Tacker is a sweetheart. I have been waiting for Tacker to get a book! It doesn’t disappoint either. He is a sweetheart who had something tragic happen to him. It is unfortunate but it was so great to see how he comes out of his shell and have some happiness again. A great read.

Tacker. If you follow Arizona vengeance series, then you have been dying for this book to come out. Tacker has been stuck in his grief from losing his fiancé in a plane crash that he was piloting, but the team has said enough is enough and he hast to get counseling or he’s off the team. This is where he meets Nora , his unconventional therapist, which becomes much more than that , a friend and maybe possibly a new love, but only if he can get over his guilt can he move on with his life and Nora is just the person to show him there’s more out there than terrible things that happen in your past , maybe she can show him because she has been there too. I listen to this book and the Narration is wonderful , they do a great job at portraying both Tacker and Nora!! Give it a listen you won’t regret it!!

Wow!. I’ve been waiting for Tacker’s book since he was first mentioned in the series. OMG, was this good! My favorite of the series. Don’t skip this one!

Amazing & Emotional. I just knew Tacker's story was going to blow me away! I love the guys on this team and we've been getting bits and pieces of Tacker for a while now and we knew how badly he was hurting and how much he needed help. I honestly loved every moment of this book from the first word to the last. I felt so many emotions reading this story because it is just full to the brim with heart, soul, pain, truth, healing, friendship and love. It is overflowing with all the goodness Sawyer Bennett puts into her writing. She has given us another amazing hero to fall in love with and the incredible woman who helps to heal him. Tacker & Nora are amazing together as they find a way to heal each other while falling in love. I absolutely loved this book and Tacker!!!!!This series has been nothing short of fantastic so far and I count the days for more of the Arizona Vengeance men and the women who tame them!!!

Such a fabulous read!. Finally Tacker gets his story! This was such a beautiful emotionally charged romance, once started I couldn’t put it down ! Great. I love Tackers story. I was waiting to see what his story was and if he would be able to be happy again. I love this series and seeing all the different players and their family interacting. I love the team dynamic and how they all get along. Sawyer Bennett did not disappoint in this story. One of my favorite scenes where Tacker meeting with MJ’s parents. I cannot wait for Dominicks story

Tacker’s story was worth the wait!. I have been waiting for Tacker's story since meeting him at the start of the Arizona Vengeance series. His heartbreaking story and downward spiral after MJ's death had me anxiously awaiting the day when he would finally get his own happy ever after. Sawyer Bennett did not disappoint and Tacker was just as emotional as I knew it would be. Though this is book 5 in the series, it can be read as a standalone. Characters from the previous books do appear, however, and the book would be best enjoyed if read in order. Death of a spouse or loved one is always a difficult trope for me to get behind. I often have a hard time believing in the new love connection since had that not happened, our character would be happily married/in love. Sawyer Bennett did a wonderful job of making this work in Tacker, however, and it was easy to root for Tacker to find love again. Tacker and Nora's evolving relationship isn't without its issues and ethical concerns, but I did feel that they made a genuine connection that healed both of them. There isn't any unnecessary OW/OM drama and I loved that the story focused on healing and learning to live again. The tension and build up was amazing and the sexy times were off the charts HOT! I lost count of all the times Tacker made me swoon. Even when a deflating air mattress tries to create an obstacle, Tacker makes it clear (in the sexiest way) that he doesn't need any of that to get the job done. I loved catching up with all the previous couples in the series and there were two awesome updates that left me smiling ear to ear for Erik, Blue, Legend, and Pepper. The book adds more fuel to the fire for team owner Dominik and Willow's book and also introduces us to Tacker's BFF, Aaron Wylde, who will also be getting his own book. Tacker is sure to be a hit with fans of the Arizona Vengeance series! *I voluntarily read an advance review copy of this book*

FINALLY GETTING TACKER’S STORY AND WE AREN’T READY!. FINALLY GETTING TACKER’S STORY AND WE AREN’T READY! After getting bits and pieces of the surface story for Tacker in the previous books in this series, I was so crazy happy to finally get his story but was not ready for the range of emotions it brought! After his life is turned upside down and he gives up the willingness to live after the death of his fiancé, Tacker is finally given an ultimatum from the team’s owner and decides to take it since hockey is all he has left. Through that ultimatum, he meets Nora, a therapist that focuses on unique therapy approaches versus a standard one. As Tacker starts to tackle the feelings and the accident with Nora, he starts to actually have a break through, but at the same time starts to have a connection with Nora. But Tacker’s guilt of moving on holds him back and threatens the progress he’s made. These two are perfect for each other, with both of them going through very traumatic experiences and also living with survivor’s guilt. While Nora was way ahead on the progress and handling of her grief, I loved how she was able to understand exactly what Tacker needed to help with his. Per usual, I love Sawyer’s books and can’t get enough of them and the storylines that she provides. I can’t wait for the next book in this series! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

From tragedy a beautiful romance blooms. It’s finally time. It’s time for Tacker’a book! Have your tissues at the ready. It’s definitely emotional, but a perfect level of emotion. Tacker is lost, heartbroken and dealing with the trauma of the plane crash he was in. He needs help to heal and his hockey team knows it. They give him an ultimatum: go to therapy or there is no more hockey. And since that’s the only thing he cares about these days he goes. When the first therapist is a disaster some strings are pulled and he starts going to a therapist who is more his speed. And beautiful to boot. Nora loves her ranch, she loves her horses, and she loves being a therapist. The ranch she worked so hard to it, is the same one that saved her when she was young and witnessed atrocities no child should experience. When Tacker walks into her world, she feels a connection to him. This is going to be interesting as his therapist. Can two broken souls find happiness with each other? Sit back and enjoy Tacker because he does find his HEA in the end and it’s beautiful to watch bloom.

Amazing!. 5 Stars Book: Tacker Author: Sawyer Bennett Series: Arizona Vengeance #5 Omgggggg!!! Tacker was EVERYTHING I’d thought it would be but it also was so much more!!! My heart was put through the wringer with this story. You know how sometimes you build something up so much in your mind that when you get it, you're a little disappointed? I was hoping and praying that this story would not be like that and I am SO HAPPY to say that Ms. Bennett brought her a-game! I won’t give any details about the plot but I will say that while yes we knew what had happened to Tacker, we didn’t know everything. Let me just say this now-you will be crying when you learn the rest. Tacker has so many layers and watching them all unfold was amazing. And Nora...her background was just as rough. Together their journey was so beautiful and heart wrenching all at the same time. I was rooting for them-hoping and praying that they would get their HEA. Ms. Bennett did a fantastic job with this book. It is definitely one story you do not want to miss!

That’s it?!?!. After all the build up of him being so tortured, and that’s it? Did not deliver.

Great Read. Tacker: Arizona Vengence was a great read by Sawyer Bennett. Tacker was involved in a plane crash that he was piloting, fifteen months ago that claimed the life of his fiance. Unfortunately he had to watch her die slowly as he was trapped in the wreckage. He has no desire to do anything except play hockey. Unfortunately a bad decision on his part is threatening his playing. He is ordered to do therapy where he meet Nora, a beautiful therapist who he knows is hiding something dark. I really enjoyed reading Tacker and Nora's story and can't wait to read more by Sawyer Bennett. Stephen Dexter and Lucy Rivers did a great job of narrating this book and sucking you into the characters.

Emotional. Tacker’s fiancée died in the plane that he piloted. He started down the road of self destruction until he was given an ultimatum to clean up his act. That’s when he met Nora, his therapist. Tacker and Nora both learned from each other on healing. The story was the most emotional of this series. Since Tacker’s situation was first mentioned early on in this series, I couldn’t wait for his story, it was well worth the wait. Excellent story. Review copy was received for a honest opinion.

an enjoyable and engaging read. This hockey sports romance was such an enjoyable read! It is a story about finding hope and love in the aftermath of tragedy and grief. For those who you who have been waiting for Tacker’s story, this book does not disappoint. For those of you who haven’t read any of the books in this author’s Arizona Vengeance, be prepared to have your heartstrings pulled and to fall in love with Tacker and Nora. Tacker is on a downward spiral and is at risk of losing the one thing that gives him solace - hockey. He is skeptical about Nora and all of her “hippie dippie” tactics, but his hockey career is on the line if he doesn’t participate in counseling. Nora has her work cut out for her, but she has some unconventional ways of providing therapy which just might be what this damaged hero needs. This book respectfully and eloquently tackles overcoming grief and guilt in the face of devastation. The author does an impeccable job of showing how Tacker processes what happened to him and his fiancé all while illustrating the power behind Nora’s creative and effective techniques in helping him to cope. My heart broke for Tacker and for Nora for what they each have endured and they were both strong, resilient characters. Nora is a breath of fresh air with her compassion, understanding, and ability to help Tacker and many other people who are struggling for various reasons. Surprisingly, given the subject material, this book was relatively low on drama and angst which I think was fitting for this novel. I really enjoyed how the romance between Nora and Tacker unraveled. It wasn’t an insta-lust or insta-love, but more of a gradual build-up. I also thought the author did an amazing job with the evolution of Tacker’s character. Tacker is book 5 in this author’s Arizona Vengeance hockey series, but it can be read as a standalone. There is some character overlap (yes, we get to see all of our favorite couples!), but you will not find yourself lost if you dive right into Tacker. I received an early complimentary version of this book.

Captivating!. I have been waiting for Tackers’ story since he came to the Arizona Vengeance. And Sawyer Bennett did not disappoint. It seems she can write about anything bringing such depth and emotion. This story was captivating! This was such a touching story about a grief stricken man who is drowning in his grief, quilt and anger over the death of his fiancé. His only solace is playing hockey. But when his grief and anger leads to destructive behavior the team management gives him an ultimatum. Follow their rules or he is off the team. Nora Wayne runs a equine therapy ranch outside of the city. She is a licensed clinical social worker just barely making it by. Nora has suffered horrors you can’t even imagine. She has lost more than anyone and has come out of it still smiling and hopeful. She radiates sunshine and optimism. And is Tackers’ new counselor. Beautiful, kind, and strong and determined to live life to its fullest. Will Nora be able to motivate Tacker back to the living? There were so many great details and moments that just filled me up. I was captivated with grief and compassion for Tacker. I was stressed out, I was tearful. I was worried. I was rooting for them. My emotions pretty much ran the gamut while reading this. I loved watching Tacker grow and show his new self. You don’t want to miss this one. #lovedtacker

Another awesome story by Sawyer. I have been eagerly waiting for this story since Tacker first showed up in Bishop’s book. Sometimes when a book is this anticipated it can almost not meet your expectations but Sawyer knocked it out of the park. I loved every minute of this book! I was scared that I was going to be super emotional through out the book but there were only a few parts that really got to me. I would recommend this book to everyone but even though it is a standalone, I would start at the beginning since you learn so much about Tacker’s journey along the way.

Tacker and Nora. After purposely getting drunk and driving himself into a concrete barrier, Tacker is given an ultimatum. He has to attend counseling, pay a fine, and not drink alcohol or he’s off the team. Not sure he can ever make himself whole again, Tacker waivers on whether to accept the offer. In the end, it’s his teammates and his love of hockey that push him into a decision that will forever change his life. Nora has suffered greatly as a child, teen. But she was adopted by a loving woman who loved her enough to help her overcome the evil she experienced. Nora’s outlook on life was nothing short of remarkable. She lived to help others, while being an exceptional listener. When a broken Tacker shows up at her ranch, she KNOWS she can help him, but only if he’ll let her. Shared experiences finally allow Tacker to “see” things differently. Now it’s up to him to mend broken fences so he can live a happy life. Powerful. Cathartic. Emotional. Moving. Loving. Real. There aren’t enough words to express how Awesomely wonderful this novel is! A truly remarkable story. Sawyer Bennett could not have written Tacker and Nora’s story any more perfectly....except to indulge us with MORE Tacker and Nora! Tacker’s self destructive behavior made me want to reach into my ebook and shake him! He was so broken and devastated that he pushed away the people who meant the most to him. Nora’s ability to SEE Tacker and get him to open up about his feelings, was awe-inspiring. I loved how Nora wasn’t jealous of MJ and her memories. I laughed, cried, and cried some more. I highly recommend this novel! I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.

Finally! Worth the read/listen!. I’ve been waiting for Tacker’s story and what a great yet heartbreaking storyline. Two souls with broken pasts, find love again. Tacker and Nora’s chemistry is a slow burn but once ignited it burns hot. Stephen Dexter and Lucy Rivers’s narration is excellent and brought an added element to this story. It’s a definite must listen.

Incredible!!!!. Tacker!! I have been anticipating this book for quite some time, and Sawyer did not disappoint!!Such an emotional roller coaster!! It waslike watching a flower bloom! And boy it turned into a full bouquet!! Heartwarming with a touch of humor that will have you smiling from ear to ear!! Such an incredible journey of healing with a glimps into the team and future experiences come!! Cant wait to see what Sawyer has in store!!!!

Worth the wait. This is such a highly anticipated release. I have been dying to hear Tacker's story since he was first introduced in Bishop. So was it worth the wait? Abso-freaking-lutely. Chapter 12 will gut you. Just be prepared. Have the hankies ready and be in a place where you can ugly cry. But I also found myself seeing Tacker in a whole new light. For someone who was closed off from the world, he is such a very caring and compassionate person. There is one additional scene in the book that got to me and made me tear up a little. You'll know it when you read it. And I hope you have the same feelings I did. Now I can't wait for Dominik. Another highly anticipated release. These hockey players are the BEST.

Worth the wait. I’ve been eagerly anticipating Tacker’s book since this series began and I was not disappointed. Whilst this story had a lot of heartbreak and emotional moments, the relationship that was built between Nora and Tacker was beautiful. I really enjoyed it and couldn’t put it down.

Simply Wow!. Simply Wow! An amazingly deep and profound read. Lots of emotions and a few tears, both sad as well as happy. Grief is unique to the individual, thus overcoming such hardships are also an individual thing. Family is more than blood, sometimes better when chosen by you, and comes in all varieties. A fabulous addition to the Arizona Vengeance squad.

Wow. Where to start and what to say that will do this emotional read justice ....I guess I just lay it on the line and tell as it is and let you all know how this amazing read made me feel. Tacker is the man I’m been waiting for since the start of the Arizona Vengeance Series, I knew his story would probably blow me away and I knew he needed a very special lady to break down his walls that he has built around himself for protection and Nora Wade is certainly a special lady and Tacker’s story certainly blew me away..... This book ticked all my boxes , it’s an emotional roller coaster that at times left me in tears as my heart broke for Tacker and his past but I also had a fair few laughs and lots of smiles as the banter between the Arizona Vengeance teammates flowed. Oh and let’s not forget the very special Nora a kind caring soul who is so very good at what she does, she is an alternative therapist working out of her horse ranch where she also allows underprivileged children the chance to ride. This story will stay with me, it stole a piece of my heart and I’m not sure I will ever get it back so all I’m going to leave you with is please one click this must read for all romance lovers. As 2019 comes to an end and we start looking back on our best reads of the year I need to say Tacker will be topping my list for sure.

Perfection!!. 5 plus stars Perfection they name is Tacker. Honestly I'm thrown for a loop at what a masterpiece this beautiful story was. I just am struggling to put into words at how monumental it was.... Sawyer has written a story that epitomizes who Tacker is and what defines him. I went into this story not really knowing what to think. Prepared for emotions but I was so overwhelmed whilst reading...due to tears and some laughs, I can honestly say this is the authors best work to date. The support network Tacker has is amazing and not knowing how things would go for him, I'm incredibly happy after reading this story. Nora is absolutely amazing at her job and the way she is with people! I really admired both of them so much! This is a story that will stay in my mind forever, of that I have no doubt and I truly believe this book is perfection. I am feeling rather emotional and fell in love with the whole book. This is a book that just has to be read! It should definitely be high on your TBR list for sure. A perfect addition to an incredible series. #Tacker&NoraForever!

Emotional. I knew going into reading Tacker that this was going to be an emotional roller coaster of a story and Sawyer Bennett did not disappoint. I was absolutely hooked on this book from the first to the last chapter and couldn’t put it down. I have been waiting for Tacker’s story since he was first introduced in the Arizona Vengeance series and I knew that the woman who he would eventually open up and fall in love with would need to be someone very special; Nora Wayne is certainly that woman. The emotions that were pulled from me as I read this book had me in tears at times. My heart just about broke for Tacker and all that he he has been through, his pain and guilt was palpable. The chemistry between Tacker and Nora is off the charts and I loved the banter and humour that flowed as well. I also loved the dynamic between Tacker and the other members of the team, they certainly have one others back. This is a story that will touch you to the very depths of your soul. I have no words to do it justice. All I can say is one click this book and be prepared for one heck of a read….

The team dynamic is changing with the influx of significant others, a dynamic that brings the teammates closer together. TACKER is a story of heartache, grief, tragedy and recovery; second chances and letting go. The premise is emotional, inviting and engaging; the characters are broken, colorful, energetic but on the mend; the romance is seductive and intimate. TACKER is a raw and gritty look at the power of guilt, and the steps to bring grievers back into the light.

Tacker. I waited. Really honestly waited for something to grab me and drag me into the story...it just never came. For Sawyer, compared to her other offerings this was flat. There was zero, zero lust or chemistry between these two. Tacker is ordered to counselling to keep his job...you do not find out anything earth shattering about the “horrific plane crash” other than pages and pages if him living like MJ is still alive while being drawn to Nora. Nora the counsellor whom he fires so he can date. Boring is exciting compared to these two dating. The most exciting part was Raul having a heart attack. No humor, no angst and really with his trauma you could have went way harder with his flashbacks or real feelings watching MJ die. He never tells us. Now I will not be automatically preordering so will wait for Dominic to come out first !! If it is not finished yet...kick it up a few or 10 notches cause Dominic is a player. A dirty boy and an alpha...do not water him down. Explode him onto those pages. Don’t let this great series end on a lackluster note.

When Tacker is sent to her ranch by Dominik Carlson, the team's owner, she is not sure she is going to be able to help him but then when she starts to fall for him she has to decide if he is ready and if her therapy licence is worth the risk. Tacker is the fifth book in the Arizona Vengeance series which can be read as a standalone or as part of the Arizona Vengeance series. This book is told in the dual POV of the hero and heroine. Tacker is a story of heartache, grief, healing and happiness. Tacker and Nora were perfect for each other and I feel truly helped each other heal. I was happy that Tacker was finally able to be the friend and teammate that the Vengeance knew he could be.
