

Disappointing. So easy to read but the ending is bad. Disappointed... author has talent but this felt like a cheat.

Wow wow.. This book was definitely a page turner it has a lot of twists! Though I caught myself skimming through some of the story that was leading up to the suspenseful parts because I couldn’t take it! Good read!

EHHH.... I was actually disappointed in this book, I feel as though the author dragged a lot of things out that really didn’t need to be said. It was actually kind of confusing and very little details for the main plot were given in my opinion. The ending of the book was flat...everything was flat. I gave this review two stars because of the hype of the book and actually being excited to finish the book, but then being let down. TRAGIC😒

Held my attention. Wouldn’t pay full price. Worth the $2.99.

The Wives. Very twisted!

Ughhh. This book really had me interested for a while and then it took a horrible turn and ended horribly very confusing and unfinished ending

Wow!. I loved this book. So many twists. I didn’t know what to believe!

Amazing!. Oh my god, I loved this book. There was so many twists and turns it’s amazing. Just the right kind of books you look for in thrillers!

whoaaa. crazy! a fun read.

Meh…... This books takes several opportunities to make you believe it’s going to be good, and each time disappoints. Just a weird book.

Yes!!. Read it!

Goes on quite a bit. The twists and turns lost their appeal for me as they stretched out.

Great psychological thriller. I had no clue what was going on or what to believe. I really enjoyed the audiobook

It was good…. I think the book was good but the ending hurt my feelings. I liked Thursday so the ending didn’t feel good at all🙄. Not a bad book just not my cup of tea, I like happy endings.

Ok, not amazing. I read it quickly because it flows nicely and keeps you interested, but the ending wasn’t what I wanted or expected... all the reading working up to the ending and then it just kinda fell flat. Not a horrible plot but not something I’d recommend. Good author though...

The ending made me question the rating but.... This story had me captivated from start to finish. The multiple twists will leave you asking for more and surpass each other with ease. I disliked the final twist but can’t really be mad at it. Would recommend.

The Wives. I thought it was a pretty good read. She had me fooled until the end. Happy Reading!

such a thriller!. i just finished this book moments ago, and I still cannot wrap my mind around it. if you’re looking for a thriller full of suspense, THIS IS IT. i couldn’t put it down! i thought i had the ending figured out, but it definitely left me wanting more. MUST READ

OMG. This book will catch you by surprise! The ultimate plot twist that you wouldn’t have thought coming!! A must ride! It will keep you on the edge and leaving you wanting more!

Wow !!!. Unbelievable up until the very last page….. never saw that ending coming !!! A must read for sure …..

Ok not great. I’m disappointed with the way the book ends. After reading this genre for so many years and based on previous reviews I was expecting the end to be like the begging of her story. Writers has potential but needs to work on her endings they can’t end flat

Sadly, too predictable.. Was ok, but like a few of the other reviews have said you can easily tell where it was going.

Definitely kept my attention!. Couldn’t put this one down.

Awesome book!. This was the first book I read by this author, I loved it! I couldn’t put it down and kept trying to guess the who’s and what’s.

Meh.. I guess I’ve read too many “psychological thrillers” and it seemed a bit too… predictable. I’m also tired of the woman always being painted as the crazy one. It also kind of dragged on a lot of parts giving me a billion irrelevant details as tho trying to reach a word count and in the end I searched the ending on Reddit because i could not sit through 1000 pages worth of every other page being some sort of drag to get to an actual interesting point in the book. I’m sorry, but i was not impressed and wish i could get my money back. All of y’all calling this book great have to give me the # to your dealer because um… noooo.

I thought I was watching a show. I kept having moments in my busy day thinking “ I just Wana watch my show” I was so into this book I swore I could see it playing out in front of me. She does such a wonderful job with foreshadowing and slowly introducing different twists to where you don’t know what’s happening until the end. I find myself fighting to read ahead a few sentences and then back trap because I’m in such suspense. This is the second book of hers I’ve read in a weeks span. I am not a reader but my God… I can’t stop reading her books.

Just. No.. This book is just ‘gaslighting: the novel’. The twists and turns were awfully executed. The plot made zero sense. The characters were unbearable. The use of mental illness as a plot device infuriated me. How this even got published is beyond me. It’s just one big messy fever dream. I’ve read better fanfiction.

Wow. Simply wow. The depth of the storylines and the characters really bring this to life while making you choose sides

Great book. Done in 2 days! Awesome book

Shameless pleasure read. Great read, very different plot twists and theme.

Wow!. One of the best books I have read in a while. It keeps you guessing. 10/10 will recommend to everyone

Amazing book. This book will make you question everything. Never know where it’s going to go

Kept me wanting more... in a good way. I didn’t want to put it down, when I did I was wondering and thinking about it constantly. Well written! Truly enjoyed this book while on vacation!

A pretty good read. I liked this one! I stayed interested all the way through and while one reviewer said the “twist” was lame, I don’t agree. I thought it was well done and it’s certainly different.

Couldn’t put down. Read in one sitting Fantastic read Loved all the curveballs

Twisty. Just when you think you know where the story is going, you don’t. Slow build to lay the foundation, then Kept me guessing. I couldn’t put it down.

had potential. could have been a great book, but so let down by the “twist”
