Loved this book. I loved this book ! Macon & Dakota had the best chemistry from the very beginning. Even though it was hard for her to trust again and it was hard for Macon to understand that he was enough to take care of her to protect her The heart can only be pushed back for so long their love for each other is inspiring !!

Far from destined. I have loved every moment of the Promised series. They way each couple thinks they will be different from the one before but still end up in the same lace. Macon’s POV is so heartwarming when you think about the position he was in and having to come back from that. Loved loved loved can’t wait for the conclusion!

Macon & Dakota. Possible spoilers: “Far from Destined” is Veterinarian Macon and single mom-trepreneur Dakota’s story. Let’s just be real...the actual heroes of their story is Joshua and the cats. Macon is a good Brady brother. He helps all of his siblings but when they setup a blind date-can he control his feelings? Dakota has a past she hasn’t shared with the pact sisters. Joshua’s dad wasn’t a good man. Can she overcome her fears when she has to face her past head on? Always a guaranteed HEA, but man does this couple work for it. 4.5/stars.

Great read!. Far from destined was a great read, and I really enjoyed reading it. Macon and Dakota's Story really hit homefor me. Meaning, l understood and could relate to them and what happened to them. As a person with PTSD I could feel Macon's frustration and his feelings about his nightmares. I too have them, and this book helped me cope with them. I am so happy to get to read far from destined.

A wonderful must read romance story!. A touching romance story from start to finish! Macon and Dakota's journey had it all suspense, aww moments, sweet and steamy that will grab at your heart strings. Dakota’s character is so strong with the sass that catches Macon off guard. What started as friendship becomes so much more as feelings blossoms to a feverish heat level. I loved how the whole gang is entwined with each couples story and how the group is growing for the better. This was a must read that doesn’t disappoint and I can’t wait for Myra and Nate’s story!

Frienemies to friends to lovers. Dakota and Macon both have broken lives. Macon was nearly killed last year and Dakota had to run for her life five years ago. Dakota has put up a wall to keep from getting close to another man and Macon is participating in destructive behavior to feel stronger, but they can’t fight the connection. One could say this is a story of trauma and fear, but I think it is more about discovery and renewal. The writing let’s us feel their feels. This close knit family lean on each other, so we see our favorite characters again. The tale gets angsty at times but Is still a sweet sexy read that just makes your heart happy.

Alpha veterinarian 🤤. As usual, Carrie Ann Ryan does not disappoint with this book! You can never go wrong with one of her Alpha males and a single mom. I loved following these two in their story even though they fought tooth and nail to not fall in love. I can’t wait for more in this series!

Loved this book!!. So loved these two. Mason and Dakota Both have had previous tragic experiences that they are trying to cope with and both struggling to be happy, while moving forward. They fight with each other and their attraction because neither feels they have anything to give another person. Once they begin to live on the moment it feels so natural it was like the had been together always. A life altering moments forces both to open their hearts and life for good. I so loved this book!!!!!

All the emotions!!. This is the third book in the Promise Me series, and it’s Macon and Dakota (and Joshua’s) story. Macon is still trying to deal with what happened in Forever Only Once, with being shot and almost dying. He’s dealing with it in a different kind of way that helps him, without sharing with his family. Dakota is very independent, single mom business woman, not wanting to rely on anyone for help. When babysitter issues come up, she has no choice but to need help from others. After a year of grumbling, her & Macon finally start getting closer, and in perfect time, because bad things start happening when the ex shows up. And they are much better together. This had a lot of emotions, sweetness and love, cuteness and crankiness, and some scary moments. And you’ll love it all! And just wait till you read that epilogue!

Fabulous instalment in this great series. Carrie Ann Ryan does not disappoint, this is the third in the Promise Me series, and each book is better than the last, which means I really cannot wait for the final book. This sorry was an ever full of romance, suspense, action and intrigue. By now we know that the 4 friends who have made the pact to help each other find love through blind dates will end up with the Brady brother, but that doesn’t mean that the journey isn’t exciting getting there! I highly recommend this book and this series! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

Absolutely loved. Book 3 in the Promise Me series by Carrie Ann Ryan. Macon is a Brady member and a veterinarian with his own shared practice. In previous book he was shot badly and is struggling with ptsd and the help with that he get in ring and fights. He’s secretly liked Dakota for a long time but she’s always had a don’t approach vibe until Dakota reaches out to him. Dakota has been through a lot and has many secrets but when Macon makes his intentions to her she realises she needs him as much as he needs her. I absolutely love Carrie Ann Ryan and personally can not get any better for romance but with really great characters, I love that her characters are very real with their on illnesses or issues like Nate’s migraines or Arden’s lupus illness. My only issue in book was when the narrator said Macon name and it came out more like bacon to me but other then that can’t get enough of this series.

Macon and Dakota. This is an action packed story with lots of intrigue and as always heaps of emotion. Macon and Dakota are both trying to overcome past trauma and they seem to hate each other but they really are a great couple. Joshua is an added bonus, he is cute and seems to always say just the right thing to make the adults squirm. The epilogue left me wanting more.

Another Fabulous Book !!!. When I start reading a book by this fabulous author, I just demolish it in a couple of hours. Dakota has been a single mum for 5 years and it’s her turn for her to find love. Macon is just getting his life back in order after being shot. I recommend any book by this author. Macon and Dakota. 4.5⭐️ ‘Far from Destined’ is book three in Carrie Ann Ryan’s Promise Me series. Each book in this series are stand-alone each with their own HEA, although each book follows a different set of characters it’s still recommended that each book be read in order to get the full vibe and feels from knowing each and every character. ‘Far From Destined’ follows single mum Dakota Bristol and a Brady sibling Macon. These two have known each other for a while as their friends are close, they're are constantly being thrown together, it helps that they don’t mind each other's company. Both Macon and Dakota have a lot going on in their lives and the last thing they want or are thinking of is a relationship, but when one is meant to be there’s nothing going to get in the way. Macon's dealing with the aftermath of a violent attack that left him near death, while Dakota's past is back to haunt her. One again Carrie Ann Ryan will have you entranced in this page-turner. Watching the magic flowing across the pages, friendships forming and solidifying, insta family, and trust and promises are made. ‘Far From Destined’ is a hot, and emotional read. You heart with scream, weep, and grow throughout this book. I love this series and I’m sad that the final book is coming up and we will be saying goodbye to these characters.

Loved it. I know this is hard to believe but Carrie Ann Ryan is a relatively new author to me and I have no idea how that is. I was drawn in to Macon Brady and Dakota Bristol’s story and I had a hard time putting it down. What an emotional roller coast of a read this one was. Both Macon and Dakota are trying to come to terms with their pasts and yet when it comes back to haunt them, they will both dig deep and come together to overcome what fate has put in their path. The chemistry between them is intense and too hard to resist and when they come together it is explosive. Their road to happiness will be rocky, but they journey will bring them together and forge a strong bond. The strength, determination and courage that they need was huge and I was really cheering for these two to get the happily ever after they both deserve.

Beautiful Story!. This is the third book in the Promise Me Series, an interconnected standalone stories, with characters intertwined. This Series is part of the Montgomery World. Macon and Dakota's story is beautifully written, sweet and sexy, with a little suspense. Dakota is a beautiful single Mom, strong, independent, and determined. Macon is handsome, caring and protective. They both had a difficult past. Dakota's son is cute! The supporting characters are wonderful, and I like the friendship in this Series. I loved it! I highly recommend this Series. Looking forward to read the next book in the Series, From Our First.

Brace yourself for a hard fall. Macon and Dakota will have you twisted up with angst and love.. Every single woman needs a blind date pact with her girlfriends. What an awesome way to set her up with the perfect Brady brother. Macon is a hot mess of seduction and emotional pain.... but he is perfect. Dakota is too strong for her own good and I loved watching her melt into Macon’s protective arms. They had me right from the very start.
