My brothers best friend. I love the cliffhanger, it leaves you wanting to read more, I can’t wait to see what hall between these two and it was definitely a tease. Definitely recommend

My brother’s friend, the dom - Nikki Chase iBooks. I enjoyed this book a lot more than I thought I would. Her characters have such deep back stories. I am very invested in our lead’s development. Both the male and female characters have scars, and I hope they can heal them soon. Nikki Chase has written a story that I feel I can relate to on a personal level. I can’t wait to read the next book.

Nahak. Very good book, but it was pretty short for a chapter book.

Good Read. So far so good - can’t wait to read the whole series!

New to this genre. Other than fifty shades, haven’t bdsm novels. This first book in the series has good writing and the character development is just enough to leave the mystery open to want to read the next book and see where things go. It’s irritatingly short, though. I’m betting the other two books in the series could’ve been combined with this one to equal the length of one normal novel.

Just wow!. The way the author uses captivating imagery really puts you in the main character’s shoes. One thing I aspire to have is the way this author is able to use words and paint the perfect picture!

Curious. Interesting read! The story between Sarah and Luca is very heated, passionate and captivating. Trying to protect his best friends sister from “bad”people like himself. Curious to see where this path will lead our characters.

Luca, her brother`s only friend, at 31 he looks better than he did when she saw him for her 18th birthday tattoo. The sex after the tattoo was off the charts. Luca promised her deceased brother that he would watch out for her. Sarah left town to get over him with a series of online hookups.

Not worth it. This storyline has been way over done, it had some potential, but I lost interest halfway through.

Not good. I hate giving bad reviews but I didn’t like this book at all, it was sometimes hard to follow.

A little confusing, but still a good read.. I love the storyline. It kind of confused me a little. But wasn’t that hard to follow. But I think Sarah just needs to give in to Luca and let him do what he thinks is right (or wrong) and get over the one-night stand types of things. Luca is a very sexy man and wants nothing but the best for Sarah and all he wants in return is her.

Always wanting more. First books never really answer any questions or get to the good stuff. A sad story of two sad people, but being together would probably help. Of course, neither want to be….typical.

Dark. There’s drama, darkness and excitement. Great start to what will hopefully be a great series.

Dark and addictive. This book opens with an explosive out of context scene that sets the tone fast. The story burns with tension and I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough trying to see what would happen next. The sexual anticipation is right in the room beside you. Two completely believable characters, hot vivid imagery and a cliffhanger hooked me onto this series from the first chapter.
