Great Read!. I love all of Jasmine’s books! They are the perfect page turner! You fall in love with each of the characters, as if they were your own friends. This book reads like her usual seductive romantic comedy; but with a unique twist. Definitely a must read!

Debatable Distance. This is one of the sweetest love stories that I’ve read in ages. Also fun was following the various characters through the London sights. No relationship is easy with an ocean between them but watching the process of coping until resolution was a charming read.

Great love story. A story of how you can fall in love at any age if you don’t let pride get in the way.

Couldn’t Finish…Definitely a Step Back. To preface: I am a huge Jasmine Guillory fan — I have read nearly everything (working my way through), and have so enjoyed it. But this is definitely her weakest offering. I tried to get through it, but had to give up. It honestly felt like a step back — in terms of plotting, characters, comfort with adult content. By removing her characters from the rich world she’s developed, they seemed out of sorts. The basic plot was so far fetched, the characters so unlikely. It just stayed very firmly on the page, with nothing really moving or swirling. By the time I let myself stop, I still didn’t care about any of the characters. I was fine with not knowing what happened to anyone. I’ve moved onto the next and it’s already back to her usual quality. I think she tried some new things and got out of her comfort zone, and it just didn’t quite work.

Hallmark Christmas movie. Simply written. Easy read. Truly felt like a cheesy hallmark movie. A bit mindless.
