Great story. I read the first two books and now the third one. Great story about the third sister Janice and her long time crush Nate. She is such a strong female lead and I really enjoyed reading their story. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Heartfelt choices. Emotional story for several reasons including family manipulation. I was cheering for them though even though the odds were against them. She is very independent and determined that regardless of anyone else's expectations, you knew who her heart belongs to. Nate has relevance and acceptance issues and has to decide what's more important to him. When danger unexpected shows up at the ranch, tension rise and everything hits the fan. The Cowboy’s Heart. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Booksprout and I am voluntarily reviewing it. I have read all three books of this series and have absolutely adored all of them. This story was extremely touching given Nate's history. There were some very poignant moments. Nate is the foreman of Three Sisters Ranch. He has stepped up and practically ran the ranch after Frank's various health scares. Unfortunately the ranch is still running in the red. Frank called all of his daughters home to say good-bye to the ranch before the bank forecloses. Nate has been in love with Janice for forever. Janice comes home to open up a retreat on the ranch. She also has been in love with Nate for a long time. Her father though has another marriage prospect for her, the wealthy vet. Frank even asks Nate to help in his cause. This makes for such an interesting read. I loved having the dual POV format here. Getting into the mind set of the characters really help me to connect with them. It was especially helpful with Nate. He has some serious hang-ups due to his past. Another wonderful feature of this story was the continuation of the prior two stories and their characters being a part of this story. This is a sexy read. If you love a great cowboy romance, then you will adore this one. I highly recommend it. The author did a wonderful job of making this a stand-alone but I would like to highly suggest that you start at the beginning. They are all wonderful and you really shouldn't miss them. I can only hope that the author does a follow-up story with the weddings of all three sisters!!!!! Plus we need closure on the success of the ranch with all of the three sisters successes in their endeavors to help the ranch.

Captivating, Emotional, & Heartfelt!!!!. This was such a sensational new book in the Three Sisters series by Jamie K. Schmidt. Janice has returned home to help her family save the family ranch. Nate is the foreman for the Sullivans and has always secretly loved Janice. When a meddling father asks Nate to make a love match between Janice and an upstanding man in the community, Nate realizes he might not be worthy enough. The Cowboy's Heart is a book filled with heartache, secret love, and overprotective alpha male, insecurities, a feeling of unworthiness, friendship, healing, a magical holiday season, passion, love, and a courageous young woman willing do to what it takes for love. A captivating must read that readers won't want to put down. I loved reading this new book and I can't wait to read more from Jamie K. Schmidt. Nate & Janice — Saving the best for last!. 5 Plus Stars!!!! This is my absolute favorite of the Three Sisters Ranch series. I loved the other two books as well, but this one was more emotional with all the goings on between Janice and her brash, controlling father and her feelings for Nate. A well written storyline that gives us all the emotions from anger, fear, humor, uncertainly , regrets and passion and love between Nate and Janice. Wonderful characters that are strong, independent, feisty and loving . Wish there were more stories about this family. A must read series. A great story. Jamie K. Schmidt’s The Cowboy’s Hunt (Three Sisters Ranch Book 3) When Janice Sullivan comes home to help save the family ranch with her women’s retreat let’s just say that things are not going like she wants plus throw in her teenage crush, who is the ranch foreman, Nate Pierson. Things get pretty crazy. You definitely want to grab this book and see what shenanigans these two are up to on The Three Sisters Ranch. Can these two get what they want? He Cowboy Heart. A very good read. A page turner. One that kept my Interest. Lots of emotions, laughed thru some chapters. Loved when family member are involved, because so much more seems to happen with the main characters. Thank You, plus the ending was good.

Great reading. Thoroughly enjoyed Nate and Janice’s journey to find their happiness. Love life on the ranch. Good on Janice for sticking to her guns, and Nate helping her.

After a slow start, I loved the book. The book starts with lots of background information on the ranch and the 3 sisters who have come home to save it from being sold. The eldest sister, Janice, has always loved the foreman, Nate, and vice versa. But Dad wants her to marry the rich Vet to save the ranch. I liked the interaction between Nate and Janice. It was nice to see that Nate didn't change his mind about his feelings for her - which happens way too often in romance novels. So there were no misunderstandings to sort out. There were lots of side stories but that just added to the romance. I did get a little bogged down half way because the story seemed to be concentrating on the Retreat that Janice was starting. I guess I had envisioned a straight forward story that had lots of sexual tension and angst. But that was short-lived and it was back to the action - with some pretty sexy scenes that I was hoping for. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
