Friendship. Since being confined during Covid-19 and having just moved to a new state I enjoyed the friends’ interaction s as much as the mystery. i also enjoyed the beautiful prose. I highly recommend this book.

Beautiful Book. I had low expectations when I first started reading this, but this book is beautiful. The way the characters and their friendship develops is really nice and heartwarming. Seeing them use their gifts and skills to help each other and make each other feel better is just so great. I also like how it doesn’t get in the way of their mission. On the contrary, it enriches the experience of book to the reader. Thank You!

Meh. I just couldn’t get into the book. I tried several times. But stopped half way through.

Secret Book & Scone Society. I loved the four women characters in the book that have survived a traumatic event in their lives that they have shared with each other and which has brought them closer together. This strong will to overcome anything helps them solve a mystery in their small town. Loved the quotes from passages from books that help bind the clues or situations they encounter. Each character is so unique and described in detail that you can actually visualize each of them.

Great characters and back stories. Slow reveal of each flawed characters back story and secrets that kept me intrigued! Good book, cup of tea and rainy day read!!
