Great Story!. Knox is book 4 in the Chicago Blaze series. Knox is on a trip to Hawaii with his teammates when he meets a beautiful woman on the beach. The woman, Reese, is there by herself, on what would be her honeymoon, after finding out her fiancé cheated on her. The two had instant chemistry and spent the rest of their time In Hawaii together. A little over a year later they cross paths again and perpetual bachelor, Knox, is interested in having a relationship with Reese. I enjoyed seeing these two find their balance in their relationship and their individual lives. I liked that Reese was a strong, independent woman and that Knox was willing to work at making their relationship work. Great Story, I highly recommend it to everyone!

What a gem. This series is going from strength to strength. Every time I finish a book in the series, I am certain that it cannot be topped and yet Brenda Rothert has outdone herself with Knox. Although this is the fourth book in the series, it is a stand alone and it is not necessary to have read the previous three books, but in my opinion, your mad if you don’t. From start to finish I was totally invested in the story that Ms. Rothert wove, I simply could not put it down, reading all through the night, determined to see what the author had in store for Knox and Reese. Reese was left humiliated, jilted at the altar and decides to go on her honeymoon to Hawaii on her own. I could think of no one more suited to rescue her and bring light and fun back into her life than Knox, even if it’s only for a short time. For me, Knox is oh so swoon worthy and ticks all the boxes; he’s a man I would love to have in my life. I laughed, I cried, I swooned,but most of all I fell in love with Knox and Reese’s story. The writing is strong and the characters will draw you in as you cannot help but become invested in their story. Fast forward 14 months or so and Knox and Reese meet again when he dines at the restaurant where she is now the head pastry chef. Initially Reese doesn't want to get involved with Knox, but he is determined to break down the walls she has surrounded herself with. Will Reese allow fear to cloud her judgement or can Knox win her heart? Another gem from Brenda Rothert in what has become one of my top hockey series of all time.

Blew my mind!. When you anticipate another book in this series and go in absolutely blind and what you read blows your mind, it’s definitely a sign of a fantastic story! I loved so much about Knox and Reese’s book, I felt so many emotions and thought the story was well written and with heartfelt moments! Both Reese and Knox have found a place in my heart and the sizzling tension can be felt from the moment they meet! They both have careers they love but also certain parts of their lives have sadness. Will their friendship become more?Is Reese ready to take the leap? You will have to read it for yourself to find out! An amazing addition to this incredible series! The author has written a book she should be immensely proud of! Add it to your wishlist or you are missing out!!
