Target Zero (An Agent Zero Spy Thriller—Book #2) by Jack Mars Book Summary

“One of the best thrillers I have read this year.”
--Books and Movie Reviews (re Any Means Necessary)

In this follow up to book #1 (AGENT ZERO) in the Agent Zero spy series, TARGET ZERO (Book #2) takes us on another wild, action-packed ride across Europe as elite CIA agent Kent Steele is summoned to stop a biological weapon before it devastates the world—all while grappling with his own memory loss.

Life returns only fleetingly back to normal for Kent before he finds himself summoned by the CIA to hunt down terrorists and stop another international crisis—this one even more potentially devastating than the last. Yet with an assassin hunting him down, a conspiracy within, moles all around him and with a lover he can barely trust, Kent is setup to fail.

His memory is quickly returning, though, and with it, flashes into the secrets of who he was, what he’d discovered, and why they are after him.

His own identity, he realizes, may be the most perilous secret of all.

TARGET ZERO is an espionage thriller that will keep you turning pages late into the night.

Target Zero (An Agent Zero Spy Thriller—Book #2) (Jack Mars) Book Reviews

Target zeroI am a fan of Jack Marks Luke Stone series. I am not sure he is writing the Agent Zero books. So very different. Luke Stone; so confident, assure of himself where as Agent Zero so unsure of the situation at hand. The book itself was disappointing enough but to have an ending requiring the purchase of the third book in the series. . No thanks. Will read the "forging of Luke Stone" first book. Will not get another if it is like Target Zero..Score: 2/5

Make sure you have time to read!Jack Mars does it again! Establishes the intrigue early and everything escalates from there! Character development continues. During the chase a new sub-plot is revealed. How will Agent Zero fiugre this one out? The ending leaves you at the edge of your seat!! Another thriller that you can’t stop reading!!!.Score: 5/5

Target ZeroAgent Zero’s memories haven’t come rushing back but as another international incident looms, he accepts a call to action. Torn between protecting his daughters and protecting the world, he realizes he must do the latter. He teams up with familiar faces to chase terrorists across Europe. Soon the loyalty of these terrorists to their cause brings up questions of who can be trusted. Definitely a good idea to read these books in order as they build on each other. Jack Mars weaves details in from the previous missions so you know what we s going on, but recapping every detail would make the novel tedious to read..Score: 5/5

Love this series so far!Agent Zero was the first book I’ve read since high school. I could not put it down. Target Zero was filled with more of the same! I can’t wait to read hunting zero next!!.Score: 5/5

Target ZeroMemories! Reid has some, but not all. As they come back piece-by-piece he has devastating headaches. Does he really want to remember everything? Is he going to rejoin CIA or remain a quiet college professor? What about the safety of his two daughters. He has a lot on his mind when he gets a call from the CIA that catapults him into another mission. Who can he trust in this mission that has twists and turns and misdirection? Jack Mars is an ace when it comes to writing adventure stories..Score: 5/5

Story Line IntriguingThe story line is good. Not a huge fan of the liberal politics that are subtly slipped in on occasion. Overall, a good read..Score: 2/5

Amazing!Non stop action.Score: 5/5

Target zeroBook two nearly as good as one; fast, action good character development, plot lines developing. But leaving the one plot line so unresolved is cruel and an unwelcome sales gimmick that results in resentment and less trust of author. Not sure I will continue series because of it.Score: 4/5
