I’m definitely swooning.... J.H. Croix nailed it once again! This is such a fun story. The beginning... I’m still laughing. This is definitely one of those stories you will read from cover to cover in one sitting! Lucas is a single dad and lives for his 6 year old daughter. And between his job at the ranch and being a first responder he just doesn’t think he can have more. So he just avoids the beautiful, smart, bookkeeper Valentina that catches his eye daily. He tries not to notice how gorgeous she. Valentina loves her job at the ranch. All her focus goes into work. But she can’t help but notice Lucas. He’s Hot, Sexy and the stuff dreams are made of. But Valentina doesn’t have much luck with men or experience. All that changes when Lucas gets a package meant for Valentina. When he returns the package things start to heat up and they can’t deny their feelings any longer and give into the passion they both feel. Can Lucas give love a chance? Or will he walk away? Wait For Me. A collision in the hall at the lodge, mixed up packages, and an unexpected offer. Valentina was home schooled by very religious parents. They sheltered her and instilled in her to keep her purity. She left home to work at Stolen Hearts Lodge as the accountant & bookkeeper. She also helps take shifts at the restaurant. Lucas is raising his six year old daughter Rylie. He works as a first responder and at the lodge which keeps him busy. His mom and sister help out with Rylie when needed. He doesn’t do complications and even goes to another city to have one night stands. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Wait For Me. First time reading this author. I loved almost everything about this book except the F words and the overly descriptive sex scenes and the words used to describe them. Sex sells I know but when the sex starts and each chapter starts to include it it becomes a turn off, at least for me anyway.

Enjoyable and swoon-worthy read. Another enjoyable read by this author! You are definitely in for a trea with interesting storyline, likable characters with sizzling chemistry and seriously hot steamy scenes. I always thought that nothing could dethrone Into The Fire series from top of my list, but it seems like this series is shaping up to be my new favorite from this author! Wait For Me!. I love this writer! Her stories always draw me in and keep me hooked until the very end. This one is no exception. This is a fun story but also a heartwarming read. Lucas and Valentina are so great together. He is not looking for anyone, given his past I don't blame him. He just wants to do his job and raise his little girl. Valentina is shy, reserved and has lived a sheltered life. She orders a special tool for her personal use but he opens the package thinking it is his. Given this is how the story pretty much starts you cannot help but keep reading to find out what happens. Lucas was determined to not fall. Of course, fate, in the form of a stallion, stepped in and caused an injury. That is what it took for someone to open their eyes. I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of this fast paced story! I could not put it down!

A package gone astray. A package gone astray. Lucas receives and opens a package that Valentina ordered online. Well, that gives the single pops all sorts of ideas. Of using his equipment instead. Fun, flirty, and the feels.

Wait for me. I really enjoy this series. They are all stand alones that focus on the residents of the small Alaskan town especially the first responders. Lucas is one of the first responders in the town. He is also a single father to his six year old daughter. She is his focus as he has a supportive family. He doesn’t do anything beyond a one night stand. Valentina is also a resident in town. When a package meant for her lands in Lucas hands she realizes that her virginity secret in now known to Lucas. This story is sweet, funny and endearing. I totally recommend this book and series

Wait for me. Valentina’s official meet cute with Lucas was horrifyingly embarrassing for her but it had one big positive outcome, Lucas couldn’t get her out of his thoughts. A single dad, disillusioned with his cheating deceased wife, Lucas had been avoiding Valentina. After their mail got switched, he thought of her constantly. I enjoyed their growing relationship as Lucas struggled with commitment due to his fear of getting hurt again. Even though Valentina was the younger inexperienced one, she was quite mature in her relationship with Lucas. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book via Bad Boy Updates.

One little package. This is a story to be treasured. It is full of humor,romance,respect and love. I guarantee You will be hysterically laughing by the end of chapter one. This book is special. The love Valentina has for her parents is shared with us thru wit,humor and heart. The love Lucas has for his daughter is unbreakable. I have had the privilege to read an advanced copy and am very proud to share this review with you. When you finish this book the characters will stay with you in your heart. Immediately engaged and interested. I voluntarily read an arc of this book for an honest review. This book is amazing!!! Lucas is sexy and aloof and Valentina is an old soul in an innocent young lady. Their package debacle had me laughing out loud and it just got better from there. The characters are heartwarming, the emotion is deeply felt and you will not be able to put it down!

Swoon into Wait For Me. Wait For Me is a wonderful romantic edition to JH Croix Swoon Series set on a ranch in the mountains of North Carolina. Valentina Smith grew up with hippie religious parents who wasn’t allowed to date. Lucas, single father who works on the ranch who doesn’t date because of his daughter. They have notice each other on the ranch but don’t really interact until an embarrassing package mixup. Great setup for a beautiful romantic story.
