Sara Jordan has finally been given the chance to run The Golden Oar, a restaurant that’s been in her family for generations. But the sexy know-it-all carpenter that her uncle hired to make some changes, keeps getting in her way. She’ll have to use all her skills just to prove that she’s up to the task.
 
Parker was hired to bring new life to the old building, but he hadn’t expected sparks to fly from the owner’s niece. As a series of mysterious accidents start to plague the job site, he finds himself working one-on-one with the temptress to avoid losing everything.

My Kind of Love
Carrie was broken-hearted when Joshua, left town after a messy breakup. Two years have passed, and she’s done waiting around for him. Finally moving on, she has her eyes on a new-comer to Pride, but just when things are starting to heat up, Josh strolls back into town. No longer a boy, but the man of all her fantasies. She knows she must play it cool or risk losing her heart again.
 
Josh left Pride to try and find himself, but after two years of searching the world and himself, he returned back home a little wiser and with a new mission. Seeing Carrie again had been a shock to his system but watching her hang on the arm of another man had been an even bigger shock. Now his only goal in life was earning the trust of the woman he’d always loved and trying to win her back, at any costs. 

Season of Love
Lilly Stevens didn’t have time to flirt anymore, and that was a real shame because the man of her dreams was right next door. Opening a boutique, Classy and Sassy, with her cousin has taken all of her free time, and her spending money. Still, it was hard to say no to the blond-haired man with sexy green eyes and a killer smile. Not only was he gorgeous, but the man could make her laugh, and that was one of the most important items on her list of must-haves for potential loves of her life. 
 
Corey and his twin, Carter, have finally achieved their lifelong dreams of being on their own. Finally, they can have a normal life, even if their dark history makes them leery of letting anyone in. But the little town of Pride has a way of shedding light in the darkest corners. Now, the sexy girl-next-door has caught his eye, but she’s too perfect for someone with his history, even if her slate eyes and lush pouty lips demand his attention.
