Meh. Needed a better, thorough edit and the writing was a little flat.

Annoying Plot Twist. I loved the book The Last Mrs. Parrish which is why I decided to read this one. But the characters and their motivations and actions made no sense the entire book. It was really frustrating and there were several times I wanted to just put the book down and give up on it. It just wasn’t enjoyable to read. But then at the very end there’s a plot twist and it suddenly all makes sense. But because it’s at the very end, I was like, “I seriously just suffered through all that for a plot twist at the end?” Although I’m a sucker for plot twists and surprises, this one was annoying. I think the author could have done a better job with the characters to make everything before the ending a more entertaining read.

Not my favorite. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’m going to have to for this book. Very slow with a predictable ending and anticlimactic.

Solid Liv Constantine book. It’s no ‘the last mrs. Parrish’ but another good Liv Constantine thriller. I did not see that ending coming, I do recommend!

Blown Away. The beginning of the book made me angry as I couldn’t understand how someone could be so easily swayed by another person within a few days of meeting. The events that occurred throughout could NEVER had prepared me for the ending. The author kept the suspense going to the very end. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book!!

Wanted to like jt. I thought the cover description sounded pretty interesting and it definitely made me want to read it, but it was just not it. I hate being critical about a book because no matter whether I liked it or not, someone worked really hard to make it. So I’ll just say if you really feel compelled to read this book, read it on the Libby app where you can get it for free.

Boring. A true snooze.

Obsessed. This book had me screaming and shocked and sucked in from start to finish. Absolutely loved this book.

Stlll deciding. So many of the things that didn’t make sense throughout the novel start to make more sense by the ending. Not my favorite by the author but I had more appreciation for the work once I finished it. Didn’t see the ending coming.

Loved this!. I had been disappointed in The Last Time I Saw You, after The Last Mrs. Parrish, not for any reason except it was a lot to live up to! However, The Wife Stalker is BOMB. I think it’s almost, if not as good, as TLMP! The Constantine sisters better keep these twisty can’t-put-downers coming!

Didn’t see that coming!. Leo is suffering from depression. He’s been in a funk for months. Joanna is hoping she can help him out of it, to save her family. She’s been supportive and encouraging. Joanna knows Leo won’t seek help, but finds a way to use a current situation to get him to go to a mediation day at a local mental health recovery center. Leo meets Piper, the owner of the center. They skip out on the lunch provided at the meditation day. Piper has her eyes and heart set on snagging Leo’s affections. When Joanna’s mother falls and needs her to move back in with her as her caretaker, Leo decides this is the time to move on. He files paperwork and sends all of Joanna’s belongings to her mother’s home. Joanna is heartbroken and determined to win Leo back. It isn’t until the very end when I realized what I was reading wasn’t the full truth. I did not see what was so clearly obvious until it smacked me in the face! Normally I have it somewhat figured out before the reveal, but not this time! Great storyline and great way of hiding the plot twist!

The wife stalker. Utter garbage. One of those dreadful novels where unknowns pop up near the end to try and wrap up the story.

Amazing plot twist!. Amazing plot twist near the end! Just when you thought you had it all figured out!! I had to even go back to the beginning of the story to see how did I Miss that!! Great storytelling!
