A book that helps the struggle.. I have always looked up to navy seals and service men alike for there service and the bravery. My dad was drafted in the army in Vietnam and was in the 11th armored Calvary regiment blackhorse. He faced his challenges through life and raised me with mental toughness. But life’s tough no matter how hard your prepAred. This book helped me realize I need to calm myself and helped me deal with my anxiety. Thank you mike day your service and your continued service through this book is an inspiration and helping hand

Perfectly Wounded. What an amazing story. Have a box of Kleenex because this story is as raw & real as it gets. It opens ones eyes to what our war hero’s go through. I could not put it down, I read it in a day. All I can say is there are so many hero’s out there. A lot need help. At last I’ll say Perfectly Wounded is so worth a read & the photo’s at the end are a great tribute. Thank you for your service & for surviving to tell your story.
