Terrible Subscription Service. We tried to watch a football game on Peacock which was only available on Peacock, but after paying through Apple gift card, the app doesn’t recognize my subscription, which leading to watch some other football games. Great contents on Peacock but terrible subscription service.

NFL on peacock. When two billion dollar companies charge you $7 to watch a mediocre football. Happy Holidays to everyone except Corporate America and their need for greed!

I hate this app!!. I tried singing in and it just froze on the “subscription plan” screen and I couldn’t sign in. Then when I tried to mirror the show I wanted watch off the peacock tv app on my phone it only showed a quarter of the screen! This is SO unfair. J just wanted to watch the dang football game! I spent a good 30 minutes troubleshooting and NOTHING. It keeps tell to sign in to my google account and when I try it’s days error. When I tried talking to Peacock tech support all it did was send me to a robot. So after 3 minutes of texting this robot it was completely unhelpful. Start using real people! If you don’t fix this, I will stop paying my $11.99 a month!

You really think you have that pull?. Peacock is not and will never be as ubiquitous as Prime. You can’t pull off this nfl thing. Amazon could only do it bc we all had it anyway. It would’ve turned out poorly for them too had we not. The Roberts family that owns Comcast just can’t help themselves. Money grubbing.

Unable to log in. I have an existing account, but when I attempt to log in on the mobile app I get to the security verification and it freezes

App needs fixing!!. Like many others have said, the app is slow to load or won’t load at all despite me restarting my iPad multiple times. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Not worth spending the money on a subscription when half the time I can’t access the content.

What even is this, and why do I need another $6 charge monthly for football. Like the title says, why do I need another subscription just to watch what used to be free on broadcast, aka the NFL. I don’t need another platform full of junk, just put it all in one place at a reasonable rate, and stop nickel and diming us to death.

Horrible. I recently re-downloaded and re-subscribed to the Peacock app. Now all shows are black screens!! Uninstalled twice and the final straw was to cancel subscription.

MAJOR LAGGING ISSUES WITH AUDIO. I’ve been trying to watch Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and have had the video begin to lag five times and I’m barely halfway through the movie. The audio won’t sync up with the actors speaking, and eventually it will just play an old scene over again with audio for a scene further in the movie playing. This is very infuriating, especially for cinema lovers who appreciate watching a movie start to finish with no interruptions, or someone who pays for this app just to have this kind of quality issues. The audio lag i have also experienced with everything else I watch on the app, but the replaying of previous scenes with audio from later scenes is new. Besides that, I love the selection on Peacock and had never had issues up until this point. Hoping for a big fix update soon, if anyone else has experienced this, hope they review too. Thanks.

Autoplay. I can’t stand that I cannot turn off autoplay - I cannot delete things that show up in my continue watching queue.

Premier League games missing - replays way late. It is very very irritating to pay for this app only to find that tons of games are on USA or NBCSN - not the peacock app. You can only watch those games… like 26 hours later. Paramount+ and ESPN+ post replays immediately! NBC has done a lot to grow the game in the US, but this issue has to be fixed.

Like it more than i thought. Basically this is the best place to watch most my shows which is what i was looking for. No more paying for 3 different network apps to watch 1 show off each! Glad i can watch all shows in one. Give it a try i bet you’ll like it :)

Scammed America On Christmas. Peacock should be facing a lawsuit for false advertising. They pressed the Saturday night NFL game as exclusive on Peacock. Duping people into subscribing people to their platform when the game was on NBC for free. What a petty practice on the Christmas holidays. Especially during a economic depression due to who is in office. Shame on you NBC.

Won’t Recognize an Apple Subscription. I signed up for Peacock through apple and it won’t recognize my subscription on any mobile versions except on my Roku TV. I love the content available but when I log onto mobile versions it says certain content requires a subscription (which i have, the premium). Reached out to Peacock and the offered a free month but still no resolution to the issue. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled, unsubscribed then resubscribed and nothing. may subscribe directly through Peacock but i like the convenience of managing my subscriptions through Apple. Very frustrating and unfortunately won’t be able to continue to enjoy some of my favorite shows.

Now I canceled my cable service with Comcast I no longer get this app. Now Comcast wants to put football on this app so they can continue to squeeze more money out of my rear. Only have it for The Office. It’s okay.. I pay $5 monthly for the service and still get 3-4 ads on all titles. Really annoying when it’s only a 22 minute tv show. The software is also buggy, captions sometimes turn on when I have them set to off and if you leave the page inactive on a computer for a period of time all of the UI freezes and you have to refresh the page.

The worst. Setting up an account without something saying error is impossible.
