Absolutely loved this book !. This this book was amazing perfect start to a great series. Dillon is a little shy definitely a great guy wasn’t really looking for relationship determined to stay focused on his studies. Elise definitely was not looking for a relationship . She agrees to go to a party with her friend and after a dare she meets Dillon ! Sparks definitely fly between these two but can they build a relationship and still stay focused on what each of them has going on in their lives..... definitely worth the read to find out !

My One Night. This book had a good story line but the author jumped from one subject to the other. It was a little confusing. It dragged in places and didn’t keep my attention.

My One Night. Started out as a dare by young women in college. Ended up HEA with a few events along the way.

You’ll love it!. I have had a soft spot for Dillon from his introduction in Fractured Connections. He is that guy who you just have to root for. When he met Elise and the chemistry was undeniable, I just knew they had what it took. This story was heart wrenching for so many reasons. Both Elise and Dillon are so unsure of themselves and the emotions that they are feeling with one another. Once they decide that they are pieces of a puzzle to each other, they get hit by a event that shakes them to the core and once again has Elise questioning everything and everyone. This is a must read and you will love Dillon and Elise, along with getting updates on the other Connolly's.

Loved this!!. It’s funny how love sometimes just falls into your lap. This relationship between Elise and Dillion was amazing. The chemistry, the way he was so patient with the relationship was wonderful. Definitely a great read. I can’t wait to read McKenzie’s story!!

A new series!. The first book of a new series and Dillon’s full story. He’s settled in, for the most part, in his college row house, with his new roommates and getting used to doing things on his own. When they host a party (one of many) he meets, in an interesting way, Elise. What was supposed to be a one night of fun gradually turned into more. Though not always easy, they work in many ways. But it’s not all easy. A lot of drama and heartache is around also. But when you have someone willing to stand by you, you can usually get through it. I’m looking forward to reading more in this series!

Eh. I’m barely in chapter 3 and I’m not sure I can finish this book in one sitting. TOO many details. I’ve never read the word “groaned” so much in a span of 5 pages. Ok so I finished the book. Finally. And it was lackluster with drama until the last 4 or so chapters. Everything was rushed and shoved into that and not spread out through the book which it would’ve helped keep readers interested. I won’t be reading the next book in this series.

Loved it! Captivatig read!. My One Night by Carrie Ann Ryan is the first book in the new On My Own series and I am here for it! An emotional, touching and angst-filled story, I just loved Dillon and Elise so much. Dillon has been through so much and is ready to reach his goals. But sometimes the past comes back when you least expect it. Elise is all about school, but after one night with Dillon, can they walk away? I absolutely devoured this book. Dillon and Elise shared such a strong connection and steamy chemistry, but things never go as you want them. My One Night by Carrie Ann Ryan was heartwarming, heartbreaking and absolutely captivating. Stories like this are why this author has become a one-click author for me! I am so excited to see what comes next in the series! Happy reading!

Relive the college experience. I see both Dillon and Elise as innocents in the ways of interpersonal relationships, and going to this big state college has thrown them into the deep end of the playing around pool. They have to navigate their class work, their home life, and their college “family” and it is portrayed absolutely realistically. Of course, a big baddie messes with the journey but isn’t that how life goes? With so much going on can this couple expand their one night stand into more?

It’s finally Dillon’s turn!. We finally finally finally get Dillon’s book! (Eeeep!!) I have been looking forward to the littlest Connelly and his sage wisdom from book 1 of Fractured Connections. Dillon has made his way to college (for real this time) and his hard work is paying off. He sees Elsie at the coffee shop he frequents and then again at the boys house party. One dare is all it took for Elsie and Dillon to finally meet and connect. Dillon doesn’t think he’s old enough for real love and Elsie isn’t sure about it either. These two have a lot thrown at them from several angles including an unwelcome visitor from Dillon’s past who threatens to take everything away from them. Bonus content from our fractured connection couples. 4.5/5

Fantastic. This was a fantastic story. The college life, full of happiness, pain, and tragedy. The characters were fantastic and the story developed into an interesting series of life changing events. Some experiences were great and some will scar these young people forever.

Fantastic spin series from Fractured connections. Book one My One Night in new spin off from Fractured Connection series by Carrie Ann Ryan. This book is about the youngest Connelly Dillon. He’s gone to Denver University he’s moved in with four other lad and meet the most beautiful woman he’s ever met. Elise is trying to live a independent life from her controlling parents but after meeting Dillon she tries to balance university, friends and Dillon. Absolutely loved this new spin off series. I wasn’t sure I’d love Dillon’s story as much because it’s base around 20 year olds but I’m completely invested in Dillon university friends lives with especially Pacey the cute Brooding British which Tor Thom does a great job and the amazing Emma Wilder. Carrie Ann Ryan does such a fantastic job getting people to be completely invested in characters lives and make you love them laugh and cry through these books.

College Romance with the same Carrie Ann Ryan flair. This was a great book and a really strong start to her new series. This series carries on from the Fractured Connections series and we now get youngest brother Dillion’s story. Dillon heads off to a new college, moving away from his brothers and into campus living. He is only 20 and not looking for his forever, although he has helped each of his brothers on their journey to finding love... but sometimes you can’t control when you meet the one. This series is set with a younger crowd, not yet 21 or able to drink, so a slightly sweeter, cleaner read, but still all the excitement, romance and drama you would expect and have come to love in a Carrie Ann Ryan book. This is a great book and I look forward to more in this series. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book

Dillion’s story. This is the start of a new series, but we meet Dillion in the Fractured Connections series and he is such a great character that he needed his own story. Dillion is in college and he was not expecting Elise to enter his life and change everything. This is such a sweet love story but there are lots of big emotions that need to be dealt with. There are lots of great new characters in this book as well as lots that we already love. The story is steamy and emotional and I can't wait for the next book.

Entertaining. I was excited when I heard that Carrie Ann Ryan had a new series starting and I couldn’t wait to dive in the My One Night. I was drawn into the story that Ms. Ryan wove about Dillon Connolly and Elise Hoover. I am not a huge fan of the new adult genre but I found this book to be well written with characters who are easy to relate too. Meeting at a frat party Dillon and Elise find themselves having a one night stand. However we all know that plans don’t always work out like that and they both struggle to forget one another.The chemistry between them is intense and too hard to resist and when they come back together they know that they may have found “the one”. When Dillon’s past comes back to haunt him and Elise suffers a devastating loss this part of the book was extremely emotional and had my heart breaking for them. Sometimes it takes a life changing event to make you realize what and who is important. Their path to happiness will be full of bumps but if they can persevere they will find a lifetime of happiness and love together.

Good Read !!. This book is a bit different to all the other books I have read by this author. Dillon and Elise had a one night stand but they keep thinking about one another. Finally Dillon just starting texting Elise. I was hoping for a book for Corinne as she sounded like a hoot but not happening :( Overall the book was good. My One Night. Sweet, sweet story. My first time reading a book by this author and I am hooked!

Dillon NEVER disappoints!!. How anyone could ever think one night with Dillon would ever be enough is beyond me. On top of being super hot and sexy, the man is sensitive, passionate and true to heart. Elise is sweet and lovely with complete tunnel vision for her education and future but her world is shaken up after one night with Dillon. The whole story evaluates what is important in life, finding your own way and being true to yourself, all while experiencing earth shaking events and learning to lean on others to help you through. Carrie Ann Ryan knocked this one out of the park and I can’t wait to read more about this group of friends!!
