近代下層階級的帝王政治,反民主,反女性官員理論及天安門事件因應 by 愛羅斯•阿茲海默 Book Summary
「近代下層階級」是指近代新興政治之政府(民主政黨輪替政府及共產黨政府)統治下的下層階級。本文探討近代下層階級當中人生一無所有的底層人民,建議他們(1)認同猴子為人類的共同祖先。(2)支持政治意識形態為模仿猴子社會統治方式的「猴子政府」,此即帝王政治、反對民主、反對女性官員執掌政府。本文接著提出近代新興政治的政府應如何兼容並蓄於「猴子政府」,達到傳統與近代政府共榮並存的政治方法。方法一:實施「傳統與近代政治雙元首制」。一個元首是近代新興政治政府最高領導,另外一個元首是「猴子政府」之帝王, 兩個元首之間互不干政。方法二:實施「象徵天皇制之前瞻政治政策實驗屬地」。虛位天皇提出照顧下層階級弱勢人民等等之政策提案主題,申請在實驗屬地上實施「猴子政府」(世襲帝王政治、無民主、無科舉考試、無女性官員)。最後本文針對1989年六四天安門事件提出政府因應的建議,政府可建立象徵天皇制之「前瞻政治政策實驗屬地」,將六四天安門事件學生要求的政治改革項目,以「前瞻政治政策實驗屬地」之名義在實驗屬地上實施三十年之實驗性政治政策。
