الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على سيد الأنبياء والمرسلين سيدنا محمد المبعوث رحمة للعالمين. أما بعد:
لكل شيء في هذا الكون حقيقة، وهذه الحقيقة لا تصل إليها إلا من خلال التفكير الجدي والمتواصل، وأهم شيء لك كمخلوق هو أن تصل للخالق سبحانه وتعالى، وأيسر طريق لك هو رسوله الكريم وكلامه المنزل عليه (القرآن الكريم) ففي القرآن الكريم الحقيقة كلها.
وسنتناول معكم طلابنا الأعزاء في هذا الكتاب حقائق علم النفس والقوانين الخاضعة لها، إذ يتضح أن الشيء البارز في القرآن الكريم الحديث عن النفس، أو بالأصح الحديث معها ذاتها، عن سبب وجودها وعن سر كنهها، وسبل هدايتها وسعادتها، وإقالة العثار من طريقها وتسليكها وتطهيرها لتتحلى بالفضائل والمكرمات الإنسانية والصفات النبيلة، وكذلك تحذيرها من طرق شقائها وتعاستها، وبالتالي النهاية المؤلمة التي يمكن أن تصل إليها إن هي ظلت متعنتة ورافضة للنصح وغير عابئة بسوء المصير.
والقرآن خطاب مستمر من الله إليها عن كل ما يحيط بها ويهمها ويشغل ساحتها، إذاً القرآن بمضمونه العظيم قانون الله ونظامه الموجه للنفس الإنسانية من أجل سمّوها ورفعتها.
لقد أنشغل كثير من الباحثين والفلاسفة على مر العصور وكرها من مختلف الطوائف والديانات بالحديث عن النفس، ومحاولة إيجاد تعريف ومصطلح لتوصيفها، وتحديد وظائفها وسبب خلقها، وانعكاس أعمالها عليها وعلى الكون المحيط بها.
ولسنا هنا لتصحيح تلك الأقوال والدراسات وتصويبها، فذاك بحث يطول، ومردود فوائد مثل هذه الحوارات والنقاشات بالنسبة للطلاب ليس بذي أهمية، بل يمكن أن تكون أضرار مثل تلك البحوث أكثر بكثير من المنافع المرجوة، فهذه الجدال عن شيء لا يعلمه الطالب يشتت ذهنه، ويقلل من تركيزه ويوقعه بالضياع.
إنما الأهمية تكمن في وضع القواعد الأساسية لعلم النفس وتوضيح حقائقها وتعريفها وسبب خلقها من خلال أدلة القرآن الكريم وبعض الأمثلة العملية وبذلك تبنى قاعدة صحيحة وراسخة لدى الطالب، يستطيع من خلالها وبكل بساطة أن يناقش ويحاور هو بذاته كل بحث يأتيه، فيرد ما كان خطأً ويقبل ما هو صحيح .
لذلك سنبدأ دروسنا بالحديث عن النفس، عن أصلها ... منشأها ... سبب خلقها ووجودها، إلى كل ما يتعلق بها ... وما يتعلق بالمجتمع الإنساني الكبير الذي تحيا به النفس، وأيضاً إلى ذكر بعض القوانين والأنظمة التي سنها الله تعالى لهذه النفس حتى تعيش في حياة رغيدة وسعيدة.
