4 stars. I don’t usually read multi-volume series, but I enjoyed this first of ...?..two? Even on its own, without the second, I quite enjoyed it.

Really Hot!. Loved the story and the characters! Really hoping for a sweet end in the chapter of Luke and Lexi’s romance!

Great read!. This is a story that had me hooked! I love that the storyline feels so ‘real’ like this could probably happen. But still with drama, sex, and surprises!

Hot mess. I hate cliffhangers. The book was great but….I wont buy the second, Didnt realize it wasn’t a stand alone.

Loved the story but the typos are horrible. I fully intended to just read the first book in the series but after the cliff hanger ending of the first book, I had to get the rest and read them all. Great story line with believable characters. My only complaint is the irony of writing about a book editor that is filled with typos and inconsistencies. The name on the chapters even changed between book 3 (Ana) and book 4 (Diana). Maybe a new editor would be a wise investment!

Hot mess. Really enjoyed this book. Luke is amazing. It is the first installment of a four part series, not a stand alone.

Overall, I liked it. I literally read this whole book in about 3 hours lol couldn’t put it down. I don’t want to buy the second one though 😩

Cliffhanger. I hate it when the book ends where you have to buy the next book to find out what happens. Apart from that, the book wasn’t bad.

Hot Mess. Single mum Lexi meets Luke at a bar and the chemistry just sizzles. Great storyline well written full of drama, emotions and sexy scenes makes it hard to put this book down . Recommend reading

Enjoyed till there was no ending. Loved the characters but was not happy to get to the end and there was no ending...... I never choose a book with a sequel and this book synopsis did not say that there was a cliffhanger. So disappointed!

?. Good story, a bit predictable. One thing that bugged me though seeing as she’s supposed to be an editor and pay attention to detail... she mentioned the dog barking constantly? Why specifically say her dogs breed if you don’t know anything about it? Like the fact that they don’t actually bark...
