Her Irish Boss by Palmer Jones Book Summary
Brogan
With his Irish Pub on the brink of closure, Brogan O'Keeley needs his life to stay in order. Rules need to be followed, and they will be enforced.
Or his employees can find another job.
His brothers call him heartless. Probably. But they've overcome too much to let it slip away now.
But Selena Chapman falls outside those neat, straight lines. She's late, messy, but she's the best waitress at the Pub. The second chance he gives her tests both his willpower and his sanity.
And the beautiful woman seems to enjoy pushing every new button she finds.
Selena
Everyday is a new struggle. Being the sole caregiver to her grandmother makes Selena focus more on her grandmother's needs, and not her own wants.
Because Selena wants her boss.
But the rules...
Brogan has a rule for everything, including the biggest no-dating policy in the history of employers. Any hanky-panky while on the clock, or with one of the three O'Keeley brothers, and you're done.
Fired.
But when she's late to work one too many times, he does the opposite of what she expects. He inches closer to that line, asking her to come in early, before work.
Alone.
Seeing how far she can push her boss, finding out what he hides underneath those fancy suits, becomes an obsession.
Helping him and his brothers save their restaurant is her second goal.
Number one: How far can she push Brogan O'Keeley before something gives?

Her Irish Boss. Eh, an ok book.
Her irish boss. Its more like a tacky movie. The characters are cute, but the writing is terrible. The sequence of events makes no sense. Sometimes it’s confusing to follow up who’s talking to whom, and many things were left behind unspoken of like her best friend and her grandmother. Neither literary nor character development is spotted either.
Her Irish Boss. Strong yet vulnerable characters. Frustrating events but satisfying character reactions. Believable and refreshing.
Her Irish Chef. Nice romantic story, with a crazy male testosterone family ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Entertaining. I loved the story and the characters. I had a few laughs and loved learning about the handsome Irish brothers. Great read.
Her Irish Boss. Awful. The storyline was decent however the writing was terrible. The writing was just so so bad I can’t get over the fact that this is an actual published book or that people would pay money for this, I got it for free. There was hardly any character development, the only character I actually ended up liking was the youngest brother but even that won’t get me to read his story from this author. The conversations the men had in this book sounded so unrealistic, they really irritated me as I read the book. It was just so over the top and annoying and I had to force myself to stop rolling by eyes. She doesn’t explain things well as she writes and you’re left guessing at how a character knew something or what happened to the people that kept staring. She points it out like hey I’m writing this to be an important part of the book but then doesn’t follow up with the statement to give you the whole picture. On the other hand certain character traits that she assigns to each character are brought up all the time. All the frigging time. Omg. We get it, the leading lady has some issues. I am reading your book and I’m paying attention I understand the words you are putting down, quit repeating yourself. The leading man also has concerns, actually he has one concern and it’s talked about too much unnecessarily. Lastly, I’ve never read a book where an author used so many “be it” phrases. Gah, the last chapter alone had 3 “be its” again super annoying, use other words. I finished the book because I have to finish books I start. Luckily this only took a few hours to read. I normally don’t write reviews but this whole reading experience was so annoying... there is no better word to describe it. Please save your precious time and don’t waste it on this book.
Fun Irish flavored romance. Loved the plot and characters
Sappy. I wanted to like the characters but this was sappy, predictable and shallow.
4 stars. Humorous. Enjoyed the three brothers, and the two main characters.
A restaurant romance. Cute! Characters are interwoven nicely with a family background.
Her Irish Boss. Worse book I have read. Completely BORING. Should have read the letter local newspaper.
It was okay.... I was highly annoyed by selena and here entitled attitude but other than that was a decent read. The ending could of been more dramatic.
I loved this book. This was fun, flirty, and kept me entertained. I will definitely read book 2, I can’t wait to see what happens to Rian and Mara.
For real?. iTunes deleted my review so I'll keep it even shorter. This book is CRAP. It's PG/vanilla garbage. The reasons why this couple 'can't' be together are repeat d in every single chapter. There's no chemistry. Selena is a brat who thinks Brogan should choose her over his family business when they aren't even dating! She's garbage, he's a pansy. All 4 or 5 stars is BS, let all reviews be views be seen, don't censor reviewers opinions.
Great. This book had me in stitches one moment and crying the next. It was well thought out and very sweet. Totally recommend!!!!!!!
